Summer Invasion

The Assault on Sepros

The Summer Invasion was a large conflict, which involved three units of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood – Clan Naga Sadow, House Scholae Palatinae and House Plagueis.

Two Houses made a fragile alliance, which was aimed against one of two Clans of the Brotherhood. Joined fleets and armies of the Imperial House and the Ascendant House invaded planet Sepros, where the headquarters of Clan Naga Sadow were located. Soon, the invasion turned into bloodshed.

Ultimately, the Feud resulted in the victory of, who managed...

Battles

Lead Up to War

"I don't care what you say Thran, I'm not starting a war just because you're growing bored!"

The alliance had been formed. House Scholae Palatinae and House Plagueis had formed a somewhat shaky, but agreed upon alliance. Xen’Mordin and Tra’an had forged an agreement, though each side was truly only invested in the aspirations of their own house.

The formation of the alliance of the two houses happened in secrecy, with only the elite few House Summit members in the know of what was to come. Thran Occasus became a pawn in the deception. He and the rest of Scholae Palatinae would believe that this assault and invasion were in response to his demands.

That couldn’t be further from the truth.

As the fleets were moving into position, Thran was appointed leader of the assault. He moved the Tenacious into a recon position. Using his excellent piloting skills, he tried to evade being noticed. However, while running regular sweeps for security purposes, Lieutenant Tygh spotted the ship.

Locke and Macron had noticed House Scholae Palatinae’s presence as well. They assumed that the house was there for a territory grab, or perhaps an attempt at gaining more power. The leaders of Clan Naga Sadow had no idea how hungry Scholae was to be re-clanned. The house was ready to regain its royal glory.

The Tenacious sent word to the NSD Excidium II. Xen’Mordin stood on the bridge, reviewing the information before confirming the initial plans to be the best method of attack. He sent word to the Quaestor of Plagueis: Set course for Sepros, and spread the word. We jump in five.

The fleets of Scholae Palatinae and Plagueis came in over Sepros, right at the hyper limit for the Orian System. The houses didn’t hide their presence and began to ready the dive to level Sepros.

Tra’an was contacted by Locke, questioning the reason for their presence in their space. The Quaestor of Plagueis then informed Locke that we were there to destroy Naga Sadow and remove Locke from power.

Macron raged with fury at the threats of the alliance. The Sadow fleet was sent to the orbit. The battle had begun over Sepros. The question remained: Would the alliance between Scholae Palatinae and Plagueis hold? Would each remain true to the agreement?

Ground forces push deeper into the jungle.

After establishing their continued alliance, House Plagueis and House Scholae Palatinae devised a plan to assault the forces of Clan Naga Sadow on their home turf. In their typical fashion, House Scholae Palatinae would dedicate their Star Destroyers to orbital bombardment. Attempting to soften the terrestrial defenses, the Star Destroyers would rejoin the fleet once they had completed a preliminary run and had dropped their compliment of troops and armor.

Accompanied by a great deal of Scholae Palatinae’s Dark Jedi, infantry and armor would focus their attention on destroying the Dlarit Southern Fire Base. Slow and purposeful, Scholae Palatinae would move forward with their AT-ATs. Sharing the brunt of the ground assault with Plagueian Forces, Scholae Palatinae found some resistance from the hired Dlarit guard. However, it was nothing that could not be met by the battle hardened Imperial Forces.

After being eager to go to war, Sith Warlord Thran Occasus elected to remain with his beloved TIE Corps through the orbital bombardment phase. The size of the Dlarit Navy was impressive and he was eager to leave his mark upon them. After landing operations had completed, the Imperial Navy engaged Dlarit forces above Sepros. Accompanied by the Forces of House Plagueis, Archangel attempted to keep Thran under his control. Much to his surprise, Occasus obliged.

The Black Aces strike.

In a sky filled with laser fire and countless warheads, Archangel tasked the revered Black Aces with disabling the communications Dlarit Flagship RSD Final Way. Though the fleets had remained primarily unengaged, the daring and recklessness of Ace Squadron proved effective. After a primary engagement, which revealed the strength of the Destroyer’s shields, the Aces took another plan of action. In an act of daring, Ace Two, Commander Nichos Dressidan, completed a dangerous maneuver known only as “pass and bash”. They successfully disabled a Dlarit XJ X-wing, guiding it with their tractor beams towards the Final Way’s shield generators. The shields were destroyed, followed by the now unprotected communications array, forcing the crippled Dlarit fleet to retreat.

Xen'Mordin Vismorsus

Sith Battlemaster Xen’Mordin Vismorsus, commonly known as Xen, is currently a member of House Scholae Palatinae. Born as Kilan Khzon, the traumatic events leading up to adulthood caused him to destroy that identity and assume that of Xen’Mordin. Having been trained to be a Jedi, he severed himself from the force in becoming Xen’Mordin, it was restored to him in a Sith Temple. Late in the year 31 ABY he returned to the Cocytus System onboard his ship, which had taken serious damage. His whereabouts and actions during this time are unknown. Following his return to Scholae Palatinae, he returned to leadership positions. Xen’Mordin is currently serving as the Quaestor of House Scholae Palatinae.

