| There are very few roles in which the success of the Councilor can have an astounding impact on the Brotherhood. [[Headmaster]] is one such role. Responsible for all new member affairs, the [[Headmaster]]’s activity is essential in keeping the lifeblood of the Brotherhood flowing. He is primarily in charge of the [[Knight Commander of the Brotherhood]] and the [[Society of Envoys]] and ensures that new members are properly welcomed into the organization. The [[Headmaster]] works with the [[Master at Arms]] to ensure the proper elevation of members within [[Clans]] so as to retain the maximum number of active members possible. Beyond this, the [[Headmaster]] is in charge of the continuing education of regular members. He develops and keeps the [[Shadow Academy]] as a center for learning covering both fictional and practical subjects.
