Tierra was born to a Zelosian family on New Tython. Immigrants from Zelos, her parents were opportunists and settlers called to New Tython by the promise of land and prosperity. Her father, Talamh, was a crop farmer who owned a large farmstead and many fields outside Menat Ombo Her mother, Aarda, started off as a government menial in Menat Ombo, but soon climbed the ranks as a liaison between the Omboese government and the indigenous tribes, specifically the Iwu Koraha Mahue. Her knack for picking up foreign languages and her diplomatic demeanor made her the ideal candidate for such a position, which meant Aarda often had to leave the capital on missions from the government for months on end.

Tierra spent time with both parents equally, learning about farming, horticulture, and animal rearing from her father. She also learned the skills of an adept speaker, diplomat, and negotiator by observing and mimicking her mother. Both parents taught her compassion in their way, but it was her mother who taught her what reality truly looked like, the politics, the vying interests, and how truly little the lives of small people mattered to governments and corporations. She taught Tierra to love life and to use the very system, so often used to destroy life, to preserve what she could as best she could.

In 29 ABY calamity struck New Tython as the The Brotherhood invaded. They called it a war, but for the Harakoans and the Tythonians, it was a tragedy brought on by what was later established as an internal Brotherhood conflict. Tierra was slated to become a commissioned officer by the time the Grand Master of the Brotherhood ordered New Tython's destruction. She instead decided to step away mere months before the calamity, going to her father's farm and discussing career options as a diplomat with her mother. She found a job with the Odan-Urr diplomatic corps. As a veteran she was looked down upon as "merely a soldier" but her aptitudes for diplomacy and conflict mitigation, especially between groups she had no prior knowledge of, became clear very early on. Her career as a soldier instilled a discipline in her methods that bridged any gaps or shortfalls she may have had, while her compassion and diligence allowed her to achieve high standards.

Tierra was swept away with a tide of terrified people. While there was no invasion on her side of the planet, she heard rumors that Ooroo Abbey and Menat Ombo had been bombed. In a panic she looked for any transport to get her to her father. She found none, apart from the evacuation ship the Jedi of Odan-Urr had ordered. Knowing nothing about her parents but knowing they were smart enough to head for the transports themselves, she embarked and fled with a crowd of indigenous and colonist refugees.

The radicalization many New Tythonians went through after their world was destroyed did not in any way pass Tierra by. The utter shock of the ordeal, the disbelief and grief she felt for her home, her family, was almost unbearable. Drifting through space with little to hope helped not at all as she, her community, and the fleet in its totality slipped into a sense of loss, depression, and furious anger. Some sought revenge, some justice, others simply did not know what to do. Tierre spent the better part of their sojourn in a deep, deep depression. She clung to meaningless things — cheap alcohol, and cheaper company.

The turnaround came when Kiast was discovered, when the Vatali Empire welcomed the refugees in a time of crisis, and when the Odan-Urr military re-organized and started planning a resistance movement against the Dark Council. Recognizing her life for the shambles it was, Tierra rediscovered her resolve through her faith — her parents' faith in the Force. The belief centered her, gave her hope and  purpose. She spent several long months sobering up, introspecting and helping where she could with the refugee effort. And when the call came for arms to be raised again, she reapplied for the military, receiving a reinstatement as a Lieutenant. Odan-Urr needed all the able bodies they could get.

Service in the Sentinel Network and Rise as a Leader
The Sentinel Network (36 ABY - 41 ABY)
Recognizing Tierra’s resilience and adaptability, the Odan-Urr leadership recommended her for recruitment into the Sentinel Network (SeNet), a covert intelligence organization dedicated to countering the Dark Council’s influence through subterfuge, sabotage, terrorism, and assassination. A veritable black spot on Jedi-led Odan-Urr, but a necessary one for their survival.

Trained as both an analyst and field agent, Tierra honed her skills in slicing, infiltration, and intelligence gathering. Her compassionate nature allowed her to build rapport with informants, while her experience in the military brought the discipline needed for field operations. Her work with SeNet required her to make difficult ethical choices, a process that refined her sense of justice, balancing ideals with pragmatism.

Political Ascendancy (42 ABY - Present)
After years with SeNet, Tierra’s reputation as a skilled negotiator and strategist made her a natural candidate for political office. Supported by Clan Odan-Urr's leadership, she was appointed Scion of House Sunrider and Governor of Tythas City  and the Thon Estate. In these roles, Tierra combined her intelligence and oratory skills to become a respected and influential leader. She led the reconstruction of Tythas City from its humble origins into a welcoming estate, open to trade, tourism, and cooperation.

Her leadership style, filled with empathy and sincerity, earned her the loyalty of her people, while her skillful diplomacy ensured stability and cooperation within her community. At least for a time.

Guiding Philosophy
Tierra has a strong belief in the Force, instilled in her by her parents.
Despite the losses and ethical challenges she has endured, Tierra remains driven by a deep-seated belief in justice and compassion, instilled by her mother and tempered by the hardships of war and exile. While she is committed to the Jedi ideals of peace, she understands that the path to justice may require morally gray actions. Tierra’s philosophy, a blend of idealism and realism, informs her decisions as a leader, making her both a guardian of her people’s welfare and a fierce advocate for peace in the galaxy.

