Reminiscent of House Qel-Droma’s Prophecy Phyle, Shadow Phyle is a new team composed of a diverse group of Clan Arcona’s younger members. The tyros of Shadow Phyle work together to accomplish tasks and missions that fall outside the conventional range of Arcona’s other teams. True to their name, they operate in the background as a support group, investigating and scouting while gathering data and intel for the other teams. In times of war they will handle a wide range of tasks and are flexible and adaptable to whatever the situation calls for.
Battleteam History
After the events of the Dark Crusade, Consul Marick Arconae realised a need for change within the battle teams of Arcona. Arcona needed support in battle, to work outside the purview of other teams. It was seen as a time to give new blood a chance to prove itself for Arcona.
When Kanis was working with Marick Arconae in the formation of Shadow Phyle, the subject of the Oblivion Brigade was brought up. One aspect of Oblivion Brigade's operations stuck out to the new leader, a concept that could be adapted for Shadow Phyle. The members of the Oblivion Brigade would travel in cells of two, so that if one member were to go rogue, the other could stop them.
Their motto, "Dzwol Châts Asha", translates in Ancient Sith to mean "To exist to gain victory."
Roster
The current roster of Shadow Phyle is as follows, listed in hierarchical order:
