Plagueis Military Merit System
The Jusadih Military Regime functions as the fictional face of the Plagueis Military Merit System. It is designed to reward member activity, involve members of the House with the workings, forces, and goings-on of the House, and assist the House in mobilizing and functioning at its highest capacity during Vendetta events. Unlike prior systems, however, the ranks of the Regime are unique in that they literally give members control over the House's forces.

Upon joining the House, a member is asked to join one of the Branches of the Regime and is assigned to the first Officer rank, or O-1. All members, regardless of rank, earn this Officer rank upon joining Plagueis. Following this, their activity in competitions, projects, and other areas of the club will be rewarded by medals of various type and function, all of which have a point value within the Regime. These points are calculated and maintained by the House Summit, as well as the heads of each Branch if applicable, with new ranks being earned once specific prerequisite point totals have been obtained.

It should be noted that the points obtained within the system are not retroactive. Past activity, commendation, and success in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood is rewarded already in many forms. The Plagueis Military Merit System is designed to give Plagueians a chance to advance within the House, and is a means of rewarding activity used to further the House as a whole. As such, only activity earned in the House under the Regime's current incarnation will be calculated. This is done to ensure that members who hold the top ranks and placements within the Merit System are active and capable members, as well as all of their colleagues.

O-1 [0 points]
The Jusadih Military Regime utilized a universal system for Officer Ranks; though each Rank has its own name dependent on the Branch it is a part of, it was equivalent to ranks in the other Branches. Thus, the term "Officer" was used alongside numbers for generic categorization - an Officer 2, or O-2, would be a First Lieutenant in the Army and a Sub-Lieutenant in the Navy, while being a Flight Officer in the Corps. Altogether, it makes the option to switch between Branches a viable one - provided an Officer can prove that he or she is fit for the duties therein.

It has always been evident that Dark Jedi ruling a system would draw Jedi attention, especially one such as Jusadih that is close to Coruscant and has an on-paper treaty with the Galactic Alliance. As such, to ensure Dark Jedi can be Officers within the Regime without broadcasting words that the Jedi would pick up on, the Regime uses the term "Foxtrot Uniform", a hold-over from the Ninth Great Jedi War that designates a Force user. The term's official definition is as follows:
Foxtrot Uniform - Plagueis

* Special weapons.
* Supplemental training.
* Unorthodox tactics.
During training on Sigil 2, where all members of the Regime's forces go for education, regular military are trained to operate alongside and under Foxtrot Uniforms. This is shown to be prevalent in every member, from Naval Officers using precognitive glimpses from superiors as legitimate data to Army troopers spreading into formations to assist Foxtrot Uniforms in combat without getting in their way. Intel operatives work alongside Foxtrot Uniform operatives, capitalizing on their physical and mental abilities to get the job done faster, and Foxtrot Uniform pilots often coordinate entire pilots in advance of actual events without question.

Those who reject the indoctrination of the Foxtrot Uniforms are quietly eliminated during training, their deaths explained as accidents or horrid tragedies. Alternatively, they may be framed for treason, ending in a public death sentence. As such, only the loyal and the informed fill the ranks, enabling Plagueians to use lightsabers and the Force around their minions without fear of reprisal or exposure.

All current Foxtrot Uniforms can be found here:
A hold-over from the Ninth Great Jedi War, Plagueis used the term Foxtrot Uniform to class a Force user as a military asset. By Plagueian terms, three "classes" of Foxtrot Uniform existed, each classing either a Knight, Equite, Elder, or Grand Master in rough estimates of power. These were used to help plan combat scenarios by assigning people roughly powerful enough for the task; as individual abilities and specialties vary so widely among Force users, it was often enough simply to choose them by echelon.

In addition, the term was used as a designation on a Dark Jedi's official JMR dossier. It was also used by Intelligence Directorate coordinators and other groups to covertly request or position Dark Sider assets without giving away the fact that those described were, in fact, Dark Jedi. The training used to indoctrinate soldiers - and kill the unwilling - on Sigil 2 only added to the term's efficiency, as they trained right beside Dark Jedi; they knew exactly what awaited them.

The Jusadih Military Regime is broken into four different Branches, identified informally or in shorthand as "Army", "Navy", "Intel", and "Corps". Each serves its own purpose within the Military, and each has its own Command structure, units, and Foxtrot Uniform Officers. During Vendetta events and other significant happenings, each Branch would recieve coordination and assignments from Command. Outside of these events, they will be managed by members of O-11 rank and/or Command, depending on whether such members hold active ranks.

Foxtrot Uniforms

Main article: Foxtrot Uniform - Plagueis

Branches

The Jusadih Military Regime was broken into four different Branches, identified informally or in shorthand as "Army", "Navy", "Intel", and "Corps". Each served its own purpose within the Military, and each had its own Command structure, units, and Foxtrot Uniform Officers. During Vendetta events and other significant happenings, each Branch would receive coordination and assignments from Command. The Branches were as follows:

 • The Jusadih Naval Command protected Jusadih space and enabled Plagueian space combat.
 • The Jusadih Intelligence Directorate handled classified information and covert operations for the Plagueian Regime.
