[[Battleteam]]s are the most basic organization unit within the [[Dark Brotherhood]] and fall under the command of a [[Battleteam Leader]]. These teams are grouped within a particular [[House]] and can either be aligned as either Light-sided, Dark-sided or Neutral. In the past, upon completing training in the [[Shadow Academy]], new members were assigned to a Battleteam by their [[House Summit]]. More recently however, members usually request to join a specific Battleteam or are headhunted by the [[Battleteam Leader]].
