Justicar's Opinion

Facts On March 01, 2026 Justicar Kamjin “Maverick” Lap’lamiz was asked by another member of the Brotherhood if Zahara (14333) had reached out to me to have his clone account situation resolved.

Justicar Lap’lamiz responded in the negative. The reporting individual provided contextual information that Zahara had fabricated his ‘sister’s’ account (Aysteda - 14324) at his original time of joining in 2015. At that time, Zahara and ‘Aysteda’ were contacted, responded, and were flagged as being siblings utilizing the same IP address.

Justicar Lap’lamiz joined a group Direct Message (DM) on Discord with the reporting individual and Zahara. During the course of the conversation, Zahara confessed that he had fabricated the Aysteda account. When he was informed upon his rejoining of the Brotherhood in 2023 to have the clone account deleted he (Zahara) assumed the situation would be resolved behind the scenes.

Analysis

During the investigation of the situation, the Chamber of Justice noted that the cloned account, Aysteda, was only active from approximately August - November, 2015. During this time the only site tracked activity was completing Shadow Academy courses.

As such, taking into consideration information provided by Zahara and the site tracking, the Chamber of Justice inferred that the clone account was not created to provide any sort of unfair advantage.

Given this fact and the time between the original creation of the clone and Zahara’s rejoining the Chamber of Justice would have been inclined to treat this as an administrative action if not for the member being informed that the clone existed and that Zahara needed to take action to have the situation resolved.

Further, while I appreciate individuals within the Brotherhood giving people the opportunity to self-report, each of us, especially leaders, should take steps to ensure that occurs. The Chamber of Justice has means to track and ensure such follow through occurs. If such a notification were given in 2023 at the time of Zahara’s rejoining this matter would have been addressed timely.

Sentencing

The Chamber of Justice has reviewed the plethora of cloning cases, from the recent CoJ Case 067 which involves a member confessing to the clones and actively participating with the Chamber of Justice through the process to the historical cloning cases starting with CoJ Case 021 - CoJ Case Case 023.

Given the member cooperated fully with the Justicar and Chamber of Justice and there was no benefit gained from the clone dossier existing the Chamber of Justice agreed that the deletion of the clone dossier and three months probation is appropriate.
