"Why won’t you just buzz off, before somebody gets hurt? "
―Anubis Annedu Wrath

Anubis Annedu Wrath is currently a Jedi Hunter residing in House Ektrosis of Clan Taldryan serving as the Tetrarch of Hex. The Hunter has a brother in House Galeres of Arcona. The brother’s name is Talos Taral. Wrath’s physical description includes three cybernetic limbs, red eyes with slitted pupils, brown hair, a medium build, and armoured robes for combat. His eyes are red, because he treated them with alchemy, when they were originally green. His hair is brown, because he also treated it with alchemy, from the white hair colour the Valheru are born with. He is a full-blooded Valheru, and is one of the last remaining ones, much like Ylith Atema The Valheru, according to what is know of them at this time, are a lost and broken race, as not many of them remain and they are scattered throughout the large galaxy.

Early Years

Dantooine Birth – 3 ABY

Anubis’ parents, Nikkon Annedu and Brisha Annedu, were hard working people and Jedi. The couple was always on the move, working hard to find a suitable place to live, and survive. Not long after they had married, did they have a son. They agreed to name him Anubis, seeing that the name would fit perfectly for the boy. They decided to have the boy remain with them, to teach him how to read and write. They wanted to teach him how do defend himself. Over the course of seven months, They had taught him as much as they could before something would come along. Brisha was pregnant. The two Annedu’s panicked, knowing that Anubis was a handful himself.

Nine months past, and Talos Annedu was born. Nikkon and Brisha made the hardest decisions of their Jedi careers. They decided to separate themselves and the two boys. Anubis would be sent to the Yavin Academy for Jedi training, while Talos would be sent to an orphanage across the galaxy. The Valheru couple split, leaving their sons to fend for themselves. Each was put on a shuttle to their destinations, Brisha hoping that her sons would make it to their new homes safely.

Duxn 3 ABY – 13 ABY

Anubis was on his way to the Yavin system, when his shuttle was shot down by Mandalorian raiders. The pilots were forced to perform an emergency landing on the Onderon moon of Duxn, unwillingly. The two pilots died in the crash, with the baby Valheru still strapped into his seat. The Annedu was left in the shuttle for hours, before the Mandalorians discovered the crashed vessel. They took the boy after they ripped apart the ship, taking him back to their camp.

The Mandalorian leaders held a conference to decide whether to keep the boy, or feed him to the cannoks. Two thirds of the council voted him to remain with the small clan, the other third against it. The Valheru was adopted by a younger couple, who would later help teach him everything he needed to know about combat and honour.

As Annedu spent more time with the Mandalorians, his respect and combat prowess grew. At the age of seven, he was no longer an outcast among the Clan, but a member of it. The Valheru had already mastered two types of hand to hand combat, as well as one of the many styles of sword combat. He would train for hours on end, stopping only to use the washroom or get something to drink and eat.

At the age of eleven, he was one of the top Mandalorian’s inside the Clan. The other boys were jealous of the Valheru’s endurance. They wished to rid him of their Clan, and decided that the best way to do that was to gang up on him. The other boys offered to play with him out in the inner forest, and the Annedu willingly accepted the offer. An hour later, they all jumped Anubis, forcing him to defend himself. He took down four of them before being taken down himself.

He was strapped to a tree, and was left for dead by the Mandalorians. The Valheru was there for five hours, before a hunting party passed through. They untied him, and led him back to the camp safely. As he entered the camp, the boys that had strapped him to the tree went white. The first one to notice him tried to make a run for it, but was quickly hunted down by the Annedu. Once he had a hold on them, he delivered punches to the Mandalorian’s face.

When Anubis finally stepped off of him, he suffered from swollen eyes, a bloody nose and a cracked jaw. As the other boys looked at the Valheru give their friend an onslaught, they turned and made a run for it. The Annedu left them be, and returned home in time for dinner. After what he did that day, none of the boys wished to ever do something like that to him again.

Teenage Years & Adult Years

Duxn 14 ABY - 18 ABY

Anubis continued his training, learning more and more as the years went by. He was an excellent combat artist, and was now moving onto pilot training. He practiced day and night, concentration solely on becoming a better pilot. When he was given access to a craft, he decided to fool around with some of the internal parts, discovering a hobby for mechanics. He fiddled around a bit, and changed the whole control setup.

The Valheru smoothly piloted that first craft, being careful not to damage the hull or burn out the engine. He was given full access to the craft a week later, and the Annedu instantly started working on it. Within what seemed like weeks to a month, he had already learned so much about mechanics, that he didn’t see the need to practice it anymore.

He went back to combat training, honing his skills with even greater precision. Anubis learned three more styles of hand to hand combat, preferring to use a sword when available. When he finally decided his training was done, he thought he’d try and have a little fun. Thinking that he could move stuff with his mind, the Annedu focused on pushing a rock forward and backward.

Wrath repeated this again and again. He decided to seek out what remained of the Jedi, remembering when he used to watch holo-vids of them and the Force. He packed his personal items, including a belt, robes, Mandalorian armour, and his personal sword. With the blessing of his adoptive parents, Anubis was given transportation to the Jedi Temple on Yavin IV.

Yavin IV 19 ABY – 23 ABY

Anubis traveled to the Yavin system, leaving his old life behind him. As he landed, a senior member of the Jedi Council and Jedi Knights greeted him. They asked only one question, what was his purpose of coming to Yavin IV? The Valheru told them he wished to be a Jedi Knight. The council member nodded his head, and told the Annedu to make himself at home for a few days, while the council held a meeting concerning him.

