Lanchi resides in the Kr'Tal System, currently under control by Taldryan. It is the fourth orbit of Kr'Tal, the system's star, and is devoid of any atmosphere - but not life.

History

The surface of Lanchi is pock marked and covered in craters and blast holes from meteor and asteroid strikes over the course of time. The light side of Lanchi is bright and whitened, owing to millennia of sun bleaching, while the dark side remains a dull gray.

The Obelisk and Sith have created large Jedi training facilities on the Dark Side of Lanchi for the benefit of their acolytes. The Obelisk site, situated south of the Northern Pole, is a subterranean facility focused on teaching students the basics of combat in an environment far more challenging than standard Gravity. Long treks across the barren terrain and forced survival situations are practiced regularly. The Sith site, at the planet’s equator, focuses on low-level flight tactics and planetary defense. The Taldryan Security Service uses the moon’s southern hemisphere as an artillery range, bombarding the pockmarked surface from orbit with naval grade weapons, bomber flights, and guided weapons.

Obelisk Training Facility

The training facility of Lanchii is a highly sophisticated, subterranean complex located on the Northern Pole of the planet. From here, they can manipulate the conditions in a variety of training situations. The facility is equipped to handle a wide array of operations to ensure the highest quality conditioning and training to Taldryan's acolytes all the way up to it's Elders.

Sith Training Facility

The Sith have established a training facility of their own based on the equator of the planet. Here, they maintain a large underground hangar facility to house, and repair all training equipment and fighter craft. Not only are Dark Jedi trained here to fly, shoot, and survive, TalSec personnel are stationed here so they can gain some practical experience in repair and maintenance.
