The Taldryan Navy's Home Fleet was the Unit assigned to the defense of the Taldryan Home Systems of Kr'Tal and Rybanloth. It was caught off-guard by a fleet from the Iron Throne Navy, commanded by Justicar Jac Cotelin , in 35 ABY resulting in Clan Taldryan's complete abandonment of both systems. The Home Fleet was destroyed almost in its entirety, along with most of the First and Second Battlgroup's ships at dock in orbit above Karufr. While a smaller force it was intended that the home fleet could call upon the support from either of the two Battle Groups in the Taldryan Navy which often came in and out of the System. The majority of action that the Home Fleet saw was in inspecting and interdicting incoming traffic to the planets in system, lending aid to ships in distress, and patrol the common entry and exit points from Hyperspace to defend against threats. In times of war, the Home Fleet's mission was to be the final bulwark that prevents Taldryan's home from being invaded.
Command Structure
The Taldryan Home Fleet was one of the smaller organizations within the Taldryan Navy, and as such had one of the simplest Command structures within it. Within each home system there was a local commander of the Home Fleet and their duty was to maintain a diligent watch over the Kr'Tal System. Rhe majority of forces that were made to available to the Home Fleet fell under the umbrella of the Starfighter Command as Taldryan's naval supremacy traditionally came from this elite Branch.

Cardan III Archanis' Redoubt

The Cardan III Class Space Station Archanis' Redoubt was the newest defense platform serving Taldryan, and was the primary defensive hardpoint in the Kr'Tal system. Commissioned to replace the aging Infinity Station, the Archanis' Redoubt was purchased following the Tenth Great Jedi War. Commanded by Colonel Ark Lassik of the Starfighter Command, a veteran combat pilot, and solid tactician, Lassik was the overall Commander of Kr'Tal's Home Fleet, reporting directly to High Admiral Tak Vordin and the Taldryan Strategic Operations Council (TalSOC).
Housed aboard the Archanis' Redoubt was the First Taldryan Home Defense Wing, which acted as the primary fighter force for Kr'Tal's defense.
Cardan III Citadel Alpha
Citadel Alpha

Citadel Alpha was Taldryan's Longest serving defense platform. Awarded to Taldryan after it's victory in the Seventh Great Jedi War, it served as a starbase and the primary point of defense in the Kr'Tal system until being upgraded and replaced with a newer Cardan-III Station. Citadel Alpha also maintained a secondary office for Fleet Commander High Admiral Tak Vordin, when he wished to escape from the daily grind of the Taldryan Headquarters.
Citadel Alpha's final commander was Colonel Lassik's and its starfighter squadrons were led by Major Braxis Codi, the Commander of the Second Taldryan Home Defense Wing

GSP Flamewind

The Corellian Gunship was a small, but powerful vessel. One of the few classes designed by the Corellian Engineering Corporation specifically for combat, it is both fast and packs a punch. The Flamewind was one of two such vessels acquired by Taldryan following the Eighth Great Jedi War, and is commanded by Commander Torin Erollisi, a rising star within the Taldryan Navy.
GSP Stormwind

The second of the two Corellian Gunship that Taldryan acquired following the Eight Great Jedi Wars was named the Stormwind, and was commanded by Commander Merenia, a staunchly loyal member of Taldryan's armed forces.

Cardan III Prophet's Refuge

The Cardan III class Space Station Prophet's Refuge was the primary defensive hardpoint in the Rybanloth system, the second system in the what was then the Taldryan Dominion. Rybanloth was home to a vast assortment of natural resources as well as leisure and training facilities utilized by the Taldryan Expansionary Force.
Tasked with the defense of this system was Colonel Eller Valtain, who commanded the forces in the Rybanloth system, including the Third Taldryan Home Defense Wing. As one of the longest serving members of Taldryan’s Starfighter Command, Valtain was more than capable of defending the system from any myriad of threats, ensuring that Taldryan’s second system stays protected. He was killed in the opening moments of the Justicar's surprise attack when an Iron Throne Star Destroyer destroyed Prophet's Refuge after decanting from Hyperspace.

There were many support vehicles attached to the Home Fleet to help with any number of purposes. These vessels were but not limited to:
YCHT Expedition
Expedition was a civilian luxury yacht owned by Taldryan. Though it contained no military value the Expedition was kept constantly at the ready for members of Taldryan's ruling council as a pleasure yacht, a diplomatic vessel, or as an emergency escape vessel depending on its current need. No pilot was permanently assigned to this vessel, as many of the people who were authorized to use it either disdained other people flying for them, or prefered to keep retainers who they knew and trusted to be their personal pilots. It was stationed, when not in use, on Citadel Alpha.
