Mortis were a Battleteam connected to Clan Tarentum. Established in 38 ABY by Meleu Karthdo under Consul Raiju Kang, members of Mortis fronted as guardsmen for members of the Tarentum Summit. In reality, their role in the Clan was to establish total control over the Yridia System following their weakening grip over their during Tarentum's time as a House.