Wrath agreed to wait a few days, and take large walks around the academy. He set out for his first walk around the academy, touring it like a museum. By the time the council got to him, he had already walked the entire academy a few times. He was brought before the present council, seeing how a third of the council was out on missions, including Luke Skywalker.

He walked out of those chambers a Padawan learner. The Valheru’s assigned master was Qinton Dorg, a Jedi Master. The Annedu’s time at the academy was held short, as Dorg would always assign him tasks to do, which most of them were from different planets. As he set out for his first mission, his master decided to hand him a lightsaber in case of emergencies.

For his first mission, Anubis was sent to Dantooine to investigate a large disturbance from the local mercenaries. The padawan was assigned to make sure the mercenaries ceased all disruptive activities against the local militia and farmers. The Valheru hopped into his newly acquired X-wing fighter, and primed the engines for launch.

As he began to lift off, another craft blasted into the hanger nearly knocking Wrath’s own fighter off balance. The Annedu didn’t have a clue who the pilot was, but he didn’t have time to worry about that at the moment. He needed to stay focused on Dantooine and his mission. Quickly setting down the craft, Anubis reconfigured the controls to his personal taste, and took off once more.

Wrath piloted the X-wing into the cold and vast reaches of space, entering the proper Hyperspace co-ordinates into the small navi-computer. As the o.k. signal came back, Anubis made the jump to lightspeed. While sitting in the cockpit, Wrath got a little bored. He talked to his R2-X5 astromech droid for a while, when he suddenly had an idea. The Valheru asked the droid if he was able to allow Anubis into the Academy’s computers, and a solid “yes” came back. With a smile on his face, Wrath decided he’d get some sleep until they reached Dantooine.

Dantooine 23 ABY

The astromech droid woke Anubis as the X-wing exited Hyperspace, reminding him of the Academy. R2 gave the Padawan the proper access for his rank, and let the Valheru get on with his searches while he himself kept the ship in space. Wrath entered a search on the name Annedu, which returned four consecutive results a few minutes after the search had been started.

Two of the profiles were highlighted blue, while the other two were highlighted red. The names of the profiles were Nikkon Annedu, Brisha Annedu, Anubis Annedu Wrath, and Talos Annedu. The Valheru searched through the profiles of Brisha and Nikkon, which were highlighted red. They each had a parent title, and were ranked Jedi Master within the order. The Padawan stared in amazement as he discovered his parents.

The recorded location of their whereabouts was currently unknown. Anubis took a look at his own profile, to see that he was ranked Learner within the order, and that he was titled “son”. His current location was set to Dantooine, and he was guessing it was updated regularly. The last profile that remained was that of Talos Annedu. Hesitation filled the young Jedi’s mind, as he opened the file.

The first thing he looked for was title, which was labelled “son”, just like his own file. He looked in awe as he continued to read over the profile, a whole range of emotions filling his head. He calmed himself, and looked for the location of the boy. It appeared as if Talos was still at an old orphanage not to far from Dantooine.

Deciding that it would be best to get his mission completed first, Anubis slammed down the accelerator. The X-wing blasted through space, and within a minute or so was into the atmosphere. As he exited the field around the planet, his fighter suddenly shut down for no apparent reason. A slight “Uh oh” left the Valheru’s lips as the craft was thrown into a spin.

Anubis had the R2 unit assess the problem, and discovered that a key electrical cable had been severed. He grabbed a hydrospanner he had strapped to his belt, and patched it. As all systems came back online, the Padawan was able to regain control of the craft once more. Finally stabilizing the fighter, the Annedu looked for a landing pad for him to land.

After maybe ten minutes of searching, he found what he was looking for. Piloting the craft in slowly, he didn’t expect to come under fire. Anubis opened the S-foils to the craft, aware that his right engine was malfunctioning. The Valheru quickly opened a voice communication link with the local militia, telling them his reasons for being there and to cease fire immediately. The air defence tower held no response, and kept firing upon him.

Anubis became very frustrated, his piloting becoming sloppy. As the defence tower discharged a large ball of energy, Wrath accidentally hit the accelerator, blasting right into the ball of energy. It ripped apart the right wing, and even reached the cockpit. Tearing through the metal, it amputated most of the Valheru’s right arm as well. The fighter went into a spin towards the ground, crashing in a shallow river.

Anubis Annedu Wrath, During His Fall to The Dark Side

Anubis passed out from the large hit, and was found an hour later by scouting teams. He was brought to the medical center, where he awoke with his arm bandaged. They were about to attach a cybernetic arm, but the stubborn Annedu refused to have their model attached. When they asked what he wanted, he told them he would design his own.

Quickly drawing up the plans for his new arm, it was attached a few hours later. He asked to speak with the Militia’s head of command, and was given the privilege of so. The two men met in the old military headquarters, and sat down to talk. Anubis bombarded the man with questions, which few were answered. The head of command told him that the mercenaries were located east of their location, and were packed with all types of ammunition.

Wrath asked for the access codes to the speeder out front, so that he may use it to travel to the camp. The codes were given, and the Annedu was soon on his way. After a thirty minute ride to the mercenary camp, Anubis got off of the speeder. He wasn’t greeted with open arms, and was ordered to leave immediately. The Valheru smiled, and told them that unless they stopped hurting innocents, he wasn’t going anywhere.

Blaster fire from one of them erupted into the air, directly at the Padawan. Saber drawn, Anubis deflected the bolts back at its starting point, killing the man. The other five mercenaries grabbed their swords, and tried attacking the Jedi. Wrath taunted them, slicing apart their weapons with total ease, killing a few of them in the process. With only two of them left, the Annedu decided it was time to use his hand to hand combat skills.

