For example, during [[Great Jedi War|Great Jedi Wars]], [[Novae|novae]] are given out but are not granted during any other time. The [[Silver Sash]] is only given out once a year, while [[Seal of Loyalty|Seals of Loyalty]] are granted to those who show exemplary devotion to the Brotherhood twice a year in celebrations of occasions such as the [[Exodus]] or the Day of the Fox. The [[Golden Lightsaber]] - the most prestigious award in the Brotherhood - has recently only been considered for those who have served as a [[Grand Master]] to the DJB.
