House Shar Dakhan was founded on the Anniversary of the Exodus in 35 ABY following the restoration of Naga Sadow as a Great Clan of the Brotherhood. As a joint decision between the existing Summit of Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow, Methyas Pepoi L'eonheart, Teu Pepoi and Mirado Pepoi L'eonheart; the House was founded very swiftly to work in the same footsteps as that of The Regulators Battleteam which fell under its jurisdiction. In an unexpected motion, Mirado himself took the reigns as the House's first Quaestor.

History
The founding of House Shar Dakhan was a quick affair. Upon taking command, Mirado immediately placed a series of requisitions through to the Dlarit corporation, with a series of poorly written but inspired proposals. While it took convincing, Mirado was able to give his goals the head start they needed to become reality. He would take the funding and financing available to him, and through methods learned during his time with organized crime, take these profits and take Orian from a barely livable system and make it something worth looking at.

The Sword of Clan Naga Sadow (35 ABY)
Brief History
House Shar Dakhan progressed through many stages after Mirado's term, the most notable of which in the form of Dlarit's military might. In order to differentiate and develop the specific skills of Clan Naga Sadow, the Houses of Shar Dakhan and Marka Ragnos were assigned specific roles within Dlarit. In the case of Shar Dakhan, they took control of the military. In this way, they could focus their efforts on fostering the strategic force within their ranks and leave the more subtle tactics of assassination and manipulation to Marka Ragnos.
When Naga Sadow became a Clan again in 35 ABY, Mirado L'eonheart was tasked with developing a new House that would preside over the world of Aeotheran. The Clan Summit's primary requirement was that it would generate income for the Clan. Thus, Mirado immediately ordered the construction of the coastal city of Kel Rasha and the island resort of the Gilded Archipelago. This House would be named Shar Dakhan, after one of Naga Sadow's most loyal generals.

Corporate Projects
Facing unpopularity due to being relatively new, Shar Dakhan doggedly participated in various conflicts on behalf of the Clan in an effort to fight for its identity. Then Caelian took over as Quaestor, as of 37 ABY, the original model of House Shar Dakhan (that of obtaining income and power through the power of their military might) became the basis for the Clan as a whole. The Summit was forced to look for a new direction following the creation of the Warhost, resulting in the newest House serving as the successful prototype for its eventual military model.
House Shar Dakhan, known publicly as Dlarit-Dakhani, has a large number of concurrently running projects, all designed to maximize the in-system economy, and fuel other more insidious plans.

Aeotheran Rebuild Project
Government & Politics
With the planet Aeotheran in near shambles, with almost no civilization to speak of, efforts were put immediately into place to develop the lush, tropical world. Using refugee labor and locally gathered and processed materials, two cities were immediately put into development in a rapid build program.

The process was largely carried out using repurposed droid labor for resource gathering and processing, and groups of able refugees working along with a small number of outsourced contractors, electricians and plumbers building most all small scale buildings. In payment for their efforts, these refugees were given a home in the city they were building, as well as learning a trade skill. This also served the purpose of instilling pride in labor as well as costing less liquid asset.
In addition to ruling Aeotheran through business and an iron hand, House Shar Dakhan is charged with providing for the Clan in other ways. Thus, the Dakhani oversee most of the military operations the clan may encounter.

For larger scale construction, a rented EVS construction droid was used, primarily for larger buildings, roads, and the like. Possibly the most expensive investment in the rebuilding project, funds were only allotted to run the thing for one week. Further construction will require standard droid and organic labor.
The Dakhani's sister House, Marka Ragnos, are an invaluable aid in these efforts. Their control of the media ensures that they can convince the galactic populace that blame falls elsewhere, while their reporter-spies can assist in locating new targets.

Kel Rasha
The Quaestor of Shar Dakhan manages affairs from their base in the Gilded Archipelago. It is from here that the Quaestor authorizes members of the House to pursue their enemies throughout the system and beyond. Following the near total dissolution of the Dlarit mining company, the Dakhani Group immediately snatched up the previous holdings that the former corporation laid claim to.
Designed as the primary population center, Kel Rasha is a coastal city near the Aeotheran equator, built to sprawl out to prevent population cramming. There is a very understated elegance here, kept tidy by a large army of specialized urban mouse droids. All businesses are local as well. No chains or franchises exist by order of city planning board.

