Lacey Serina Mortashka Vorrac: Formerly known as Brijha Mortashka Vorrac, the Midnight Rose and wife of Kaliidrad "Kal" Mortashka Vorrac, friend to many, and "adoptive" daughter to Rasilvenaira StormRaven.
Character History
Childhood [Birth-12]
Brijha has close to no memories of her childhood up to her eighth year due to an incident that, until recently, has been labled an accident. She spent eleven months in recovery, part of which being because in her location technology was rather primitive. She awoke with no memory and to be informed she has no family, no home, and no friends. Carrying this knowledge, after her recovery she began self-training in physical combat until she improved enough to impress someone into taking her on as a student.
She never did find someone who would take her as a student, but she made several friendly acquaintances who helped her train to better her skills.
Teenage Years [Age 13-19]
Nothing much happened during her teenage years. Just the same ol' training, bettering her fighting skills gradually, testing them out on amateur mercenaries and crooks.
One run-in prooved to be a difficult challenge for Bri. She (age 16) had gone onto Myrkr to take on many of the mercs and criminals the made their base there, and had encountered a Vonskr, something she had never seen before in her life. This creature was violent and fast, knew when to back off and attack. Very quickly Bri found this is no dumb animal she is accustomed to seeing. Being as she saw she had no choice, she fought it. The vonskr managed to claw Bri's right shoulder and chest, but only in a very minor way. However, she received a major injury when she fell into a hunter's trap. A stick used to cover the trap pierced through her already injured right shoulder. Once in the man-made pit, laying at the bottom bathing in a pool of her own blood, Bri watch the vonskr sit at the top and wait... and wait.. until what must have been at least and hour passed by. The vonskr just seemed to lose interest as she watched it turn from the pit and walk away. Bri waited a few minutes before attempting to make it out of the pit. However, as she reached the top she blacked out and fell back down. She later awoke at the hunter's camp to find herself clean and bandaged. When the hunter appeared, he told her his name was Vito Sech and that she had been out for two days, but that she had healed remarkably well. Bri thanked him for his help and asked if there is anything she could do for him. He gave her the look over, the kind of a man who's been without a woman for a long time, and asked her how old she was. She told him she was sixteen, he growled, shook his head, and told her there is nothing she can do and that she was free to go when she was able.
Young Adulthood [20-28]
Age twenty, Bri stumbles upon the Dark Brotherhood. At first she isn't interested, but then later an acquaintance, Esca, asks if she's join, explaining he'd get points for bringing in a new member. At this time, Bri considered Esca as close to a friend as she has, so she agrees.
Once joined, she was directed to Clan Exar Kun's House Byss, where she was greeted by many members such as Chi Long, Braecen Kunar, Arania, Korras, and many many others.
Brijha gradually gained in rank over time but hit a dead spot once she hit Protector. It took a year but she finally made it to Guardian.
During the time of her rise in rank, Clan Exar Kun and Clan Satal Keto had a merge, creating Clan Plagueis. Houses were shifted and Bri found herself in House Exar Kun. This new clan had a bad start and instead of sticking around to watch people kill each other, Bri put in a transfer to Clan Scholae Palatinae and remained there for a length of time, before finally returning to Clan Plagueis. It is after returning that she was finally able to reach the rank of Guardian.
The Story
Part I-Short and Sweet
To make it short and sweet... At some point Brijha loses her memory. One day she wakes up in the company of two babies (Ty and Teri) and, not knowing whos they were, assumed the role of their mother.
Part II-The Affair
A few years later, reestablished in her own house, memories prior to waking that long past evening still missing, Bri walks out onto the terrace outside of her room. It was nighttime, the sky clear, decorated with the sparking diamonds known as stars.
As she looked out, she thought of Shikyo Keibatsu. He was acting as the Governor of the Dlarit Corporation. He and Bri had crossed paths, each walking to get some fresh air. Their eyes met and the fires of desire rose up. Thinking back on it, Bri has no memory of how they made it to Shikyo's chambers. One minutes she locked eyes with Shikyo, the next she was in his bed, his head falling next to hers, both panting.
Bri shook her head, trying to rid her mind of those memories. It was one night, and it was over. No use dwelling on it. She turned and went back into her room, leaving the terrace doors open. As she moves to her bed, she strips down, and is completely naked as she crawls under the blankets of her bed.
