Description
The Cluster of Ice is a disc of ditanium, treated by a special process that makes the metal look as though it is permanently coated in frost. With rings embossed and polished to support a stylized symbol of ice, powdered sapphires are used to give a glistening and cool appearance to the highlights. The motif is meant to represent the power that can be found in keeping a cool head in battle, the counterpart to the fiery intensity that is awarded with the Cluster of Fire. Those who boast a great number of these medals are known as some of the most cunning warriors and brilliant tacticians that the Brotherhood has to offer.
Awarded For
The Cluster is awarded for fiction activity and excellence in sanctioned competitions and activities. All Voice-sponsored fiction competitions award Clusters of Ice based on the word count of the submitted entry. Clusters for fiction are awarded at one (1) CI per five hundred (500) words. Participation in Antei Combat Center matches and in official, Voice-sanctioned run on events are also awarded based upon the following tables:
