Masters of our Fate was an event held for Taldryan in 33 ABY.
Prelude
Taldryan had entered into a period of uneasy peace. Its newfound allies, the Gray Paladins, had delivered on their promise and helped root out the last of the One Sith insurgents that had attempted to expose Taldryan to the people of Karufr. For the meantime at least, the true nature of the planet’s rulers was kept a secret.
The wounds that had been borne of the Brotherhood’s Civil War that followed were harder to come to terms with. Taldryan had, as it always did, stood up against the Dark Council’s excesses, and sought to defend the Brotherhood; and as usual, the Brotherhood only seemed to hate them for it even more.
Now though, there was change on the air. The Force whispered of it, and Taldryan would have to look towards its home, and face it’s fate without aid.
Course of Events
The Taldryan upper Summit had convened in order to review where the attacks where coming from on their databases. It became clear that with the specific attacks on certain databases, the enemy was looking for something in particular. Consul Keirdagh Taldrya Cantor, ProConsul Howlader and the Quaestors Omega Kira and Raistline Taldrya Majere deduced, with the help of Intelligence Director Raeth Elson and Grey Paladin Cole Drayson, that the attacks were coming from the Corporate Sector Authority, using a branch called the Sphinxian Sat Tech as a cover name through the branches located on Dragostae City. Keirdagh bode Raeth Elson to start preparing to dismantle any Sphinxian Sat Tech upon discovery, and to coordinate with other Taldryan intelligence units to prepare for further attacks. Taldryan was preparing for war, alone, ensuring that no more threats to their home would come from anyone outside, or inside, the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.