Weapon Specialty/Tactics

Xen'Mordin's weapons specialty is his lightsaber. He is a master of combat in multiple forms: Shii-Cho, Soresu, and Djem So. Along with all the lightsaber forms he mastered, Xen also studied quite intensively in Hand to Hand combat, such as: Echani, Jakelian, K'thri, Broken Gate, Hapan and Dulon. With his restored Sith artifact lightsaber, Xen is a force to be reckoned with. Not only is he the leader of House Scholae Palatinae that can get things done, but he can do it himself if needed be. Before becoming a Dark Jedi, Xen had been a Jedi. Extensive training in other sides of the Force gives him insight into options others would not normally choose. He is not just some pretty face on the throne with the real power hidden behind the scenes...he IS the power. Because he is Human, there are many limitations to what he can do.

Experience in War

Xen is a veteran when it comes to war. He has been in quite a number of conflicts throughout his years here in the Dark Jedi Brotherood. Some before he joined the Dark Jedi brotherhood hidden in the past, but within the Brotherhood time period, they were: Feud against Arcona, Right of Supremacy's, The Disorder, The Neutralization, and Numerous Great Jedi Wars totaling 9 within the Brotherhood.

Aedile and Military Leader Archangel

Brent Ligur Victae, also known as Archangel, is a ruthless Sith Battlemaster, whose appetite for war and victory is matched only by his pride. Though often bordering on the arrogant, his attitude is well deserved, having won distinctions in numerous campaigns within the Dark Jedi Brotherhood and with out. He rose through the ranks within the clans of Plagueis and Scholae Palatinae, and was appointed to lead Caliburnus for a long spell, before disappearing into the quiet after Great Jedi War IX. Returning after a stint in the Independent House Revan, he now strives to make Clan Scholae Palatinae great again.

Weapon Specialty/Tactics

Being the Military Leader for Scholae, Arch likes his toys. He has only let one of his lightsaber forms be known to anyone, that being Vapaad. Vapaad is a very experienced form that takes quite a long time to master it. It is unknown to whether or not he knows anything greater, for anyone to learn this fact does not walk away from the experience. His specialty, is taking people in Scholae and getting them to get their stuff together. He is a prime leader when it comes to war, seeing it as a big game, losing is not an option. He directs units of Scholae into prime targets, teaching his underlings the same. In the head of the moment, one needs to figure out and pinpoint the leading points and/or figures. A general giving orders or raising moral, an experienced sniper or archer hidden in the foliage, a relay center or perhaps even the reason they are fighting for is within distance. With these pivotal points put down, everything will crumble on the battlefield henceforth. This is what he brings to this Feud, this is the power of tactical warfare.

Experience in War

Being trained in the military academy has given Arch extreme power when it comes to war. So many simulations have shown him scenarios and situations that he can adapt whenever needed. Because Arch's life is so extensive compared to many in the DB, most of his previous Brotherhood warfare are tall tales that envoke his power, but the list is too great to list, the biggest however are the Clone Wars. His post Brotherhood war experience enlist in many Feuds, Rights of Supremacy's as well as Great Jedi Wars and Rebellion era. They total to eight major war events.

Tra’an

" Hm…so it is time to be allies with Scholae again huh? Let’s hope we can trust them this time "

Obelisk Prelate Tra'an Reith, more commonly known as Tra'an or Tran, is almost constantly moving some part of his body at all times. He is extremely fit from long hard years of training, and is usually at the ready on the balls of his feet because of duelist training. He usually carries his custom built lightsaber, two DH-17 Blaster Pistols as well as an E-11 Blaster Rifle. Hidden on his body within his original Obelisk armor, is a hidden Axe that can be extremely deadly. Tra'an is currently serving as the Quaestor of House Plagueis.

Weapon Specialty/Tactics

Tra'an is a leader of Plagueis, and has many skills when it comes to weapons. With lightsaber forms, Tra'an has mastered Soresu and Makashi. Able to deal deadly combos with his lightsaber training, dueling him is not a fun experience that many chose to accept lightly. It is unknown if he knows any Hand to Hand combat tactics. He relies on his lightsaber and despite being the leader, will usually be with his troops at the front of battle. He does however have a duelist's physique, and is constantly ready to whip out his lightsaber and start slicing away. Along with his lightsaber, Tra'an will usually have two DH-17 Blaster Pistols as well as an E-11 Blaster Rifle. Being an Obelisk, Tra'an enjoys the rush of battle, no hidden techniques or tactics, just strength and power to overcome any enemy.

Experience in War

Tra'an is no novice when it comes to war. He has fought along side his comrades within seven Vendettas, Great Jedi Wars and Supremacy's. He has not always been at the top leading these people, but as an Obelisk, he is certainly on the front lines. Fighting hard for his beliefs, Tra'an is a force to be reckoned with. Leading his people, allied with Scholae, they are assured victory with all of their pooled experience.

