As of June 13, 2014, the Odan-Urr policies were created to combat disrespectful behavior.
Current "Trusted Members"
These members have been appointed as "Trusted Members". They are responsible, along with the House Summit, to police the #Odan-Urr channel against disrespectful behavior. Currently, this group consists of:
This is to ensure that no single person is allowed to abuse the privileges entrusted to them. These members are allowed to take any action they deem appropriate, as long as it falls into the actions explained below. If these powers are abused without reason and evidence, the House Summit is encouraged to take direct action, in the event of abuse of power. In this situation, the member in question is to be removed from the Trusted Members. Additional actions will be enacted at the Summit's discretion.
Harassment, Targeting, and "Trolling"
Nonsense will be warned against once, followed by action. Muting for lesser things, bans of varied duration for larger infractions - and after a ban, the Summit will expect an email with the reason and some logs, so it can adjust as needed to keep it fair for all members.
A document will exist for entrusted members to compile logs of events falling under this category.