As she closes her eyes to go to sleep, the wind outside picks up and her skin begins to tingle. She opens her eyes to see a dark figure looming over her.
"Shhh..," he says, as he tosses her blankets aside, moving onto her bed. "I want you again."
"Shikyo.." she whispers, but her question disappears as he strips quickly and moves over her, capturing her lips with his....
ANYWAYS! Their affair continued for weeks, but finally it did come to an end when Shikyo left, choosing his family and clan duties over Bri. This did not surprise her. She expected it, but there was still a part of her that mourned watching Shikyo walk away.
She moved on though.. she had the twins to take care of and they took up all her time and all her thoughts. She locked her thoughts of shikyo in the back of her mind, and never once let anyone see how she secretly missed the stunning figure that haunted her dreams for what seemed like ages after he walked away, even as she took on a new life...
Part III-Kal
About a month later as Bri walked in the park with Ty and Teri, a figure caught her eye. He looked so familiar. She knew she'd seen him somewhere before, and she knew he thought so too by the way he was staring at her. She looked away, shaking it off, and gathered the twins to go home. As she left the park, she saw him again, still staring at her, watching her every move.
Days went by, then without warning someone began pounding on Bri's front door, She knew who it was before opening the door. Two days prior she had been trying to remember who he was when it dawned on her. Kal. Her partner from so long ago. She hurriedly opened the door, her heart pounding heavily , her eyes locking with his immediately.
Eyes wide with wonder, she reaches out and touches his cheek. "Kal... How are you alive? I saw the building come down on you. Your body was crushed beneath it.."
"I was rescued, but the accident claimed my memories. It wasn't until I saw you 'til i started getting my memories back of you." He abruptly stepped up and wrapped his arms around her. "It's good to see you, sparky."
Bri smiles and relaxes in his arms. "It's good to see you too. I'm so happy you're alive. Come, step inside. We can catch up."
Kal enetered and they talked for hours, and Bri introduced him to the twins.
As Bri walked him to the door when he prepared to depart later that day, he brought something up, something Bri thought about thoroughly.
"Bri.. I want you to think about something... I know it's soon, but I would like you to be my wife. You don't have to answer now, in fact I prefer you to wait and think about it."
Bri merely nods. "It was very nice to see you alive. When will you come back?"
"Every chance I get. Oh, and Bri... if your answer is yes, I'll want to get married immediately." And with that, he was gone.
Another week passed by, and Bri thought thoroughly about Kal's request and made her decision. Her decision was based mainly on the fact that marriage to Kal will secure her ability to take care of her children.
Part IV-The Man, The Baby, and the Kidnapping
Short and sweet, after giving birth to her child, Bri and the little girl were kidnapped by none other than Shikyo himself. (Kal was away taking care of business at this point)
He held her captive in his home Misahide. Within the week, they came to the agreement that after a month, Shikyo will let her go if she wishes to leave, but since Kal was not to know about her child, named Titania, Bri would leave her child in Shikyo's care.
After the month is up, Bri returns to home to wait for Kal's return.
Part V-The Next Four Years
Over the next four years, Typhaes is overcome by dark urges to do harm to his sister, Teritus, and eventually takes her life.
Before this happens, Bri gives birth to her next child, Marcus. At the age of three, he will be killed by Ty while trying to protect Teri.
After killing both his siblings, Ty is filled with another dark urge. To claim his own life. As with his past urge, he gives in.
All of this happens during the Seventh Great Jedi War while Kal and Anochiir are away and cannot help.
In her grief, Bri runs away. After a time, she decides to stay away and changes her name to Lacey Serina Mortashka Vorrac. It is thought she kept her last names because she has hope her family will come after her. Who knows.
Civilian Life
Bri's civilian life consists of her family.
-Marriage to Kal Vorrac. Took his name, and he took hers. There will be offspring, but not as yet... >.>
Before Bri started gettin' jiggy with it, she lived civilian life alone, moving from planet to planet, never settling in one place.
Now, her civilian life consists of raising and taking care of Ty and Teri. Every now and then she feels like she's raising her husband, Kal, as well...
DB Life
While Bri has been in the DB, she has made many friends, only one enemy, and many more acquaintances.
She has become friends with Mayda Ferium, Tyren, Korras, Rasilvenaira, Thran (duh), Shikyo, Rayne, Kal (again..duh), Niman, Dismal, Desdemonae, Windos, Malik, and many others who have changed their names since she last spoke to them.