The first one charged with his hands ready to strike. As he took a swipe at Anubis, his heart stopped as Wrath crushed the man’s heart in a single yet perfectly aligned and strengthened blow. The other one looked at the Valheru like a creep, and got onto the nearest speeder as fast as he could as he didn’t want to be next.

Anubis sighed after he looked at all of the bodies. He hadn’t wanted to kill all of those men, but it felt somewhat refreshing to him. The Annedu got back onto the speeder he came by, and returned to the militia headquarters. When he arrived, the building had been nearly half destroyed. Wrath looked about, trying to figure out what could have done this, when twenty men stepped out from behind the wall, each with blasters.

The Padawan accelerated, trying to steer clear of the men. Unfortunately for him, they had already seen him approach. The Valheru continued to speed up, trying to close the gap between him and the closest starfighter. He was fired on repeatedly, and was forced to jump off the speeder when he reached the fighters.

Wrath quickly got into one of the fighters, trying to make sure the enemies didn’t know which one he was in until it was too late to stop him. With some luck, the fighter he picked had the engines primed and ready for take off when he arrived. Anubis grabbed the controls, and quickly took off. Within a few seconds, he was already over a kilometre away from the place where he had taken the fighter.

Anubis returned home to the Jedi Academy, to find that his master himself had gone out on an important mission. Feeling a little lonely, Wrath decided to make a trip to the orphanage where his brother Talos was last seen. He didn’t know what to expect, really. Wrath hopped into the E-wing he had taken from Dantooine, and primed the engines for launch.

A few minutes later he was outside the atmosphere, and was entering the proper hyperspace coordinates into the navi-computer. As the o.k. was given from the computer, the Valheru made the jump to lightspeed. It was a long and boring ride, and the Padawan hadn’t eaten in a while.

The Orphanage 23 ABY

Anubis exited Hyperspace, the Hyperdrive fading into a low hum. Wrath blasted the accelerator forward, the E-wing instantly firing off. The Valheru flew to the nearby planet, scouting the large surface for any sign of the orphanage in which Talos was last known to be a part off.

After seven long hours of scouting the surface of the planet looking for the building, it appeared out west from his cockpit view. The Padawan turned the fighter, flying in the general direction of the orphanage. As he neared the building, the computer built inside the E-wing started repeating the words “missile lock’’.

Anubis cussed as two large missiles approached him from the right. The Annedu threw the craft into a barrel roll, hoping to have the two missiles come into contact with one another and explode. The plan failed however, as one of the missiles sped up for no apparent reason. Wrath threw the craft into overdrive, pushing the Ion engines to their absolute max.

If he was correct, he had close to thirty more seconds before the engines would explode, and kill Anubis. The Valheru angled the fighter toward the ground at a decent angle, hoping to get in close enough that he could jump off and survive. When he opened the canopy however, the craft was thrown into a continuous backflip.

The Padawan tried his best to stay on, as he was tossed over to one of the wings. Soon, he would be wrenched from the wing, and thrown down to the forest below. No matter how hard he strived to remain on the wing, the force would still try and rip his hands from it. After ten more seconds, the Valheru was tossed from the fighter.

He was glad he had put on the parachute while inside the cockpit. As the cord was pulled, he slowly fell to the planet below. Wrath angled the parachute to the Orphanage, trying to make sure that he wouldn’t have to hike on foot for very long.

Anubis waited ten minutes, and started to land in a densely populated forest. The chute got caught in a treww, and the Padawan reached for his lightsaber which was mysteriously missing. He had probably just left it in the cockpit of the E-wing. The Valheru was forced to wiggle himself out of the parachute.

When he finally got to the orphanage after an hour of hiking, he was greeted by the orphanages leader, George Kane, who asked the reasoning behing the Valheru’s visit. Wrath said that he was looking for his brother Talos Annedu, and was invited inside for some discussion.

The two walked and talked for a long period of time, as the Annedu was filled in on most of Talos’ life, until the age of thirteen. When he asked which room the brother was located in, the reply angered him beyond anything before. They threw Talos out of the front door when he was thirteen.

Anubis clenched his teeth, and stopped. He asked why he was forced out, and the only reply was “We hated him”. Wrath lost it. The Valheru left Kane for his business, and went to cool off. To his amazement, they even had a lightsaber on display. Calling the weapon to him, the Padawan placed it on his belt, the dark hilt clipping perfectly to his belt. As he stood there, he made one of the biggest decisions of his life. He looked for George, who was playing with some of the older orphans.

He had asked the Valheru what he was doing with the weapon, and the last thing that was heard from that room was the sound of a lightsaber igniting. After leaving the orphanage, Anubis knew he could only return to the academy to retrieve some personal belongings of his. He did so, finding an old shuttle stored away behind the orphanage.

After returning to the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV, Wrath was forced to leave. He was on his way to falling to the Dark Side of the Force, and he knew he could only achieve power. He would travel to many other systems in search of the power he sought, never discovering anything. Upon reaching Ryloth, he discovered a Sith Academy, still relatively intact...for the most part.

Ryloth 23 ABY - 24 ABY

He studied the intact artifacts and weapons, learning of archaic designs of the first lightsabers, swords, and some techniques of the Dark Side. Remaining at the Sith Academy for another year, Anubis honed his skills as a Sith, and most of all as a Valheru. He meditated much on what had happened, and decided to explore the temple.

