Creon (pronounced cree-on) is an Okami Mandalorian and Jedi Knight from Clan Odan-Urr.

Character History

Young Creon

Early Life

Creon was born on Panatha in 10 ABY. His father wars a pilot and engineer, his mother stayed at home and raised him with his two younger sisters. His family kept many canids as pets.

The Dark Brotherhood

Creon enlisted in the Iron Forces in 27 ABY as a heavy trooper. His records were reviewed by Jeric Cyrin of Clan Naga Sadow. Jeric took particular in Creon's midi-chlorian count and training scores in basic training. He invited Creon to be his apprentice in the Dark Brotherhood to learn the Dark Side of the Force and to train him as an Obelisk. Creon accepted and was sent to the Shadow Academy to be educated and employed in a special operations group known as The Regulators. His squad known as The Reaper Crew under the leadership of Roxas Buurenaar performed covert operations under the direct order of Grand Master Muz Ashen.

From Darkness to Light

In 28 ABY all of Naga Sadow's forces were deployed to New Tython in an assault against the Jedi of Clan-Odan Urr known as the Tenth Great Jedi War. Creon's squad fell in a battle against an army of Mandalorians and Creon became a prisoner of war. After the conflict Creon's life was spared by the judgement of Jedi Master Aura Ta'var. Creon was offered amnesty and citizenship Kiast if he were to renounce his old clan, learn the Light Side of the Force as a padawan. Over time Creon made Odan-Urr his new home and after five years of jedi training he became a full-fledged Jedi Knight.

Joining The Wildcards and The Lotus

In 35 ABY Creon became part of a team known as The Wildcards who's primary role was to carry secret cargo for the Odanite Expeditionary Force. He lived on the Idiot’s Array and made friends with other renowned mercenaries such as; Jael Chi’ra, Tarvitz, Celevon, and Len Iode. The |final mission of the Wildcards was to rescue the kidnapped Princess Anasaye’s. The team's success gave each of the members honors and renown in the Vatali Empire. After the disbandment of the Wilcards in 36 AB, Creon took office as House Hoth's Aedile under Jael as its Quaestor. During a house summit meeting with Arcona, Creon gained interest of Lady Lucine Vasano who invited Creon to join a resistance movement against the Iron Throne known as the Lotus.

Rite of Supremacy: Meridian

After Jael's term of Quastor had ended, Creon had taken his place with Tarvitz has his second in command. During his term he took complete charge over the O.E.F. military and re-organized its infrastructure. For the navy he reduced funding for small scale squadron fighters in favor of large freighters. His solution for making up for the lake of starfighters was the creation of a joint task force. This land and space task force comprised of three different military powers: remnant mercenaries of the Wildcards, volunteers from the O.E.F., and a small army of Mandalorian mercenaries under the leadership of Luna Okami. During the battle for the Meridian Prime Space Station, Creon's team was able to capture a shard known as Rutgar-4 and removed the crystal artifact in its core. After the conflict with the Collective had ended the joint task force was disbanded due to a high casualty cost and Creon had retired as Hoth's Quaestor.

The Great Jedi War XIV: Homefront

In 38 ABY Creon was invited to become an Okami Mandalorian by Dral Falgorth. He was trained by Falgorth the Man'doa language, mandalorian culture, and their advanced combat techniques and tactics. His Verd'goten trial was spending a year alone in the ice moons of Kaerls without being able to take anything with him and survive. During this year the Okami villagers claimed Creon had returned as a Force Ghost under the moon while his body still slept on the mountain. Upon his return he was accepted to the Okami Clan and the very next day both Creon and Dral were hired by Clan Vizsla to fight with Battleteam Deathwatch in the Fourteenth Great Jedi War. Their team successfully defended the Godless Matron flagship during first contact and the city of Eos after the planetary shields of Arx fell. After the war had ended, Creon returned to Odan-Urr apart from Dral who decided to stay with Clan Vizla.

Tactics

If duly prepared prior to engaging the enemy Creon will take a slow approach from a long distance. He will remain as silent as possible and execute his target(s) with minimal trace. When faced with an army Creon performs a shock and awe offensive with a guerilla warfare defensive. It's his trust in the Force that guides switching between fight or flight. At a medium distance Creon falls back to his trooper training and experience. He will employ louder strategies such as flanking maneuvers and room to room clearing. Up close Creon will rely on his Might, Miscellaneous Weapons, and Primary Martial Arts to kill or subdue his opponent.

The Force

Precognition is his reactive instinct and primary means of defense. If challenged by a swifter opponent Creon will use Force Slow to line up a lethal shot. He uses Telekinesis both offensively and to quickly draw his weapons. The Force Cloak is used sparingly for movement and positioning in circumstances that lack concealment or if the element of surprise had been compromised. Force Lightning is used strictly as stun effect against close enemies before a followed execution. His Sense is on the lookout for any Force Sensitives with a stronger presence than his. Creon will only employ Barrier as a last resort. Ampification is used for force speed and force jump. Rage enhances Creon's Might when using his Primary Martial Arts. His trained (+1) abilities are only used outside of combat under a meditative trance. Healing is used in conjunction with Control Self when focused on the body. Farsight is done through dreams during sleep. Concealment is employed when his senses have felt a stronger presence than his in the Force.

Arms and Armor

  • The WESTAR-M6 is Creon's primary weapon of choice. It was designed to be a fusion of Kuruk's blaster rifle with an attached WESTAR-M5 as the side barrel. The Whispershot Supressor is attached to the main barrel but is removed when selecting the second firing mode. J19 Electroscope optics are fed through the rifle's macroscope in a direct feed into Creon's helmet visor. The Underslung Grenade Launcher is located under the second barrel and can only be operated on the third firing mode.
  • Creon's Arm Cannon Breakdown Enhancement magnetically secures the main components under the left pauldron of his armor. In this carrying state it's incapable of firing with its only active function is feeding the XAD Omnisight to Creon's helmet. He's able to assemble the weapon with practiced Telekinesis for medium-close ranged combat. The canon slides over the left Mandalorian Vambrace and temporarily deactivates its functions as a safety protocol. The Beam Splitter uses the plasma bolt launcher to produce a shotgun effect for its heavy-duty physical plasma bolts.

Companions & Contacts

Aura Ta'var is a Jedi Master of Clan Odan-Urr who spared Creon's life during the Tenth Great Jedi War. She served as Creon's mentor during his training as Jedi padawan and was responsible for teaching him his Primary Lightsaber Form: Vaapad and how to use Battle Meditation. She has been at Creon's side in many adventures and the two have forged a bond of friendship over their comradery.

Dral Falgorth is an Okami Mandalorian and Creon's closest comrade in arms. The two fought more battles together than apart and were believed to be unstoppable. It was Falgorth who invited Creon to train in the ways of the Mandalorian and vouched for him to Luna and Gülvyr Okami. He taught Creon the Resol'nare, his Primary Martial Arts Form: Mandalorian Core, and how to speak Mando'a. Creon regards him proudly as a brother.

Elyon de Neverse is a Jedi of Clan Odan-Urr and is Creon's love interest. They met in the gardens of the Jedi Temple at a young age and have had many adventures together since. The two share a villa in her homeworld of Naboo. She is a reliable healer who joins him in some of his missions and even taught Creon the art of Healing with the Force.

Ka Tarvitz was a notable friend of Creon's in the Wildcards. Tarvitz as the main pilot of the Idiot's Array and taught Creon how to fly. They fought in the war against the Collective side by side and were even known to hunt the Sith together. In tandem with his mentor role with Elyon, Tarvitz has been come to be close like family to Creon.