Legacy and Impact
Through her diverse experiences and unshakable resolve, Tierra has become a figure of resilience and wisdom within her House. Her journey from a farm girl to a soldier, covert agent, and governor showcases the strength and adaptability that define her leadership. She serves as an inspiration, a bridge between the traditions of the Jedi and the harsh realities of galactic conflict, dedicated to preserving life and justice for her people in a universe filled with darkness.

Religious beliefs
Tierra’s belief in the Force transcends the pragmatic view many in the galaxy hold; for her, it is a deeply personal, spiritual, and guiding force. She views the Force not just as a tool or a source of power, but as a sacred connection that binds all life together. Her parents, particularly her mother, instilled in her an early reverence for the Force, presenting it as both a moral compass and a source of solace. Tierra believes that the Force has an inherent will, an underlying harmony that guides events, though she acknowledges that mortal beings may only glimpse fragments of its vast design.

In her personal spiritual practice, Tierra meditates daily, seeking moments of communion with the Force to center herself and gain perspective. She often reflects on the idea that the Force flows through all beings, which fuels her commitment to compassion and respect for all life. At the same time, her experiences have taught her that darkness exists within the Force—something she views as a necessary counterpart to light, embodying challenges that must be faced and overcome. This duality has helped her reconcile her own moral struggles, as she believes even difficult choices can serve a greater harmony when guided by the Force’s wisdom.

Tierra’s faith influences her political and leadership decisions as well. She aims to align her actions with what she perceives as the Force’s will, making choices that prioritize the well-being of her people and their connection to the wider galaxy. She sees the Force as a responsibility, a call to act in service of life and justice. While she occasionally bends her moral code, she never does so lightly and often meditates on these decisions, seeking guidance from the Force and striving to act in alignment with its greater purpose. This spiritual devotion grounds her in times of crisis, allowing her to lead with resilience and hope even amid the darkest circumstances.

Ra'vida, Corde, and Tierra are in a conjoint marriage, that is a marriage agreement signed by three or more people. Quite the unorthodox type of relationship, while there is certainly love in their relationships beyond mere friendship, the marriage itself is a union of necessity and security. It has allowed them to pool resources and create a farm and shelter for unfortunate children whose lives have been ruined by the conflicts brought on by or between The Brotherhood, Vatali Empire, Vauzem Dominion, or any other organizations. All of their children are orphans one way or another.

Her love in life is seeing things grow, and even more to grow beyond her, or rather outgrow her and become their own thing. Ra'vida has a kind but strict personality, like a mother should, and keeps discipline on the farm fairly well even when her wives are not there to help. She is an emotionally steady person, but she enjoys her wives' company, no matter how short it may be. She romantically entangled with both Corde and Tierra and loves both of them equally and affectionately shows it as much as she can. Tierra's relationship to Ra'vida is one of utmost care, caring, and peace. She brings out the best in Tierra and they enjoy tending to the farm together whenever they can.

Relationship between Corde, Ra'vida and Tierra
Tierra, Corde, and Ra'vida's bond was forged in the turmoil of New Tython’s final days, when survival was uncertain, and moments were fleeting. Corde, a seasoned financier and tradeswoman, was working to organize emergency provisions for those impacted by the oncoming attack. Fiercely logical and pragmatic, Corde had a well-earned reputation as a relentless advocate for workers and was unyielding in her pursuit of justice for the common people. Her fiery spirit immediately caught Tierra's attention. Ra'vida, on the other hand, had been helping the indigenous Harakoans with sustainable farming practices, guiding them with her deep knowledge of xenobiology and horticulture. Her calm, steady nature, paired with her ability to create order amidst chaos, drew Tierra and Corde alike.
The three met during the chaotic evacuation. Ra'vida was comforting a group of frightened children, her steady hands and soothing words keeping panic at bay. Corde was coordinating with the workers she had led, to transport as many families as possible, showing a surprising gentleness beneath her gruff exterior as she organized the frantic crowd. Tierra, then a former army officer, became a leader among her group of refugees, and found herself relying on both of them to get the civilians to safety. This shared responsibility created an unspoken trust among them, a bond that would grow stronger with each passing hour of danger and displacement.
The journey to Kiast was filled with grief, uncertainty, and anger for all of them. During the long nights on the refugee ships, Tierra, Corde, and Ra'vida leaned on each other to cope with their shared loss. They provided comfort to one another, and soon, their bond became one of mutual care and love. When they reached their new home on Kiast, and finally found a measure of stability, they committed to one another, choosing to formally unite and create a family from the remnants of their past lives.
Their marriage was a private affair, witnessed by only a few close friends from the refugee ships they helped save. They exchanged vows of loyalty and protection, each promising to be the other’s refuge and partner in the daunting task of rebuilding and survival. This bond was not just between three individuals, but the beginning of a family that would soon grow beyond the three of them. In the following years, the trio began adopting children who, like them, had lost their families to the brutal conflicts instigated by The Council, the Clans, The Collective, and any others determined to undermine Clan Odan-Urr.
First came Taz and Nakeya, two Twi'lek siblings whose resilience and gentle nature mirrored Ra'vida’s steady heart. Then came Kevlan, a Kiffar who shared Corde’s unyielding spirit, and Benke, a young Mirialan with a quiet, thoughtful demeanor that resonated with Tierra’s compassionate side. Over time, they welcomed Lirra (a determined Pantoran), Bessc and Lisiann (Bothan siblings with a mischievous streak), Zaddun (a curious Selonian), Daki (a sharp-eyed Rodian), Frask (a thoughtful Quarren), and Acorn (a spirited Zabrak who brought boundless energy to the family).
Together, they created a stable, loving environment for their children, one filled with the lessons of resilience, compassion, and survival. Tierra provided wisdom, teaching them about the galaxy and the importance of protecting others. Ra'vida showed them how to care for life, cultivate it, and let it grow beyond her own influence. And Corde led by example, demonstrating the strength it takes to stand up for oneself and for others, even when it means facing harsh opposition. As a family, they embraced the idea of growth and resilience, honoring the past while building a future rooted in mutual respect, love, and unwavering dedication to one another.

