Ulr Uvi is the primary settlement on Ulress. Under the control of House Excidium, it can be described as the nucleus of the House's operations and presence on the planet. The city is constructed below the moon's surface as an underground settlement and is home to Excidium's headquarters, Sinagra Villa.