Perhaps the most interesting permanent project in this city is how all the businesses are able to be local. Dlarit, upon completing the largest portions of the city, immediately contacted the residents with a very lucrative proposal. The company would cover all startup costs, and give business management and operation classes to anyone willing to open their own business. In addition, these businesses would be supplied by Dlarit to keep overhead down. In exchange, the corporation would receive 15% of all profits, and all stores would return to Dlarit possession should the store close. By holding onto a large number of shares, Dlarit would maintain presence on any board of representatives of these companies, thus preventing a full buyout by outside investors seeking to commercialize the city. While this seems purely altruistic, this is also a way for the corporation to keep outsiders firmly on the outside.
In contrast, the House's Aedile usually manages most of the day-to-day operations of the House. From the former Dlarit (Now Dakhani) plaza in Kel Rasha, they maintain the House's holdings on Aeotheran and work closely with the leader of Battleteam [Redacted] to maintain control over Aeotheran's extensive newer settlements.

The Gilded Archipelago
No longer hiding in the shadows as they once did. The Dahkhani people know their masters now. And that they hail from the heirs of Sadow. The Quaestor known, as the Governor of Aeotheran, and the Aedile of Inos. Both the Quaestor and Aedile oversee Orian’s Authority to ensure that no enemy dares challenge.
The true showpiece, the Archipelago is much more like a very small city-state, with several of the islands housing full communities and not just a lot of houses. As a chain of manufactured islands (built around three natural islands formed from extinct volcanos) the design and development was extremely intentional, meant to entice the affluent with exotic living, upscale locales, and the promise of paradise.

While the area covered is quite large, very orderly series of underwater straight line highways connect them. In addition, transit from the Archipelago to the mainland is handled via another highway (complete with fuel and rest stops) and a mag-lev train, capable of getting visitors in and out in exceptionally short order.
Economy
Shar Dahkan also maintains steady revenue from such locations as the Gilded Archipelago that were planned for or established early in the House's rule. This is accomplished through bargains struck in the original construction of the two cities whereby these businesses remained minor subsidies to Dlarit and payed up a percentage of their revenue. This is among the holdings Dakhani snatched up during the hostile takeover of Dlarit.

In addition, Shar Dakhan taxes all the mines and businesses on the their earnings each quarter. Making a fair amount of credits and redistributing it back into Aeotheran

Warhost
For military, the House has command of a large detachment of forces from the Clan's military.
When it comes to open warfare at the Dark Council's orders, House Shar Dakhan's members use their experience with raiding to target enemy supply convoys and to disrupt the enemy in any way possible, in addition to fighting on the front lines alongside the members of House Marka Ragnos.

Territory
The primary domain of House Shar Dakhan is the jungle world of Aeotheran. While the House maintains control over the major cities of Seng Karash and Kel Rasha, as well as particular locations such as the Gilded Archipelago, there are many parts of the planet that remain untamed. In a way, this benefits the House. These untamed elements provide a constant foil for the House's membership to better their combat skills against. The various factions and settlements also provide the House with targets to raid with impunity - so long as they do not go too far.

Also recently a portion of San Korinar now belongs with Dakhani’s Solution after retaking the floating city from the Black Sun and the Dlarit Dissidents.

Battleteam
Seeing the need for a dependable group to maintain operations in Aeotheran's newer, untamed frontier settlements, the House Summit has given the Battleteams the purpose of destroying and eliminating high-risk targets and defusing any situations that put the clan risk. The Battleteam's missions are certainly not limited to Aeotheran, however. They are also often called upon for difficult missions elsewhere in the galaxy, and are considered an elite group the House and Clan Summit can call on for a variety of roles on the surface of planets throughout the galaxy, whether it is as part of an assault or a covert operation.

House Shar Dakhan was founded on the Anniversary of the Exodus in 35 ABY following the restoration of Naga Sadow as a Great Clan of the Brotherhood.

Brief History

When Naga Sadow became a Clan again in 35 ABY, Mirado L'eonheart was tasked with developing a new House that would preside over the world of Aeotheran. The Clan Summit's primary requirement was that it would generate income for the Clan. Thus, Mirado immediately ordered the construction of the coastal city of Kel Rasha and the island resort of the Gilded Archipelago. This House would be named Shar Dakhan, after one of Naga Sadow's most loyal generals.

Government & Politics

In addition to ruling Aeotheran through business and an iron hand, House Shar Dakhan is charged with providing for the Clan in other ways. Thus, the Dakhani oversee most of the military operations the clan may encounter.

The Dakhani's sister House, Marka Ragnos, are an invaluable aid in these efforts. Their control of the media ensures that they can convince the galactic populace that blame falls elsewhere, while their reporter-spies can assist in locating new targets.