Her one and only enemy is Lexy Norris.
And her acquaintances are far too many to mention them all, but they include Jonaleth Isradia, Jac (however brief THAT was), Sarin, Dakari, Wuntila, and so on and so forth..
Brijha's activity in the DB has been, until lately, very lazy. She doesn't do much often, just sits back and watches as time passes by. Maybe now that she's married a total MADMAN, she'll need to do something to keep herself sane... like... being active ;)

Shikyo Keibastu: Bri's Former lover
Typhaes- He is Brijha's first born son and twin to Teritus II. When Bri marries Kal, Ty adjusts and soon accepts Kal as his father. Eventually Ty kills his sister and little brother.
Teritus- She is Brijha's first born daughter and twin to Typhaes. When it comes to Bri's marriage to Kal, Teri has a an open heart towards Kal, willing to give him a chance. She is killed by Ty.
Titania- She is the lovechild of Brijha and Shikyo Keibatsu. After her birth, she is left in her father's care.
Marcus- He is the youngest child of Bri and Kal. He is kill when he is three trying to protect his sister from Ty.
Kaliidrad "Kal" Mortashka Vorrac- Brijha's love and husband. He is adored by Ty and Teri, and returns the affection. For more, see Kal Vorrac
Shikyo Keibatsu- Brijha's secret lover before she married Kal. Bri finds out the day of her wedding she is pregnant with Shikyo's child. She has no intention of telling Kal... or Shikyo, for that matter, because she doesn't want Shikyo to take her baby away.

Korras- Brijha's brother figure. She looks to him for help, advice, and companionship and he seems to do the same. They are often seen hitting each other with trout.
Koga- A dislikeable character. Not an enemy but a threat to Bri's sanity.

Entry I
It has been three weeks since each of my children were killed. In my grief, I ran away. Now that I have, I don't think I can go back to face Kal and Anochiir. I don't think I could bring myself to tell them what happened.
I have changed my name. I am no longer Brijha. I am Lacey Serina Mortashka Vorrac. I did not change my last name because it is all I have now of my family. I know keeping my last name will go against me when/if Kal or/and Anochiir comes for me. But maybe since they would be looking for Brijha and not Lacey, they will not acquire accurate information that leads them to me. Which leads me to think... Do I want them to find me? If I don't let them, I'll live a very lonely life. I don't know what to do. Face Kal and Anochiir, or face loneliness?
Entry II
Two Days Later
I got a job as a serving girl and nanny. I'll be staying at the master's manor so that I can be around as needed.
His name is Vitolero Sincina. His three wives are Tora, Crisillia, and Avon (but I call her Viperwitch behind her back). The children from Tora are three year old Atessa, Tessy for short, and one year old Manja. Avon's little one is five years old and his name is Darian. Crisillia has no children. I'm not sure why but I hear from other serving girls she might be barren.
I'm worried. It's so soon after losing my own children. I hope I don't break down. The only other job available in town is as the mistress of that lard ass pig Terivak. The thought makes me want to get vilely ill. Perhaps this job will help me in some way. It will keep the memory of my children fresh, but maybe those memories will be of when they were alive before the trouble started.
I'm being summoned.
Entry III
Later That Night
It's nightfall and everyone else has gone to bed. I miss Kal. It's difficult to bear the weight of the loss of my children without him. I keep remembering so much.
Here is a poem I wrote. It's short, and simple, yet it's right:

And decorate the mind with memories
I miss my children so much.
I thought of little Titania today. I wonder how she is. I hope Shikyo is taking good care of her. Perhaps I will send a message to him, ask him to come see me and bring her with him. We'll have to see.
Entry IV
A Week Later
I'm in trouble. The master has turned his attention on me. He's tried twice already to get me into his bed. I've pleaded to his wives to talk him out of it. Their responses were that if he wishes to add another to his collection, it is his right. I want to leave here, but I don't have the money for a shuttle off this planet.
I pray a miracle happens.
Entry V
Two Weeks Later
Tonight I am fleeing. Vito has started to show signs he will be forceful to get what he wants. I cannot stay here any longer. I am going to go off into the wilderness and stay there until I am forgotten. I will not be able to write for a long time.
I miss Kal more than ever.
