Fred the Seal was the long time mascot for Sapphire Squadron in House Ludo Kressh. A constant thorn in the side of the Clan Naga Sadow summit, he caused numerous conflicts in all his travels.
History
Fred's life before coming to Clan Naga Sadow was a blur for him. Nearly sold to slavery, Fred was rescued by Robert Daragon and brought to House Ludo Kressh, to be Sapphire Squadron's mascot. In his new found home, Fred the Seal began having an affair with Bob. Night after night, the members of Ludo Kressh thought that Bob had girls in his room, but no, he was sneaking Fred the Seal up to his room, to be with it.
When Bob went on a 80 day drinking binge around the universe, Fred was left all alone. Fred began having one night flings with many of the Ludo Kressh members, to fill the emptiness which he felt inside.
One of Fred's flings nearly brought the first ever Ludo Kressh marriage was between Janos Silverwulf and Fred.
The infamous Fred the seal
"It should have never got that far" was Janos replay when asked about Fred.
CrimsonAngel was appointed Sapphire Commander, and he appointed Neo Fred's guardian. From here, we saw the disappearance of Janos from Fred's life, and the intake of Neo. These two really hit it off. Night after night of wild love making, wore Neo out.
But then Bob then returned.
This created chaos in Fred's life....who shall he be loyal to...Neo..his new sex bunny, or Bob, his rescuer and master.
Fred the Seal ran away for a couple of days, speaking only to CrimsonAngel, announcing the day of Fred's return with his answer.
That answer was Neo. It should have been the happiest days of there lives. But it wasn't to be. Bob had kidnapped Fred the Seal with his defection to House Marka Ragnos.
CrimsonAngel had enough of Bob's antics, and decided to raid the Marka Ragnos base, sapphire squadron style.
Arming themselves with Vodka bottles and boxes of matches, they went forth to reclaim what rightfully belonged to Sapphire Squadron. After a long and tiring battle, which saw Abel Malik piss in the Dark Cathedral water supply, CrimsonAngel and his drunken mob came out victorious. Fred and Neo's love grew stronger from this event, but than tragedy struck. Dark Jedi Knight Neo was struck down in his prime and killed. Fred was devastated and never the same.
Fred began to drink heavily and began to have a fling with Krath Pontifex Trevarus Caerick, a former Consul of Clan Naga Sadow. A great Pregnancy Mystery began to find out who indeed was responsible for Trev's wife being pregnant. And the truth was horrifying as it was not Trev's wife who was pregnant as it was Trev himself. And Fred was the father.
Leaving this doomed relationship Fred looked to CrimsonAngel for support. After a while the two became a couple and moved in with each other. The two became inseparable and even moved to House Primus Goluud together. They created a new religion with Fred as the minister. But after a few months, CrimsonAngel disappeared without a trace and was never seen again.
Then in 28 ABY, on a routine mission to the planet Thor in the Phare system, Sapphire Squadron was shook upside down. The members had walked into a trap that had been set in motion for years. Fred the Seal had revealed himself as a traitor to Naga Sadow working for the remnants of the Phare system.
Along with Walord Kwanda Rosman, the leaders of the Phare system wanted their revenge on Clan Naga Sadow for their abandonment. Equipped with the deadly Sadow Virus, Fred flew the Sapphire Star towards Sepros planning to release the virus during the clan conclave. The members of Sapphire on Thor had already been infected with the virus, including Commander Robert Daragon. The Commander had been given a deadly dose of the virus that would soon end the veteran’s life.
After finally getting the upper hand on Warlord Rosman, Commander Daragon took the former Imperial Admiral’s life and contacted his former friend trying to stop him from his mission. Fred laughed at his former master’s request, telling him this was his destiny. The seal than revealed that he was the one responsible for the disappearance of former Commander CrimsonAngel; a betrayal that Daragon could never forgive Fred for. So the Commander than entered in the override code for the Sapphire Star and set a course for Orian Minor. The former flagship of Sapphire squadron crashed into the second sun of the Orion system, thus taking with it the long time mascot; Fred the Seal.
A New Discovery
Time had pasted sine the death of Fred the seal and Sapphire squadron had gone many months with out a battle team leader. The call went out for a new BTL for sapphire squadron and the call was answered by Nix Graves. The shistavanen had been given the keys to the HQ of Sapphire squadron and while nix was looking around he had happened to come across a cloneing cylinder in the basement of the HQ. Thus bringing fred the seal back to sapphire squadron where he belongs.