Grabbing his lightsaber for safety, he made his way through the old walls, only to discover a set of holocrons still in serviceable condition, lying against the wall. Taking each one, he returned to the place he had deemed his quarters, and dissected the holocrons to retrieve their recordings, playing them back on his own holocron. They were lightsaber holocrons, detailing each set of lightsaber forms that existed.

He played through each one, listening to their teachings and practicing a few forms for himself, like Ataru, Dun Moch, and Shien. Realising that he’d need another lightsaber to practice Shien, the Sith did in fact build another, this one being by far one of the greater creations by the Valheru. Using a rare silver focusing crystal he had pillaged from the corpse of a body in the academy, the elegant silver hilt lead to a bright, silver lightsaber blade. Practicing Shien now too, he mastered Ataru and Dun Moch.

After extensive training, he was still no better at using two lightsabers at once. Deciding to take a different path, the Sith tossed his old dark hilted lightsaber in favour of his new silver hilted one. Deciding Ataru and Dun Moch were enough to defeat any foe, the Valheru designed a war-droid, and built it from stray parts he had found around the academy.

Finding a large ten foot by ten foot block of Cortosis hidden away in a vault which he broke into using the Force, Anubis built the droids protective armour out of the light material, so that he may practice lightsaber combat. After giving the droid sensors that would recognize a fatal blow and shut it down, Wrath began to practice.

He practiced each night for three months, until he lost interest in battling the droid. Leaving it deactivated, he left Ryloth, in search of becoming a Jedi Knight once more.

Yavin IV 24 ABY

Anubis did indeed return to Yavin IV, but all he saw were old buildings, most of which had been raided and destroyed. The Jedi Knights of Yavin IV had seemed to disappear. Maybe they moved to another side of the moon, maybe they didn't. The Valheru was sure though, that they weren’t where he left them.

After studying the attacks on the temple, the Annedu had come to the conclusion that it was Stormtroopers that had attacked the Academy, probably out of lust for the death of their precious emperor, who was murdered twenty-four years before that. The only thing that crossed his mind was the word 'fools', as he knew that some day the Jedi Knights would return to these temples and rebuild them to their former glory.

Was Anubis making a mistake, trying to turn from the Dark Side? Nobody could answer that question properly...not even the Valheru himself. As time would prove over and over as he searched for the Jedi, he wasn't meant for the Light. The Annedu retaliated, seeking to strip himself of the Force. He searched across the galaxy for someone to complete this task for him, yet nobody possessed the right skill.

Traveling 24 ABY - 26 ABY

"Leave me be, before you lose a head."
―Anubis Annedu Wrath

After a year of traveling, the Sith finally gave up. He accepted the fact that he was a member of the Dark Side, and finally got used to it. He would no longer wish he was dead, nor try to murder himself. He would live on, carrying on the memory of his parents inside his bloodstream. Also finding it hard to believe that he, a Sith, was born from Jedi parents, he eventually let it pass.

As he walked into a Coruscant bar, he was immediately told by the bartender to leave, for his actions yesterday. When Anubis had asked what he was talking about, everybody in the bar had told him that a man in his twenties that looked exactly like him had been through here the day before. The Valheru's mind suddenly flew back to Talos, whom he had not thought about in years.

Questioning the patrons of the bar, the Annedu was able to discover the path that his younger brother had been taking. When he heard the planet name, Dantooine, he knew instantly where to go. Stealing the ignition codes to a light transport, Anubis flew to Dantooine with all the haste he was able to muster.

Once again, he had arrived to late. The Valheru cursed, so irritated that he slaughtered the men that had given him his desired information. The next location was the Antei System, to a moon called Lyspair where an apparent Shadow Academy had been formed, for Dark Jedi. This was an opportunity for the Valheru, and he took it as quickly as possible.

DB History

The Entrance

When joining the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, each new member is stripped of all his items, weapons, and resources which are given to the Grand Master. Anubis also went through this, being stripped of his armor, his lightsaber, the light-transport he had been using as a means to get around, and of course, unwillingly, he was stripped of his knowledge of the Force, even though the connection remained. Starting from rock bottom, the apprentice was transfered to Clan Taldryan

Clan Taldryan

File:Tal-logo.jpg

Anubis Wrath has been in two clans, one of them being Clan Taldryan. The Valheru was placed in this clan upon joining the Brotherhood, and remained there for a time. He bonded with five different members of the clan, and had a good time. He was placed in House Ektrosis, or Ekky as they called it. Wrath's first Quaestor was Hel-Pa Sklib, referred to Sklib. Sklib and the summit helped him through the ranks to Novice, before he transferred over to Archanis. Archanis was great, and he made newer friends. One of these friends was very annoying, but he just blocked it out. Crix was the reigning Quaestor and the two had little trouble getting along. Anubis was still present as a member of Clan Taldryan when the War against the Vong had started.

Eighth Great Jedi War

The Eighth Great Jedi War was a fierce battle between the DJB and the Vong. It ravaged Antei, Lyspair, and the surrounding systems. The Vong struck from nowhere, attacking the Clan fleets aggressively. It wasn't long before the Brotherhood Clan's retreated their fleets to Antei, hoping to remain safe. The Vong would have none of it, and forced the fleets into the shroud. Anubis fought with Taldryan, making sure that they would remain strong. The Dark Prophet, one of the larger vessels of Taldryan, was one of the first vessels to go down, many of it's crew were killed. The Valheru lost his right arm while fighting Vong aboard the Prophet, and barely made it off the ship alive. Retreating to the Katarn, Anubis helped the ship recover slowly. Until the final battle at Antei, Wrath was a strong supporter of Taldryan. He had doubts when the Braata Option came into play, and the clans retreated to their home systems. After the war had come to a stand still and the clans had returned home, the Valheru left Clan Taldryan, and moved on to Clan Naga Sadow.

