Most warriors from these two groups show the requisite skills to draw the eye of the Shadow Clan and drive themselves to prominence. The Fade Initiative is a program of Clan Arcona designed to reward mentors amongst the Shadesworn and to promote those soldiers of the Arconan Armed Forces that demonstrate key combat skills to greater prominence within the ranks of Arcona.
