The title of Defender is awarded to the most active member in a quarter within JTF Satele Shan. This honorary title is part of Satele Shan's way to recognize exceptionally active members by involving their character's fictionally into the lore of the house with this honorary title. The title of Defender will be held by the member forever. The title resets every quarter but can be won multiple times by the same member over the course of it's awarding.

Defenders of Satele Shan

In the time after the fall of New Tython the Director Turel Sorenn and Executor Tistito Kingang decided to create an honorary title of Defender to the members within their House who would continue to aid the House in strengthing it. These members would excel in missions participated in that included intelligence, combat, reconnaissance, and many other types of operations that would require their assistance. These operations would lead to great strides in positioning Odan-Urr as a whole to defend and protect against any further attacks from the Dark Council.

These select few Defenders of Satele Shan would be the most tactically adept at training House Satele Shan forces and also help lead some of the assaults in the House operations.

Merit Medal Points

• Sacramental Awards - 30 points each
• Grand Cross of the Dark Side - 20 points each
• Steel Cross - 15 points each
• Anteian Cross - 10 points each
• Dark Cross - 5 points each

Crescent Points

• Crescent with Diamond Star - 14 points each
• Crescent with Ruby Star - 12 points each
• Crescent with Amethyst Star - 10 points each
• Crescent with Sapphire Star - 8 points each
• Crescent with Emerald Star - 6 points each
• Crescent with Topaz Star - 4 points each
• Crescent with Quartz Star - 2 points each

Other Merit Points

• Cluster of Graphite and Ice - 5 points each
• Cluster of Fire and Earth - 1 points each
• Pendant of Blood - 2 points each.
• Scroll of indoctrination/Foundation/Scroll of the Master - 10 points
• Seal of Loyalty - 15 points
• Dark Side Scroll - 4 points
• Legion of the Scholar - 2 points

Competition Participation Points

• 1 point per comp participated in during the quarter

Miscellaneous Points

• Competition Creation - 5 points (points awarded after competition (Co)Organized that are closed and graded)

At the end of each quarter the member with the highest amount of points will be granted the title.
