ICN Vader is the flag of the Second Flotilla of the Imperial Cocytus Navy, and of the Grand Vizier of Clan Scholae Palatinae, Dr. Elincia Rei. The Venator-class Star Destroyer is a versatile multi-role carrier primarily tasked with leading the offensive in large scale battles. It was purchased for the Imperial Cocytus Navy in 34 ABY.
History
Brief details about what happened to the old fleet here.
A new fleet was purchased under the command of Emperor Xen'Mordin Vismorsus and his Grand Vizier Dr. Elincia Rei during the year 34 ABY. Rather than replacing the Dark Paladin with a similarly advanced warship, the summit split the cost into investing in two identically costly dual flagships to serve as the flagships of the two Flotillas of the reformed Imperial Cocytus Navy. The ICN Sidious, a Victory-class Star Destroyer, was designated as the flagship of the First Flotilla and of the Emperor, tasked with defence of the Cocytus System, while the ICN Vader was chosen as the flagship and operational headquarters of the offensively focused Second Flotilla.
Weapons and Complement
While primarily a carrier, the 1137-meter long Destroyer is heavily armed with eight heavy dual turbolaser turrets, two medium turbolaser cannons, fifty-two point-defense laser cannons, four heavy proton torpedo tubes for engaging enemy craft. In addition the Vader is armed with six tractor beam projectors that allow it to lock onto and move other vessels or objects.
The Vader is the primary carrier of the Second Flotilla, and houses both exceptional carrying capacity and innovative technology offering two deployment options. In addition to a standard ventral hangar bay, the bow of the Vader can open up to reveal a half kilometer long dorsal flight deck. This flight deck enables the Vader to rapidly launch hundreds of fighters. However, the slow opening and closing of the armored bow doors could leave the ship extremely vulnerable.
In accordance with its primary role as a carrier, the Vader contains a large complement of state-of-the-art starfighters, totaling 96 fighters in its hanger. 4 squadrons of modern TIE/FO Starfighters (48 ships) were the ship's primary method of engaging hostile craft, along with 3 Squadrons of the advanced two seater TIE/SF Starfighter (36 ships). The pilots of the expensive, high performance TIE/D Defender Squadron were hand picked from the best pilots in the Imperial Navy.
During deployment, the Vader is supported by the heavy cruisers of the Second Flotilla, theAcclamator-class Assault Ship, ICN Amedda, for transporting troops to the surface, the Vindicator-class Heavy Cruiser, ICN Thrawn, carrying a TIE/SA Bomber sqadron, as well as a Quasar Fire-class Cruiser Carrier carrying 48 TIE/FO Starfighters.

- Biography
The daughter of an Imperial Marshal and a Captain of the Galactic Empire, the blood of both an army and naval leader run through her veins, Kyreen was born to be a future commander. Her parents entered her into the Imperial Academy on Coruscant at the young age of seven, where she was trained in naval combat and strategy. She earned a reputation for being a bit of a maverick, with a sense of pride, arrogance, and a willingness to do things her own way, and as a result received numerous disciplinary warnings and threats of expulsion, which were never carried out simply because she was so good at what she did. However, when she was aged 13, her mother was killed aboard the first death star, and four years later, her father was killed in the Battle of Ender, which led to the dissolution of the Galactic Empire and the closure of the Academy.
Left an orphan on Coruscant, Kyreen's natural sense of authority allowed her to quickly find mundane inner city work to sustain herself until more fulfilling tasks arose. Grand Vizier Dr. Elincia Rei
The professional, educated, togruta scientist Dr. Elincia Rei is a disguise of legendary agent Impetus M'Nar Palpatine. Born in 0 ABY in Ohmen, Judecca, Tonal'la's mother died in childbirth, leaving already large and poor family with only one adult and an extra mouth to feed. She largely survived by begging, and learned to manipulate people, eventually gaining the favour and protection of the reigning warlord, where she was afforded what counted for education in the feudal system of the time. When she was 14, the events of the Exodus pushed Scholae Palatinae to find a new home. Her first encounter with Scholae Palatinae was when they conquered Judecca with unstoppable force, forming the Cocytus Empire and enslaving the population, but bringing with them technology, science, healthcare, and education. Tonal'la was one of the lucky ones. There was a place for her in the Cocytus Empire, as Emperor Cuchulain required an agent that understood the people of Cocytus. At 14, she was working as an imperial agent in an unstructured, unorganised Imperial Intelligence under the name Impetus.
At the age of 18, on a mission with Mune Cinteroph, her Force Sensitivity was discovered. Mune took her as a student, and she eventually because Quaestor of Caliburnus, where she met her closest ally, Xen'Mordin Vismorsus. Together, the pair came up with a long term plan to destabilise the Cocytus System to allow Xen to take the throne. After receiving the Legacy of Palpatine title, Impetus founded the Imperial Scholae Intelligence, a special forces branch of the military, and earned the informal title of the 'Mother of the Special Forces', although the entire operation was not performed in the clan's best interest, but to spy on the system for Xen. Reassuming the identity of Tonal'la, under which she had the trust of the people, she founded an anti-Imperial terrorist group, The Cause, and led both sides of the shadowy war between the ISI and The Cause. Eventually The Cause would be manipulated to support Xen's move for Emperor, but Impetus faced threats from the reigning Emperor that threatened to destroy their plans. After putting all the pieces in play, Impetus would never be there to see Xen take the throne, as she faked her own death and traveled to lands unknown.
After 2 years, under a new name and a new identity, combined with a disguise, she made a new life for herself as the Togruta academic, Elincia Rei, and legitimately obtained her doctorate from the University of Corellia before returning to Scholae Palatinae. While initially aiming to stay out of the Dark Jedi power games and support Xen's rule as a simple scientist, high profile successes, the assassination of Ptolomea dictator Lou Khebe, the apprehension of a dangerous Jedi enemy of the Dark Brotherhood, and destroying the Caina Colossus led Xen to realise who she was, and offered her the role of Rollmaster. Shortly afterwards, following the disappearance of Cyris Oscura, she became the Emperor's right hand, his Grand Vizier, a higher position than she ever achieved as Impetus. As the Grand Vizier, she oversaw the construction of the new fleet, and the purchase of the ICN Vader, which serves as her flagship.
Dr. Elincia Rei is intelligent and professional. Calm, even toned, she is well mannered and polite, armed with an exceptionally sharp mind honed by years of scientific work. Her speech is precise and to the point, while she has a strange ability to get what she wants out of people. In terms of her military command, she leaves such duties to the Commanding Officer, as she has no experience of naval command and is rarely even aboard the Vader. The ship operates identically with or without her presence on the bridge.