Clan Naga Sadow

Anubis joined Clan Naga Sadow shortly after the 8th Great Jedi War, becoming a member of House Ludo Kressh, referred to as HLK. He joined the Master-Student Program, referred to as the MSP, and was given AED Horus Black-Heart as his master. Horus taught Wrath to hone his combat skills, and enlighten him on defence strategies. The AED would not remain his master for long though, as he requested a different master. The request was approved, and he was given QUA Ashia Kagan Keibatsu. Ashia helped him through the trials, and watched Anubis prove himself during the Invasion of Orian.

The True Brotherhood had invaded the Orian system, home to CNS. Sadowites retaliated, forcing the TB off of most of the planets. Wrath fought on the front lines in the Battle of Tarthos, along side his friends, a Zabrak named Shuang Long, and a Miraluka named Nero Pennant. The three led Naga Sadow forces to victory, while Shan Long boarded the Dark Fusion, flagship of the TB. Anubis lost his lower left leg when Nero accidentally cut it off. The Valheru made a temporary one after his flesh leg was removed from his body. Shan managed to take control of the Dark Fusion, and had it renamed Orian Legacy.

Clan Arcona

Anubis joined Clan Arcona, a hopeful. The Hunter decided to join House Qel-Droma, because he remembered the Quaestor, Quejo from Clan Naga Sadow. Before he left for Arcona, Quejo was the reigning House Marka Ragnos Quaestor. Wrath within his first two weeks of joining the new clan, was offered the chance to serve as the Rollmaster for his house. The Valheru gladly accepted the position, knowing that it would help him out in the long run. He controls the Master Student program for the house, and gets the new members on their feet.

Soon after his ascension to Rollmaster, Quejo offered to take on Anubis as his apprentice. Once again, the Valheru gladly accepted. The two trained regularly, preparing Wrath for Knighthood. Wrath discovered that Talos was also a member of Arcona, and approached him as a hooded figure. The two met, and have been bonding ever since. Around a month into Annedu’s time as a member of Arcona, House Qel-Droma declared war on the Jedi Knights of Eclipse Station. During the attack, the members of House Galeres vowed to stop the madman of a Quaestor, Quejo. War broke out between the two, and so Anubis and Talos were forced to pit battle against each other. After the Feud, each brother gave their sorries, promising never to fight like that again. They crossed their lightsabers, swearing an oath to each other upon this.

Love

A time had come, when the Hunter had become lonely. He decided it was time for a small vacation, and took it to Tatooine. During his time there, he met a young women around his age, Human, named Lenna Sconn. She had instantly gotten along with the Valheru, and the two promised to meet again sometime. That time would be the very next day. After a week, Anubis had spent so much time with Lenna that that they knew what the other was going to say, before they were going to say it. On a single occasion, the two had gotten intoxicated, and spent the night together.

By the time each awoke, they knew what had happened, and they wern't shammed about it. They continued to spend more time together, until the Rollmaster's vacation had come to an end. As he placed his bags inside his TIE Hunter, the Striker I, he felt the sudden urge to see her one last time. He knew exactly where to look, too. They met in the local cantina, to which they had first met. At the first sight of each other, they kissed. At the exact same time, both asked the other to marry them, and both accepted.

The Return Home

Anubis and Lenna wed on Tatooine, with Lenna taking the name Lenna Annedu-Sconn. Unknown by Anubis at the time, but Lenna was actually a lightsaber wielder, and a master at dual wielding. It astonished the Valheru when he discovered it. As the Annedu brought her back to the Qel-Droma base, they were both greeted by Quejo, who was quite interested to know of the marriage. Anubis explained what had happened, and Drakai let out a single nod, leaving the two lovers to get settled in to a set of bigger quarters, thanks to the help of the Quaestor.

Now settled into their new room, it didn't take long for Lenna to realize that she could no longer hide her identity as a lightsaber wielder. Revealing her silver blades, all she asked for was forgiveness. The Valheru gave her more then forgiveness. He also promised that no matter the cause, nothing would come between the two. He had a single request from his darling wife. To have her teach him the ways of mastery in lightsaber combat. Lenna gladly accepted, taking on her husband as a combat apprentice, while he took her on as a Force apprentice.

Tragedy

No more then five weeks in their marriage, and something terrible happened between Anubis and Lenna. It isn’t known how, but Lenna had been struck with a terrible illness. She had been infected with the ever deadly Vong Coral Seeds, and would soon die from them if she could not be healed. Using what knowledge of the Force both husband and wife had, they attempted to heal her through their greatest ally, only to have the Force turn their back on them and speed up the infection process. No more then a week later had she suffered too much, that she committed suicide using her lightsabers.

Annedu buried her on his home planet of Dantooine, where he and his parents had once lived. Feeling both worthless and useless, Anubis sought out the advice of an old friend, Shadow Taldrya, one of the more prominent members of Taldryan. The Dark Side Adept gave him some much needed advice, and in return the Hunter told the Taldrya he was thinking of returning. After much debate, Wrath made the decision to return to where he truly belonged, Taldryan.

Betrayal

"How could you!?"
― Talos Annedu

Without a single warning, Anubis announced to the entire Arconan fleet, that he was leaving Clan Arcona for where he truly belonged, Clan Taldryan. Quickly getting into his starfighter, the Striker I, the Valheru was out of the hanger before anybody knew it. As he moved away from the fleet, his fighter picked up the energy signal of his brother’s craft, Nostalgia.

