Description

The Emerald Dagger is a bladed weapon fashioned after the asymmetrical blade of a kris. Crafted from solid emerald, and hardened to create a strong blade that can blunt or damage other more common blades.

Awarded for

The Emerald Dagger is awarded to those who have shown themselves to truly bring something new to their given position. However, their actions are not to be solely consigned to their specific House or Clan, but instead, must show that they have had an impact outside of their respective work. One who receives the Emerald Dagger will be known to the Brotherhood at large, their impressive array of work standing the test of time.

-A kris blade of pure emerald set into a handle of [[starwars:Hijarna_stone|Hijarna stone]].  The asymmetry of the blade connotes a sense of foreboding and uncertainty in those who gaze into its viridian luster.  It is hand-crafted over a period of months from a single, massive emerald.  The blade is glazed with a hardening agent to preserve its crystalline beauty as well as render the dagger quite formidable against an unarmored opponent.
