History
The Devil's Shroud Battle Team was created after the closing of The Regulators Battle Team for House Shar Dakhan and was renamed Devil's Shroud. At that time the Battle Team Leader was Alexander DelGotto. After the reclaiming of the Sky City San Korinar on Amphor, the Devil's Shroud had won the right to build a base on Sky City. The Base is still under construction at this time. After the Battle Team earned the right to have a base on Sky City, Alexander DelGotto stepped down as Battle Team Leader. It was at this time the Battle Team was trying to recover from the wounds and hurt they had suffered during their battle to reclaim San Korinar. John "Dragoon" Witwalker took over the Battle Team as their leader after Alexander had stepped down.
Later, beneath the leadership of Marcus Kiriyu, the Battleteam was relocated to a newly discovered continent in the jungles. The new city was dubbed "Myrmidon" by the team, and they collectively began to build their new home. He led the team through the initial operations behind the rebuilding of the city. When Kiriyu stepped up to become Rollmaster within the Clan at large, Bentre Stahoes would take over stewardship of the city, and assist in its defense on one occasion. His term of office was most noticeable for having protected their home from attack and the team's performance in Awakenings and Ashes Fall. Qyreia Arronen would take over leading the team following Stahoes' departure from the team in 34 ABY. Qyreia would lead the team for months, successfully completing combat missions against such notable forces as the Dominion and Red Fury, with her tenure culminating in the completion of the team's headquarters at Myrmidon. Upon her resignation, the post of Battleteam Leader was taken up by Aul Celsus. After a term of honorable service as Battleteam Leader, Aul would be promoted to Aedile in 34 ABY. He was replaced by Lilith Alema'rha Versea-Stormwind, a former member of the team who had performed admirably despite her relatively short time among her fellow Sadowans in events such as Operation: Cobalt and The Void.
Base of Operation
Devil's Shroud was based out of Myrmidon, a city located deep in the jungles of Aeotheran, lead by Speaker of Myrmidon Rhess Junipyr. The headquarters of Devil's Shroud, the Shrouded Redoubt, is found in the central sector of Myrmidon.
Notable Missions
Exodus Era
Reclaiming our system
During the Battle of Inos Moon 7, the Battle Team assisted with the reclaiming of Inos Moon 7 and the rebuilding of the new facility that now houses the Verpine Hive and engineering base. This battle also marks the first engagement as the return of Macron Sadow to the position of Proconsul of Clan Naga Sadow. After the Battle of Inos Moon 7 the Clan rapidly moved to Seng Karash on Aeotheran. Again this shows the Battle Team working alone for the most part with the exception of Daedric Turelles and John "Dragoon" Witwalker along with fellow Sadowan Sebz in several engagements in the residential district and the capture and escape of Roxas Buurenaar. The Battle won but the war was far from over with the Gomorag elite still hiding in the Nifokalija Mountains range with their leader.
Incursion at Myrmidon
Devil's Shroud would defend their home from the forces rallying under the banner of a woman calling herself "Chelidon" with the assistance of their fellow Dakhani team, Sapphire Squadron. At first the team worked to push back the insurgents. The conflict came to an end after Bentre ordered the razing of the combatants. The final strike would be headed by Lexiconus Qor for Devil's Shroud and Macron Goura for Sapphire Squadron.
Service Until Dissolution
The members of Devil's Shroud continued to serve in various operations with distinction up until the Battleteam was deactivated by then-Quaestor Aul Celsus]]. The members of Devil's Shroud were transferred to the Disciples of Dakhan, with Lilith continuing her service at BTL over the newly organized sub-unit.
