Purpose
The Conclave are the advisors for the Consul or Quaestor of Naga Sadow, otherwise known as the Inner Circle. The Inner Circle generally acts as the Ruling Council for the direction of the unit which typically consists of the Clan or House Summit, the Sons and Daughters of Sadow, and members of the Order of the Black Guard. Ordinarily, the Conclave convenes once a month at the Consul or Quaestor's bidding.

The Conclave is known to typically convene during one of the first weekends of a given month at the bidding of the Consul, given the various locations of many members of Naga Sadow, timing is of the utmost importance. In emergency situations, the Conclave can be called upon in a minimized format at the Consul's discretion.