Ensuring that he would not be followed, the Sith opened up a communications link with his brother, and explained the situation that he was in. Talos would not hear it, and fired upon the Annedu’s craft. Using great precision, Anubis was able to dodge the cheap shot. Craft and communications remaining still, Wrath opened the s-foils.

No more then a second after they had opened, the elder brother began his own fire. The fire-linked laser cannons blasted towards the other brother, which he scarcely avoided. Now engaged in a fire-fight, each pilot tried to land a hit on the other, but didn’t succeed. Deciding enough was enough, the elder pilot started his Hyperdrive, bringing it to a hum so that he could enter the proper coordinates into the navigational computer.

After a few moments, the computer beeped, indicating that the ship was ready for Hyperspace travel. Dodging to the left of some fire, both craft passed each other. The pilots gazed into each others eyes, and at that exact instant Wrath made the jump to Hyperspace. Whether the two brothers would meet again, was uncertain.

Clan Taldryan, The Return Home

File:Tal-logo.jpg

Returning to his former clan, the Hunter was greeted by his first Quaestor, Hel-Pa Sklib. The two had a long discussion on the possibility of rejoining the clan, and after a long debate, it was decided that the Valheru would once more be a member of Taldryan. Arriving with only his weapons and ship, Anubis was welcomed back into his first battle-team, Hex with open arms. He had remembered a few faces from House Archanis, which he had learned had been closed down. He has rejoined the ranks of House Ektrosis.

A Brother, Now Rival

It had been no more then a week after his arrival in the Kr’Tal system, when he had received word that somebody was waiting for him in the battle team Hex barracks. Returning to the room, he was greeted by a hooded figure, with a lightsaber in hand. Drawing his own, each man lit up their light-weapons, red blades cutting the air like butter. Removing his cloak, the figure revealed himself as Talos Taral. Without a single word, the two brothers charged forward, lightsabers swinging wildly.

Blades colliding, the hit knocked both Hunter’s back. After fighting for ten minutes straight, Anubis was able to land a blow. He had slashed a large gash into the leg of his brother, buying him the time he needed to bring a chair open at incredible speeds using telekinesis, which smashed into Talos and rendered him unconscious. Standing over his brother, he spoke the only set of words he had wished he had not have spoken.

“Talos Annedu. Today, you are no longer my brother, but a rival. Do not cross me again, or there will be bloodshed. I had no wish of injuring you, but you left me no choice. It was unwise of you to track me here…but I hope you have learned your lesson.”

Grabbing his brothers body, he brought him to the medical bay and injected him with sedatives, which would keep him unconscious for the next few days. Walking to the hanger with Talos’ body, he placed it inside one of House Ektrosis’ LAAT/i’s, handing the pilot three hundred credits and a datapad, Wrath told him to fly the body to Dantooine, and drop it off at the specified coordinates, located on the datapad.

Watching his brother leave the planets atmosphere, Anubis couldn’t help but wonder if he had done the right thing. Deciding it was for the best, the Valheru returned to the barracks of his battle team, laying on his bunk.

Training

Since he had been in Arcona, the house leaders decided that Anubis was to be re-trained in the way of Clan Taldryan. He was to be trained every day for seven hours, seven days a week, without breaks. The training at first was easy, because he was starting at such a low level of training. Progressing through, it started to become slightly harder each session, until Wrath had met his match.

One the occasion, he was practicing with a droid, which was built with cortosis armour to protect it from lightsaber damages. The droid had been upgraded to match the Valheru, and had actually given the Hunter some trouble in terms of combat.

Succeeding in disabling the droid two training sessions later, Anubis had been given a new pair of armored robes, these ones black. Wearing the new robes proudly, they had the Taldryan patch embedded on the gauntlets and shin braces. Making some technological modifications to the armour, the right gauntlet was now protective casing for his cybernetic arm, which allowed him to still be able to access the computer datapad imbedded in the arm. The back of the left shin plate now featured a small slot, where Anubis could plug in his notebook computer to update the leg’s systems if needed.

Flight Practice

Being a flight member on the battle team Hex, the premier battle team of House Ektrosis, Wrath was expected to one of the better pilots. Because the leader didn’t think that the Valheru was ready for some serious flights, he placed Anubis with the second in command of the team, to train the Hunter in flight.

After five days of training, he was deemed ready for a test flight. Instantly getting into his TIE Hunter, the former Rollmaster was but through a fire-fight simulation, with one of the squadrons other pilots. Returning to the Ektrosis base’s hanger, the battle team leader told Wrath he now had permission to accompany the squadron on missions. Feeling a sense of pride, he returned to the Hex barracks to rest. He had endured a five hour long simulation, and was tired. He fell asleep a few minutes later.

A Battle-Team Leader

No more then a week after he had returned to Clan Taldryan had the Annedu become the Battle-Team Leader of none other then the team he started off in, Battle-Team Hex. Finishing getting settled into his new quarters, the Valheru completed his first paperwork of the new position. He had placed an order with an arm’s company for some standard battle armor, as well as some armored robes for his team.

File:TieHunter.jpg

After placing the order, Anubis finished up a few extra bits of paperwork, which held no real importance at the moment. Putting his feet up on his desk, Wrath relaxed for a few minutes. Waking up ten minutes later, he got dressed into his black armored robes, in which the gauntlets and the shin braces had the Taldryan, Ektrosis, and Hex emblems engraved into the durasteel.

