These edicts attempted to solidify the core formation of the O.U.S.C., empower the Expeditionary Forces, finalize the restructuring that had begun in 40 ABY, focus on the integration and solidification of prior units, and shore up vacuums created as lateral support from the Consular Conclave and Guardian Corps were minimized. First Fleet (FLEETCOM) and the Sixth Fleet (SysDef), with streamlined and focused, direct purposes. Some programs that had not seen effectiveness, or were potentially unstable in long-term applications, were also reassigned. With the Separation of Temple Assets, SeNET along with S.P.E.A.R. were no-longer considered Military Intelligence, however, operate as Command-Level Intelligence and have established liaisons with the O.U.S.C. Military Intelligence. By 42 ABY a recruitment drive for the O.U.S.C. Army and Naval forces had begun to drive military readiness levels toward appropriate levels.
The O.U.S.C. Their roles are often broken down on a fleet-by-fleet basis, with individualized strike groups often sharing similar grouping designs and designations as force and support multipliers.
First Fleet (FLEETCOM)
Headquartered in orbit around Kiast, The First Fleet, also regarded as FLEETCOM or Fleet Command, is the O.U.S.C. Navy's Mobile Command Structure. Their Flagship, the ODN Peacekeeper (often lovingly referred to as the Big-D), serves as the High Councilor Gui Sol's personal Warship and retinue vessel. The First Fleet, along with its counterpart The Sixth Fleet, focus primarily on System Defense missions, however; The First is often used as a Force Multiplier, bringing the upper Echelon of Odanite Command to the front to issue commands directly and provide eyes-on support, without the delay of cross-system or intergalactic communications.
Second Fleet (CORE)
Headquartered in orbit around Daleem, The Second Fleet, regarded as CORE, is the O.U.S.C. Navy's primary Expeditionary and Force Projection Fleet. The Flagship ODN Resurgent heads up the Fleet, and serves as War Councilor Wulfram Armis's personal Warship. The Second Fleet alongside its contiguous Strike Groups serve as Odan-Urr's primary assault force. Often the first to deploy into conflict and serving as the delivery and recovery point for the O.U.S.C. Marines in conflict.
Third Fleet
Headquartered in orbit around Solyiat, The Third Fleet, is the O.U.S.C. Navy's Primary Support Fleet, with secondary Carrier and Expeditionary Strike Groups. Their Flagship the ODN Sunrider, a Venator I-class Star Destroyer is outfitted with a Kyber-Powered Triangulation System and able to provide feedback and location data of any asset throughout the Galaxy. Supplementing this Fleet are Vokara's Grief, a Pelta-Class Republic Frigate retrofitted with Purified Ascendant Crystal Medical Technology and the Idiot's Array, a Baleen-class Heavy Freighter retrofitted for rescue and recovery work.
Sixth Fleet (System Defence)
Headquartered in orbit around Kiast, The Sixth Fleet, also known as SysDef or System Defense, serves as the guardians of the Kiast System. Their flagship, the ODN Solari and its retinue patrol in the orbit of Kiast, while its cohort ships patrol the rest of the system. Several stationary systems are also considered part of the Sixth Fleet, due to their nature as system defense architecture, including Pharos, Palioxis, and Asclepius Stations.

Support and Logistics Fleet
The Support and Logistics Fleet serves a major role in everyday operations and maintenance of the Naval Fleets, traversing materials, personnel, and assets to vessels unable to make planetary landings, requiring resupply, or on extended deployments.
The first boots on the ground in a given conflict, the O.U.S.C. Marines deploy as expeditionary forces aboard Navy vessels, trained in planetary, shipboard, and exoatmospheric warfare, they fight wherever there is a battle to be won. The O.U.S.C. Marine Corps. is the only infantry-ready force able to be deployed on the War Councilor's approval alone, without a formal declaration of war, though in any such deployment they must maintain strict rules of engagements.
First Marine Division
The First Marine Division is employed as the ground combat element First Marine Expeditionary Force, and provides task-organized forces for operations as directed, including but not limited to assault operations. The First Marine Division provides exoatmospheric forcible entry capabilities to O.U.S.C. Naval Vessels, conducts subsequent land operations in any operational environment.
Deployed under declaration of hostilities, defense, or warfare, the O.U.S.C. Army is the pre-eminent land warfare force of the Vatali Empire and Clan Odan-Urr. En-masse deployments are a strategic undertaking, deploying forces aboard Navy vessels and offloading alongside pre-fabricated infrastructure.
First Armored Division
The First Armored Division consists primarily of regiment-level details of armored combat vehicles (including tanks) deployed alongside motorized support units. With a balanced infantry, artillery, and support trailing units.
First Infantry Division
Regiments within the First Infantry Division are composed primarily of infantry units, supported by units specialized combat arms, and specialist motor companies providing deployment of assets and personnel already on planetside.
First Transportation Division
The Transportation Division is a logistics specialist Field within the O.U.S.C. Army, dedicated to offloading and delivering personnel, equipment, and assets from one locale to another.
