Admiral Cyvaria Ranin is the commanding officer of the Ascendant Fleet of Clan Plagueis. The highest-ranking officer alive following the decimation of the fleet during the Horizons Crisis, she was rewarded with advancement to her current position due to the ability and daring she had demonstrated, most notably during the Orian Incursion. The former executive officer and then commander of the Atrum Pars II, Ranin is skilled in the areas of fleet command as well as the tactical use of gravity wells. Her post as fleet commander mostly focuses on direct, operational command, whereas overall command of the fleet is vested in the Dread Lord Selika Roh.