Aedile and Military Leader Kal

Kal di Plagia Vorrac

Kal di Plagia Vorrac, born Jev Brokkol and known as the Last Son of Plagueis by his Housemates, is a Sith Battlelord who currently serves as the Praetor to the Dark Lord of the Sith. A man of manipulation, he has practice in pulling the strings of all around him. While usually preferring to fight from afar and play with lives as if on a dejarik board, his shadowy past as an assassin allows him to fight when he must. Though he ages and deals with past injury, he is rapidly ascending through the powers of the Dark Side.

Weapon Specialty/Tactics

Kal is from Plagueis, and has a shadowy past. He, like Arch, is the Military Leader and loves to play with war in a game like fashion. Staying in the shadows, capable of combat if needed, he prefers to lead others to win while completely safe. When the time comes, Kal is however a master in the forms of: Makashi and Dun Moch. They are however the only known forms, in Hand to Hand he is a master of: Dulon, Jeswandi, Shadow Fist, and Verdanain. Having the past as an Assassin means that there are many speacialties that no one knows about. As a last resort, he dusts himself off to show others what he has. He prefers blaster pistols when it comes to firearms, but that is not a deal breaker when it comes to firearms. He has lately taken up a simple leather whip to use and carry around as well.

Experience in War

Kal has been in the Brotherhood for quite some time. Racking up multiple Wars under his belt, as well as sneaking into wars before the Brotherhood as an Assassin. Anything before joining the brotherhood is shrouded in darkness that is near impenetrable. Many are unable to learn his past, but his present and future are with us. There are seven wars, rights of supremacy and vendettas that Kal has participated in while within our residency.

Locke Sonjie

Krath Priest Locke Sonjie is currently the Consul of Clan Naga Sadow. Born on Bakura as a farmer, Locke had a simple life, always looking to the stars in wonder. At the young age of seventeen, he left his home to enlist in the Republic Military Defense during the Yuuzhan Vong|Yuuzhan Vong War. Locke served the Republic dutifully as a foot soldier and pilot, earning experience through the many battles he endured. During the war, Locke became aware of his affinity to the force as he survived many scenarios he felt he shouldn't have.

After leaving the Republic Military, Locke traveled from space port to space port as he made his way back home. During these many travels, he was encountered by Taigikori Aybara who brought him to the Dark Brotherhood. Initially, Locke joined Arcona as his training began, but after wandering the stars for a few years, he came back and enlisted in Naga Sadow where his training was completed.

Locke has an array of different skills to bring to any battlefield. His specialties include his lightsaber, any type of blaster pistol or rifle, and piloting. Having gained these different skills from past experiences in the Yuuzhan Vong War, as well as his training in the lightsaber arts in the Dark Brotherhood, Locke is well equipped for almost any situation. Locke has a mostly laid back demeanor, but on the battlefield, this demeanor morphs in a very direct way of "them or me" mentality. Once the battle starts, Locke will do what is necessary to end the battle as quickly as possible.

Through his studies and intense training, Locke has mastered the Makashi lightsaber form, and is delving into the many mysteries of Dun Moch. In addition to these many skills, Locke has taken considerable time to master the Dulon, Kartranin, and Tu'rek hand to hand fighting styles. Locke Sonjie is a force to be reckoned with, no matter what the conditions of battle may be.

Teu Pepoi

Obelisk Exarch Teu Pepoi, Proconsul of Clan Naga Sadow, was born on Corellia in 5 ABY. Being the middle child to wealthy parents, Teu lived a comfortable life at first, but found hardship through her teenage years. After several misfortunes, and the separation from her parents, Teu found herself on Nar Shadda. Facing many close encounters with the local gangs, Teu discovered her affinity with the force, and the path to the Dark Brotherhood. Upon taking the Test of Lore, Teu joined Naga Sadow and began her journey in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Being mentored by Jade Sadow, Teu rose quickly in the ranks and became a Jedi Hunter, only to leave for a short period of time to take care of personal business.

Once this business was completed, Teu returned to find things had changed quite a bit, but pushed forward into Knighthood. Teu's experience in the Brotherhood soon became very busy, marrying, bearing children, and rising through the ranks. Shortly after the Tenth Great Jedi War, Teu returned from New Tython and was promoted to Obelisk Exarch. She continues to serve Clan Naga Sadow, and does anything and everything to further the glory of the clan she calls home.

Weapon Specialty/Tactics

Over the years of training in the Brotherhood, Teu has amasses a significant amount of skills and abilities. She's apt to using both her main hand and off hand in combat situations, as well as the occasional use of daggers or vibroshivs. She has trained herself extensively in the arts of hand to hand combat, learning Dulon, Broken Gate, Hapan, K'thri, and Teras Kasi. Through the years, Teu has delved into the lightsaber arts of Shii-Cho, Soresu, Niman, and Jar'Kai Niman.

Experience in War

Through Teu's time in the Brotherhood, she's participated in multiple feuds and battles, whether directly or indirectly. Some battles she prefered to be on the ground fighting her enemies face to face, but there were some where she stayed in orbit giving her tactical input to the forces below. Teu's experiences in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood's various battles include Great Jedi War X, 2011 Independence Games, Disorder, Rite of Supremacy: Spoils of War, Great Jedi War IX, and the 2008 Independence Games.
