Mass'ipa'skora, or Sipask for short, is the current Commander of the Orian Authority police force. He has proven himself a capable and reliable asset to the Orian Assembly, and has earned his place as the intelligence and police forces leading commander.
Early History
Born on the planet Crustai in the Chiss Ascendancy in 0 ABY, Sipask was raised from parents who were part of a successful Scout Team. As a newborn he was taken on low profile missions to get used to the many surroundings scouts usually encountered. From the moment Sipask could walk, he spent learning what his parents knew about being a scout. His parents taught him everything they knew, hoping their child would surpass them one day. The young Chiss certainly showed potential at such a young age as he learned about actively seeking to determine a foe's intentions by collecting and gathering information about an enemy's composition and capabilities along with pertinent environmental conditions, via direct observation.
Throughout his formative years, his parents would ask him time and time again about activities that were going on around him. Sipask would always answer with lengthy explanations about time, place, looks, colors and even smells. His memory was becoming almost eidetic, which his parents met with enthusiasm and encouragement. As the young Chiss further developed his skills, his parents began to realize that although he had no real field knowledge, he had already surpassed their skills outside of the field. He was allowed to join the team his parents were serving at the mere age of fourteen, allowing them to keep an eye on him and continue to foster his skills until the day he would be ready for his first mission.
Thus, by the time he reached sixteen cycles of age in 16 ABY, he was sent, alone with his own ship, to scout on other planets in the Unknown Regions. For two years he would send back lengthy reports of ships in transit, chemical make-up of planet's atmosphere, and troop concentrations to his Scout Team. Sipask never ran into much trouble, careful to avoid suspicion on crowded places, and becoming all but invisible when scouting in open or dense terrain. The Chiss learned how to use the environment around him to his advantage, allowing him to not only scout places unseen, but to also pick up conversations when he was able to get close enough to targets and relay their planes back to his team. Although this was unnecessary, it pleased his Commander and quickly saw Sipask rise through the ranks of the Scouts.
His mission eventually brought him to Aeotheran, where he had been sent to investigate rumors of Force users and a greater entity that called itself the Dark Jedi Brotherhood in 18 ABY.
Dlarit Corporation
Sipask had been alone for two years during his missions. Almost no contact with the outside wold except to relay his findings. The planets that he had scouted before were full of people, more than he cared to be among. He preferred to be alone as it gave him more opportunities to focus and store what he had found in his head. Although Sipask was a great scout and could remember many things to the smallest detail, he had learned this only worked so long he was not distracted with other thoughts on his mind.
The sight of a planet almost devoid of people and few bustling cities was too much to pass up. He decided that his skills would be good enough to keep him from being noticed among all the denizens of the one major city on the planet, Seng Karash. Little did he know how wrong that would be.
Seng Karash was the seat of governance of the Dlarit Corporation during this time, the public front of Clan Naga Sadow. Sipask landed his scout ship on the outskirts of the city, in the jungles of Aeotheran. However, his passing had not gone unnoticed as he had thought. On board the Marakith Skyhook, members of the Clan had witnessed his decent on the high-end scanning equipment. This was reported up the chain to Tron Sadow, who then had the Mayor of Seng Karash report to him.
Sipask spent weeks living among the people, but always in the shadows. He began to notice that things were just a bit off with the city. When people passing by talked about their jobs, it was not about different companies, but of one, and one only. This, he decided, needed to be investigated further.
All of this did not go unnoticed. The Dlarit Police had been notified by the Mayor himself. Once Sipask started to investigate Dlarit, he was picked up by the local constabulary and brought in for questioning. Questioning by the Dlarit Police Force was not something that Sipask had been prepared for, so his torture was short. During his "talks", it was learned that this blue-skinned alien had a memory like a steel trap, something that could be put to use if he was "re-educated".
For one year Sipask was re-educated. Once every few months, a man would come with a small box that held two vials. These turned out to be Sith Toxins, used to bend certain species to encourage their undying faith in whatever was needed. Once the year was up, Sipask, at the age of nineteen, was put through the Dlarit Police Academy. He graduated top of his class. Once on the force, it was soon noticed that Sipask was better at being a detective then anything else. He was made an officer so that he could become a Lt. Detective. As such, Sipask started to excel even more, tracking down enemies of the Corporation within the populace.
The Chiss' first combat took place on his twenty-first birthday in 21 ABY during the Invasion of Orian. It was due to Sipask's unequivocal skill in scouting that had allowed the Dlarit Corporation and the Warhost Fleet to cooperate and share intel during the invasion which led to the ultimate victory of Clan Naga Sadow over the True Brotherhood.
Sipask was promoted to Major General in 25 ABY and was in charge of four regiments upon his promotion. These regiments were well trained, but the Recon teams seem to be slightly more outstanding then the rest as Chiss took their training to higher levels than was standard. Though the intense training was sometimes brutal, the results were outstanding, and Dlarit allowed the Major to continue with these standards as long as it yielded the same high end results.
Orian Authority
For all his scouting and intelligence attributes, Sipask failed to foresee the collapse of Dlarit and the takeover by the Orian Assembly in 32 ABY. The Chiss was regularly seen on the field during the skirmishes with the Orian Assembly forces, which is a rare sight to see from someone in such a high position. This fills the troops with the deepest respect for their commander, whilst Dlarit tries its best to convince the Major General not to take to the field as much since he is an important asset to the further training of new recruits in order to better combat the Orian Assembly and it's hostile intentions towards the Dlarit Corporation.
Though the Dlarit Corporation collapsed and only small remnants remain of the once powerful organization, Sipask felt no remorse nor regret for the dissolved corporation. The Orian Assembly had heard of the brilliant Chiss scout, and offered him a position amongst the Orian Authority as its Superintendent of Police Forces. After much thought, the Chiss accepted the proposal and effectively left the Dlarit Corporation behind for good.
The Dominion

The Dominion attack on Sepros and Aeotheran in 33 ABY was unexpected, and yet another failure on Sipask's part to foresee the attack. The Dominion forces had struck hard, leaving CNS reeling from the blow. Although they had beaten back the invaders, casualties were high and the need for vengeance sang through the blood of many of the survivors. Thus when a counter attack was proposed by Consul Locke Sonjie in 34 ABY, Sipask was the first to volunteer, feeling responsible for the attack and the lack of intelligence on their new enemies. He offered to trail The Dominion back to their retreating points, and scout out any systems or planets that would possible house them.
Locke agreed, under the condition that after this was over, Sipask would resign from taking the field in any future endeavors and focus solely on training new recruits like he had during his service to the Dlarit Corporation almost ten years earlier. The Chiss agreed that this would be his final field mission, and whilst preparations began to launch an offensive counter-attack, he left Aeotheran and the Orian Authority behind in order to focus on his mission and retrieve any information which would point to Dominion forces.
With careful tracking and using his numerous contacts he had built throughout the years as a Scout, Sipask had located a world in the Agua'tah system that housed Dominion forces. Relaying his finds back to Locke, the Chiss waited for the forces of CNS to arrive and begin their assault.