Tierra Suha'sen is a female Zelosian politician, former officer of the K.U.D.F. and later the Odan-Urr Expeditionary Fleet, and a former analyst and field agent for SeNet. Tierra's skillset and career have veered off course and zig-zagged through thick and thin for many years granting her a skillset few in position have. In that time she has become an adept public speaker, expert slicer, and an even better listener with means to influence people with merely her words.

She is a compassionate individual with a morality influenced by Clan Odan-Urr and the Jedi Order alike, though more than once she has broken her own moral code for the greater cause, and she is prepared to do so again.

Tierra is currently serving as the Scion of House Sunrider and the Governor of Tythas city and the Thon estate.

Character History

Life on New Tython (11 ABY - 34 ABY)

Early life (11 ABY - 29 ABY)

Menat Ombo, Tierra's city of birth.

Tierra spent her earliest childhood on her father's farmstead only ever interacting with her mother when she was available, but in 21 ABY, when she was only ten years old, her mother and father divorced and separated, a breakup that would have an immense impact on Tierra in later life. Despite their shared love for their daughter, the reality of their lives split the two apart. They would remain connected through their daughter.

Joining the K.U.D.F. (29 ABY - 34 ABY)

Invasion of New Tython, 29 ABY

In 29 ABY calamity struck New Tython as the The Brotherhood invaded. They called it a war, but for the Harakoans and the Tythonians, it was a tragedy brought on by what was later established as an internal Brotherhood conflict. Militia groups were organized to help the Jedi of Odan-Urr and their allies, the Ge'tal Gaan. eighteen at the time, naive, filled with vigor and love for her homeland, Tierra joined the Tythonian Space Militia, later reorganized into the K.U.D.F. The Invasion of New Tython defined Tierra's early career, but it would be far from the defining moment in her young life. During the war Tierra saw the destruction Dark Jedi and Sith brought down on the common people; the suffering, pillaging, rape, and murder she witnessed steeled her resolve against the diabolical organization.

Early on she was merely a conscripted citizen who turned to a career in the military, but with the reorganization of the Tythonian Space Militia into the K.U.D.F., Tierra became a non-commissioned officer in the scout squadron of the "Red Devils" 2nd Armored regiment. She went through several tours with the regiment, most notably against Cy Thuron and the Thuron Monarchy until its dissolution.

Destruction of New Tython (34 ABY)

KUDF action, New Tython, 32 ABY

It was a shame that she would never pursue that particular career further. As she became more accustomed to her work and even traveled to distant tribes to negotiate between them and the Tythonians, the Brotherhood struck from their newly constructed bases on Arx. Chaos followed as an armada of ships materialized in orbit and simply started bombarding the planet, turning rock to glass and seas to vapor.

A New Home on Kiast (34 ABY - Present)

Military career (34 ABY - 36 ABY)

Philosophies and Beliefs

Guiding Philosophy

Notable relationships

Personal relationships

Ra'vida Namm and Corde Anew

Ra'vida Namm is a 34 year-old Twi'lek horticulturalist, expert farmer, and former professor of xenobiology. She is the "mother" of the group, always at home on the farm keeping a wary eye on the children and teaching them the skills to live and survive and become productive members of their society.

Corde Anew is 41 year-old Zeltron financier, tradeswoman, and leader of workers union Commercial Workers United local to the Kiast system. A crude woman by any standard, she is logical and ruthless in the eyes of many of her vocal opponents. With little sympathy for corporate or noble needs, she is seen as a strong leader in her community. That said, her true personality is revealed only to her loved ones. She is the likeliest to bring gifts for all the children and to play with them as much as possible before she departs again. As the financial backbone of the group, she has many responsibilities in her daily life. She is too shy or too stubborn to admit she loves her wives, but that never stopped her from showing it in her own way. Tierra's relationship to Corde is equal in many ways to her her relationship to Ra'vida though it is more passionate, but it is a rarity as Corde tends to be the most withdrawn of the three of them.
