Excidium
|
Ulr Uvi is the primary settlement on Ulress. Under the control of House Excidium, it can be described as the nucleus of the House's operations and presence on the planet. The city is constructed below the moon's surface as an underground settlement and is home to Excidium's headquarters, Sinagra Villa.

Excidium-Ulr Uvi Relations
During Operation Sleeping Dragon, Excidium took Ulr Uvi by full-force. At first, there was no success in the first phase of the mission, Empty Chalice. Meraxi spies managed to get onboard the Vae Victus and staged an ambush with the accompaniment of a Dreadnaught. However, the second phase of Operation Sleeping Dragon, entitled Gods, brought success to the House. Or so it would seem. House Excidium decided to go against the current of morality and raided House Imperium for the supplies they so desperately needed to defeat Sinagra once and for all. Once they successfully raided the Imperials, they discovered a note depicting that Imperium had suspected their raid and wanted to do them a favor - to clear the air between the Houses. Shocked and slightly embarassed, the House took the supplies as needed and pressed on towards their next task at hand: defeating the crime family of Ulr Uvi through Devil's Gift. In Operation Dragon's Finale, the death of Gervasio Sinagra occured which led to victory of Excidium over Sinagra Villa.
The official takeover of Ulr Uvi occurred after the Final Crime Lord Threats. Tacitus Athanasius set after Javari Tryv'nn, head of chamber of commerce and security/enforcement. Vindictae Immortalis set after Ottaviano Warrens, the entertainment business owner. All Excidiacs worked together to defeat Hekkha Dupront, the drug cartel boss. This was completed swiftly. Ulr Uvi was finally Excidium's home base.