Opening the panel to the datapad on his cybernetic arm, the Hunter keyed in a short message to all members of the Battle Team. After a minute or so of typing, he pressed the send button, and the message was sent out to their personal datapads, terminals, and computers, and anything that could receive such a message.

‘Hex, I request your presence in the team barracks. We need to create some timelines. Tetrarch out.’

After sending out the message, the Sith walked over to the cabinet off to the right. Opening it, all of his weapons lay there. Grabbing his Shock Whip, two Flex Blades, Lightsaber, and EE-3 blaster carbine, Anubis closed the cabinet and returned to his desk. Sheathing the swords on his left hip, he clipped the Shock Whip and Lightsaber onto the right side of his belt.

The EE-3 blaster carbine had a strap attached to it, which the Hunter threw over his neck. Grabbing a drink from the mini-fridge, he quickly drank down a glass of water and walked outside the room and into the Hex barracks. Waiting for him, was his entire team. Giving them the orders to meet outside in the field with their primary weapons, the Valheru walked out the door.

Making his ways through the corridor, Anubis was able to locate the closest exit and walked out into the center of the field. A few moments later, his team emerged, each dressed in protective vests. As they approached, each sat cross-legged on the grass. The Sith told them of their first task under his command, which was to run the obstacle course.

Each of them got to their feet a few minutes later, after the Tetrarch had told them of the course. Commander and Battle Team walked over to the first obstacle, where an airspeeder sat waiting for a rider. Explaining what to do, Wrath got onto the speeder, giving his members the signal to start as he sped off to the end of the course.

Passing the twenty obstacles, the Dark Jedi waited at the end of the obstacle course for his team members. All of them had successfully finished the course, though one member, Desius, had slight trouble. The trouble was however resolved when the Protector was given advice. Keying in the results of the team’s performance, their average was eighty-nine over one hundred. Not exactly one hundred percent, but it would do for now. Giving the team their average, they were slightly disappointed, but knew that next time they would do better.

Walking them to the barracks, he gave them a warning to get some rest, because tomorrow they’d be doing a lot of training. Leaving his team, he walked into his quarters. He couldn’t remember why he thought he’d need his weapons and armored robes. Disarming himself, he set a pass-code on the door and got some rest.

Jarr-Kai Medallion

"Magnificant..."
Hel-Pa Sklib, refering to the Medallion.

While out on a walk through the wildlife of Taruma, Anubis had stumbled upon a pale tree, and had discovered a small medallion. The medallion was plainly put, beautiful. Around the center of the relic, burned an infinite fire which let off no smoke, nor melted the glass concealing it. Captivated by the item, he brought it before his leaders, Hel-Pa Sklib and Vodo Biask, and they asked that he investigate the source of the dark energies that were eminating from it. After carefully studying the item, he discovered it's alchemical powers.

After thinking carefully about his findings, he wrote up a report and handed it over to his summit. They conviened, and decided to have the Alchemist Valheru replicate the medallion as many times as possible, and test it out to see if there were any side effects to using it. When he was finished, there was exactly twenty medallions, and he had determined that the effects of long term use were pretty bad. Sooner or later, the users body would wither away, as the alchemy that the medallion uses is harnessed by the Dark Side.

Upon careful consideration, the Obelisk and Krath allowed the Tetrarch to keep the medallions, and award them to members that had shown great service. It was renamed the Hex Medallion.

Personal Weapons

"You will never touch any of my blades, until they slice through your body."
―Anubis Annedu Wrath
File:Anubis-Dagger.jpg

Sorrow

Sorrow was one of Anubis Annedu Wrath's favourite melee weapons, mostly because of it's razor sharp look and the fact that it was easily portable. The dagger fell into the Valheru's hands by murder actually. The Annedu had been on a mission for his master, Quejo Drakai Xyler, to locate and destroy the leader of a pirate cell. It wasn't easily, but after around a month he had a locked location on the target. Taking with him half of the Qel-Droman fleet, the Valheru sought out and did his best to destroy the target. He finished the leader off himself, slitting his throat with his own dagger, which the Annedu later took for himself, naming it Sorrow. As Anubis sent off Sharpnel to his brother, he also packed Sorrow in with the package, as an even greater gift.

File:Anubis-Sword.jpg

Shrapnel

Named because of it's razor sharp blade, Shrapnel is probably the Annedu's second favourite close range combat weapon, the first being Sorrow (see above). Shrapnel was constructed by Anubis during his first month in Arcona, to practically replace Sorrow, but the Hunter couldn't bring himself to do it. He instead kept both weapons, as a sign that if you get to close, your going to have to start running. The blade is custom forged, while the hilt was removed from a sword that the Valheru already possessed. It is rarely used, and is instead kept in a protective case on display in the Tetrarch's quarters.

After moving home to Taldryan, Anubis had a long debate on his hands. Wrath had made a desicion, and packed the sword inside it's special travelling case, and sent it off to his brother Talos aboard one of the transports the Ektrosis temple contained. He later sent a message to his brother, explaining to him the sheer excellence of the weapon. The Arconan took the weapon with great pleasure, and gave his word that it would be treated appropriatly. As a special gift, the Tetrarch had also packed in the dagger Sorrow.

File:Anubis-Dagger2.jpg

Umethar

Umethar was one of Anubis' last weapons given to him. It was a gift from his wife Lenna Annedu-Sconn, as a honeymoon present. He's held onto it since, carrying it into battle or training sessions wherever he is, or going. It almost never leaves his side, and is stored in a special Plasteel pouch designed to hold the blade without being destroyed or wreaked.

