Forged from carefully interwoven cast silver and wrought iron to give it a contrasting light/dark look, it is shaped like a pair of coiled serpents, each one moving and twisting around the other. Their grim visages form the arms. Finally, the end portion of their tales reach up to the top of the throne, where they curl around a large piece of obsidian, carefully carved into the shape of the Great Seal of the [[Dark Brotherhood|Brotherhood]]. The artifact itself will only work for the [[Consul]] of Clan Arcona, and when he or she sits in this ornate throne, they are connected in part to the minds of every Arconan.
