Purpose
Clan Vizsla provides certain communication channels for the enjoyment of the members of the Clan and guests from outside the Clan. In order to provide a fun and safe environment for the members of Clan Vizsla and guests from outside the Clan, the collected leaders of Vizsla have developed the following rules for all Clan communication channels.
The guiding principle of all these rules is “Don’t be a jerk.”
Scope
These rules apply to any and all communication channels publicly affiliated with Clan Vizsla or its subunits, and/or operated by the Clan Vizsla summit for summit-approved business. Current channels covered by this policy include but are not limited to:
- Clan Vizsla Telegram channels
- The Clan Vizsla mailing list (Google Groups)
- The Clan Vizsla message board (Discourse)
The Vizsla Telegram chat channels are for the benefit of Vizsla clan members first, and other members second. While members not present on the Vizsla roster are permitted and encouraged to join and participate in the Vizsla clan channel, priority is always given to the needs of the members of the clan.