After the death of his wife, Lenna, Anubis became very very close to his weapon, actually using it more then his lightsaber. It was the only thing that he had left of his former wife, seeing how he had abandoned almost all of his things besides his weapons, with Arcona. The weapon is polished every day, and Wrath has vowed never to let it leave him.

Jarr-Kai Medallion (Hex Medallion)

Although a medallion or an amulet as some might call it, The Jarr-Kai Medallion or Hex Medallion is an alchemical power to be reckoned with. Instead of using modern day alchemy with machines, this medallion harnesses the Dark Side of the Force to create ancient alchemy, which can be used for almost anything if properly used.

The Jarr-Kai Medallion allows for anything to be created, except for life. There is also the 'equivilent exchange' drawback. This drawback is described that to create one thing, you must sacrafice another. An example would be sacrificing stone to make durasteel. When using the alchemical powers, a red lightning surrounds the arm or limb that the medallion is on. Anybody besides the user who touches this lightning, can experience both memory loss and brain damage.

Affliction

File:Anubis-Halberd.jpg
Affliction

Affliction was one weapon that Anubis had forged himself. He had sketched it out on a drawing program he had designed while sitting aboard a transport, and had the blades forged inside the Ektrosis temple, located on Taruma after taking a crooked branch and carving out the slender wooden hilt. The whole process of building the weapon to perfection took well over a week, after carving in designs to the shaft, and adding a slight paint job to the end blades. Once he had finished the job of making it, he set out to name it. After looking it over carefully, he named it Affliction. The new weapon now serves beside Umethar, as a primary weapon in Wrath's arsenal. Used more then his lightsaber, it is a great asset.

Cybernetic Limbs

"My god, you're going to be more man then machine."
―Angelo Dante, friend.

Anubis has three cybernetic limbs, each from the three clans he has served in. His right arm, from Clan Taldryan. His lower left leg, from Clan Naga Sadow. His left forearm, from Clan Arcona. Although he doesn’t plan on losing another limb or needing another cybernetic replacement for anything anytime soon, anything is possible in the Brotherhood of Dark Jedi

Right Arm (Taldryan)

Lost during the first stages of the Eighth Great Jedi War against the Vong, Anubis was aboard the Dark Prophet when it came under heavy fire from enemy warships, as well as when it was boarded. Making it off just in time, Wrath retreated to the Katarn, and had the arm replaced with a cybernetic limb instead, which the Valheru extensively modified.

Lower Left Leg(Naga Sadow)

In an attempt to fight off the True Brotherhood during the Invasion of Orian, Anubis, accompanied by friends Syrus Korodin and Nero Pennant, Led the battlefront in the Battle of Tarthos. Nero, still new to the lightsaber given to him by his master Trevarus, made a terrible mistake that cost Wrath his lower left leg. Being carried over to the nearest medical post, the Valheru was able to construct a temporary cybernetic limb, until he could make one properly outside of the battle field, aboard the Covenant, one of the last remaining ships of the Clan Naga Sadow fleet that served at the Battle of Antei.

Left Forearm (Arcona)

It’s not really known how the Hunter lost this part of his arm, but it was suspected he lost it during a mission for his former clan, Clan Arcona. After the return from the mission, Wrath never spoke of what happened; only telling the leaders that had sent him on the task, that it was completed successfully.

Armours

Customized Clone Assassin Armour

Clone assassins were one of the most deadly clone trooper specializations during the Clone Wars. In order to effectively confront would-be adversaries, any possible advantage was carefully researched and utilized. The art of Teräs Käsi was one of the unit's basic abilities along with enhanced speed, though it is unknown what facilitated such unusually quick movements.

Their armor was designed to be just as deadly as they were. Each set of armor was outfitted with a wrist vibroblade, and a blade that attached to their elbows for preforming stabs to those behind them. Equipped with the normal systems of Clone trooper armor, like a MFTAS, comlink, and visual scanners.

Wrath found a set of this armor hidden in a weapons cache, and had it customized to fit comfortably with his cybernetic parts, and interact with them as well. He decided to leave the look of the armor alone, to give it a more antique look.

Prototype Armour

The armoured layers of Anubis’ prototype armor is comprised of:

  • Titanium Alloy
  • Mandalorian Steel
  • Durasteel Alloy
  • Plasteel
  • Small Amounts of Cortosis (Just enough to slow the cut of a lightsaber, not shut it down)

It has many features that are included both inside and outside the suit, making it the state of the arc combat suit around. It looks like Mandalorian armour, because Anubis designed it in such a way that it would hint all of his Mandalorian training upon Duxn, nothing more. Still a prototype, many systems still need to be tested and added, bringing the price of the armour forever rising. A lot of the credits that the Annedu still makes goes towards the suit, besides the money for food. One of the things that make the suit completely unique, are the cortosis plated forearms, built to combat lightsabers in the need of hand-to-hand combat.

The systems for the head region include:

  1. DH107 Comlink
  2. Helmet Computer
  3. MFTAS System
  4. Data Jacks (for computer)
  5. Sensors

The systems and suit attachments for the chest/arm region include:

  1. Sensors
  2. Cortosis Forearm Braces
  3. Wrist Vibroblade

The systems for the leg region include:

  1. Servomotors
  2. Module Rigs

The comlink, helmet computer, sensors, blaster cannons, and module rigs are all designed by Anubis, who spent months on the design of the suit, as well as the credits to buy or make each component.

(This armor is used for fictional purposes only)
