The clans, including those still effectively at war with the Iron Throne, converge in a counterattack on the Collective’s headquarters, Nancora. (Twelfth Great Jedi War)

The factions eventually come to blows at Lyra Colony. Although the Brotherhood is victorious, both militarily and diplomatically, the Collective captures Evant and the clan delegates. Darth Telaris, using arcane secrets built into the Dark Ascent by his predecessor, rallies the Brotherhood through a planet-wide use of battle meditation. Evant, joining his Collective captors in the assault after months of torture, duels Telaris and apparently dies by his hand. Under the influence of Telaris’ ritual, Chelsie Crimson guns down Rath Oligard in the Dark Ascent’s throne room. However, both Evant and Oligard are revived by Atyiru Caesura Entar and Avitus Oligard, respectively, before the Collective retreat. (Fourteenth Great Jedi War)

    • Evant Taelyan becomes Grand Master, taking the regnal name Darth Nehalem. Telaris Cantor’s whereabouts are unknown.
    • Both the Severian Principate and the Tenixir Revenants face deep divisions over their respective futures. The Revenants are torn between Retributionists fixated on vengeance against their former captors and Expansionists who want to establish their own territory elsewhere in the Rim. Meanwhile, Triumvir of Oaths Vairya Muktiba’s Harmonist faction opposes the militant Restorationists in the Principate Senate.
    • The four factions, each with no shortage of Brotherhood supporters, erupt into warfare at the Hutt-controlled world Dandoran. The Restorationists, who have used the crystals mined at Lyra colony to create an army of Force-powered monsters, quickly gain the upper hand. However, a mysterious woman known only as the Seer arrives and unleashes a similar but more powerful force, the Ascendant Troopers, forcing Principate, Revenant, and Brotherhood forces to unite for the sake of their own survival. (Rite of Supremacy)

    • Alethia Archenksova becomes the first Exarchissa of the Brotherhood.
    • By this point, the Brotherhood is reliant on Lightsiders, so-called Gray Jedi, and non-Force-users and faces an enemy, the Children of Mortis, that openly accepts different Force philosophies among its ranks. The Brotherhood officially renounces Sith supremacy, formally abandoning aspects of the New Order that had already withered away in practice.
    • Darth Nehalem becomes increasingly fixated on hunting down his predecessor. However, his visions of Telaris appear to align with the Council’s mission to find the Children of Mortis’ lair.
  • 41 ABY (January 2023)
