Purchased through the Brotherhood’s many contacts within the corporate world, Ecthelion was purchased alongside 3 other Corellian Gunships. The sister ships have been adapted to defend the ISDs, Warspite and Indomitable.

A Human born on Niran in 21 BBY, Deral was a veteran of the Galactic Civil War, serving as a Chief Petty Officer aboard the ISD I Judicator. Following the Empire’s defeat at the Battle of Endor, continued to serve aboard the Judicator as part of Grand Admiral Thrawn’s fleet until 6 ABY.
