The Dlarit Corporation is the overseeing holding company that serves as the public front for Tron Sadow and his Clan of Dark Jedi. Its main subsidiaries are Dlarit Mining and the Dlarit Security Force. The CEO of the Dlarit Corporation is known as the viceroy, a position held by Tron Sadow as the owner.

The company has its roots in the Xucphra corporation, one of the two bacta-producing corporations in the Galaxy. The company was forced to cede control of bacta to the Vratix and Zaltin after the Bacta War in 7 ABY. The corporation went through a catastrophic change after the death of Aerin Dlarit and his daughter Erisi, the legitimate heir to the company was Aerin's adopted son Astronicus. He, however, was not interested in running a mega-corporation and instead decided to sell his shares of the corporation to one of his father's close friends. Astronicus established an account in one of the many banks of Muunilinst while he went about developing his military career with the Imperial Navy.

After the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom Treaty in 19 ABY, Astronicus withdrew his monetary gains and began investing them towards the creation of the Dlarit Corporation in support of House Naga Sadow along with his income as an Admiral in the Imperial Navy and what he received as Governor of Sif. Thanks in a large part due to the financial genius of several members within the House, the money was used wisely and grew exponentially.

The Dlarit Corporation controls the official government of the Orian system together with the system's military presence via Dlarit Security Force. It maintains control of the system's economy and overall civilian infrastructure by way of Dlarit Mining. The Dlarit Corporation also has its hands in various other smaller operations throughout the galaxy, including several in the Phare system.

In addition to the Dlarit Security Force which is tasked primarily with the home defense of the Orian system, the Dlarit Special Operations Group, more commonly known as D-SOG, is charged with external threat prevention. In reality, D-SOG is the actual cover operation for the members of Clan Naga Sadow and provides them with wide reaching powers over all other facets of the Dlarit Corporation.

Administration

Executive Board

The executive board is the governing body of the Dlarit Corporation. The list below only details the main officers of the board, numerous other directors and representatives are invited to attend and contribute to board discussions on a regular basis.

Viceroy

The viceroy is the company's owner and chairman of the executive board. The viceroy is Astronicus Dlarit who uses his control over the corporation as a front for his true activities.

Governor General

The governor general is the head of the corporation's operations in the Orian system. The position is synonymous for the station of consul of Clan Naga Sadow and supervises most daily activities.

Deputy Governor General

The deputy governor general is the chief aide to the governor general and assists with running the corporation's activities in the Orian system. The lieutenant governor supervises most of the operations on Sepros. The position is synonymous with the clan's proconsul.

Governor

The planetary governors are head officials appointed by the corporation to oversee activities on particular worlds. The principle worlds of Aeotheran and Tarthos are both overseen by a governor who doubles as the quaestor of one of the clan's houses.

Lieutenant Governor

The lieutenant governors are the main aides of the individual planetary governors. The positions are held by the clan's aediles.

Department of Defense

The department of defense is charged with the prevention of external threats in addition to intelligence gathering, espionage, and various other less publicised operations. The Department of Defense is generally considered senior to the Department of Internal Security.

Commander General

The commander general of D-SOG serves as the main representative of the special forces wing of the Dlarit Corporation with the main board of directors. The commander general is almost always a senior member of Clan Naga Sadow.

Prefect

The title of prefect is granted to senior military officers placed in direct command as a military governor of a particular planet or asset of the corporation such as the prefects of the palace guard and the Kangaras system.

Department of Internal Security

The department of internal security is the body of officers in charge of the Dlarit Security Force. The following list details only the main officers and does not include the full roster of staff officers, junior adjutants, etc.

Adjutant General

The adjutant general is the main liaison between the executive board and the Dlarit Security Force. The adjutant general is normally an experienced admiral or general picked from the ranks of the DSF.

Fleet Commander

The fleet commander is the admiral in charge of the Dlarit Navy. The fleet commander exercises authority over the navy as delegated to him via the adjutant general from the executive board.

Chief of Staff

The chief of staff of the Dlarit Army is its senior general officer. The chief of staff has full authority over the Dlarit Army as bestowed upon him by the adjutant general and the executive board. The Chief of Staff also supervises the work of the corporation's civilian police force.

Department of Commerce

The department of the commerce consists of representatives from the various civilian bodies within the corporation that maintain it's commercial operations. The following list is by no means exhaustive.

President of Dlarit Mining

The president of Dlarit Mining represents the corporation's economic interests. The president supervises the various mining operations throughout the Orian system and abroad. Due to the corporation's effective control of the work force economy the president is the principle voice of most financial concerns.

President of Dlarit Shipping

The president of Dlarit Shipping represents the organization's shipping branch which handles the export of the various ores and materials mined in the Orian system.

President of Dlarit Hydroponics

The president of Dlarit Hydroponics represents the corporation's agriculture and horticultural interests.

Commissioner of Dlarit Police

Though Dlarit Police is a subsidiary of the Dlarit Army the commissioner retains a seat within the department of the interior to provide the civilian police force with an independent voice. The commissioner's powers remain largely restricted in comparison to the army however Dlarit Police serves a much wider role within Seng Karash.

Mayor of Seng Karash

The mayor of Seng Karash represents the civilian work force. Despite the corporate control of the Orian system the executive board allows the mining population some degree of input in the decision making process. By and large, however, the mayor's powers are minimal.

Department of Foreign Affairs

The department of foreign affairs serves as the Dlarit Corporation's representative wing in the wider galaxy. It comprises of it's representative legate in the Senate as well as various other ambassadors and corporate officials throughout other parts of the galaxy. The corporation has a high presence in the Corporate Sector in particular.

Legate

Despite not being a member world of the Galactic Alliance, due to the growing prominence of the Orian system as an exporter of various precious ores and minerals the corporation is represented within the senate by a legate. The legate ensures the corporation remains largely ignored by the GA and helps divert attention from some of its shadier activities.
