        What are you allowed to edit on other people’s pages?
        Grammar errors, spelling mistakes, broken code, etc.
        When are you allowed to remove something from someone else’s page?
        When something is related directly to you.
        Do you need the article creator's permission?
        That would be respectful, but No you don't need their permission (as long as what you edit falls into what is discussed above).
