The people of Siordan’a
5 ABY, Tonal’la was born in the underground Ryloth city of Siordan'a. Siordan'a was disconnected from most of Ryloth, and had a lot of different cultures, such as the existence of a royal family to rule over the city, although the monarch was always male.

The people of Siordan'a, like most other Twi'leks, worshipped the goddess Kikalekki, creator of the universe and the Force, and the link between life and death. It was by her will that every twi'lek leader must be male, and by her power that the sprits of the dead live on in the lekku of their loved ones. Any twi'lek with only one lek was of lesser divinity. The monarch was said to be the messenger of the Goddess. Any attempt to harm the king was the ultimate act of blasphemy. The monarch was also the only one entitles to bear a gem said to have been created by the Goddess herslef, Kikalekki's Sapphire.
The people of the city of Siordan'a were a strange race. The twi’lek civilisation in the twilight zone of Ryloth was built into the side of a mountain, Mount Chir'Lekki, and was mostly isolated from the rest of the galaxy. The only means of transport to and from Siordan’a was a small, recently constructed spaceport.

Tonal’la’s father, Zentu’la, was the king’s most trusted advisor. A Light Jedi who escaped the purge, he was a vital aid to the king, who had no heir. It was common knowledge to Sal’Kaasa that he was the most likely to inherit the Throne should the king die. His fear of Tonal’la falling to the Dark Side prevented him from teaching her the Force, while her lust to use it secretly grew.
The city was almost exclusively comprised of yellow skinned twi’leks, who worshipped their goddess, Kikalekki. A prominent belief of the Siordan’a people was that the lekku of a twi’lek housed the living spirit, and upon death, the spirit was shattered and housed in the lekku of their loved ones, to provide guidance from beyond death. Those with only one lek are said to bring bad luck, and are seen as a lesser form of life.

Tonal’la herself was one of the most intelligent twi’lek girls on Ryloth, easily able to perform mathematical tasks way beyond her age level, and also excelling at writing stories and poetry in both Ryl and Basic. While lacking any physical strength, she was naturally agile, and skilled at self defence with a small Twi’leki Lyaer’tsa (vibrolance).
Unlike most twi’lek cities, Siordan’a was run by a Royal Family, said to be blessed by the protection of Kikalekki. The leader was always male, and the only one entitled to bear a gemstone, named Kikalekki’s Sapphire, the main treasure of Siordan’a, and said to have been created by the deity herself. To attempt to bring harm on the King was the ultimate act of blasphemy.

At the age of seven, Tonal’la witnessed the murder of the king by the Fosh Assassin, Shaikanetsa. After the murder, he turned on the nearest witness, Tonal’la, with the intention of selling her as a slave. While the fight was brief,, and she was disarmed in a few seconds, she did hold him off long enough for her father to appear, and drive him off with the Force. However the sudden situation caused the girl to faint across her own blade, causing a scar across one lek and putting her into a Rylca tank for two weeks.
By the year 5 ABY, the king, Nextru’la, had no heir. It was common knowledge that after his death, the Throne would be passed on to the head of his council, Zentu’la, a Light Jedi who’s wife had recently given birth to a girl named Tonal’la

When she emerged, big changes had occurred in Sal’Kaasa, though not unexpected. Her father had been crowned king, making her a princess. Also, Zentu’la had become very protective of her, restricting her to a life inside the palace, never leaving it’s walls. Few even knew of Tonal’la’s existence.
Attack on Siordan’a (12 ABY)
The Accursed Prince
As Tonal’la grew, her character began to develop. Back then, as a seven year old girl, whose talents ranged from mathematics to gymnastics, she was the embodiment of innocence. The very kind of person who would least expect the events that were to unfold in her life, and in that very day.

Three years later, her mother gave birth again, this time to a boy. A boy doomed from birth. Atsak’la was born with only one lek, a despised physical trait. Known as the Accursed Ones, on Sal’Kaasa it was told that they were to bring bad luck, and were a lower form of life.
A fosh, by the name of Shaikanetsa, was asking the king for directions, with Tonal’la in close proximity. As she glanced over to them, all she saw was a casual conversation. Nextru’la  never was one for formalities. Then, in a flash of movement, Tonal’la saw the fosh’s blade protruding through the King’s neck. Blood splattered to the floor and he died instantly.

Legends told of an Ancient King who had one lek removed by the Curse of an evil wizard, and any twi’lek with one lek were said to be a re-occurrence of the curse. The lekku were also said to be a connection to the gods, and anyone who only had one was of lesser divinity. Despite genetic proof of the contrary, people on Sal’Kaasa still believed the legend of the wizard.
Tonal’la’s girlish scream brought the attention of the Assassin. Knowing the worth of a young twi’lek girl, he rushed towards her. What he didn’t know, however, was that the girl’s father was rushing to her aid, and arrived in the nick of time to save his daughter from slavery.

Because of this, the Prince was killed within an hour of his life. Believing the legends, Tonal’la agreed with the killing, though she was forbidden to see it. The whole incident was hidden from the public.
The Fosh had created a huge cut on Tonal’la’s lek before his escape, and she spent the next 2 weeks in a Bacta Tank. When she emerged, the Coronation Ceremonies had already taken place, and her Father had been crowned as the new king.

A Surprise Attack
Tonal’la wanted him to teach her the Force, so she could save herself in the future, but fearing the prophecy might foresee Tonal’la’s fall, Zentu’la refused. He was also incredibly protective of her, and forbade her from ever leaving The Fire Temple, a building that doubled as a Royal Palace.

A Surprise Attack(19 ABY)
As she grew up, her beauty began to develop, making Zentu’la even more paranoid that someone would attempt to kidnap her. Also, after his coronation he had been increasingly reluctant to teach her the Force, believing in a Sal’Kaasan prophecy that if the daughter of a Jedi king was taught the Force she would fall to the Dark Side.

This didn’t stop the 14 year old princess’s lust to wield it, however, and the life in the place was become increasingly frustrating, something was missing from her life. In order to protect her from the details, her father didn’t tell her that attractive twi’lek females are common slaves, and she didn’t see the harm in going outside.
Tonal’la quickly got bored with this lifestyle. By the age of 14 she had spent her last 7 years inside the same building, and her lust to use the Force grew. She began to hate her father, and thought she was missing out on having a proper life.

At midnight, Tonal’la escaped her quarters and began to explore the outside world. She had ventured about a mile when she encountered an Accursed One. She panicked and ran back to her home, attracting the attention of an unwanted visitor to Sal’Kaasa. As she ran, Tonal’la was shot in the neck by a tranquilising blaster.
In the end, she decided to take action. While no guards were looking, she escaped the Fire Temple and began to explore the city. After a short time,, she encountered a man with only one lek. Believing the superstitions, she ran back to the temple, fearing terrible luck.

A human slaver from Tatooine approached the lifeless twi’lek, cutting down a foolish onlooker who tried to intervene. He hoisted Tonal’la onto his back and took her to his ship, then left Ryloth for Tatooine.
Her loud, frantic footsteps caused her to be attacked mid-way by a human slaver, she was shot in the heart with a tranquilising blaster. When she awoke, she was in a ship landing in a Tatooine Spaceport, in the capital city of Bestine. She was handcuffed, and a lead was tied around her wrist.

She awoke as the ship was half way through it’s journey to Tatooine, with no memory of anything after the meeting with the Accursed One. She had also been unclothed, her royal dress removed to revel a pair of shorts, a sleeveless shirt, and lots of pristine yellow skin. For the first time since the king’s murder, Tonal’la was genuinely scared.
She was scared, truly scared, for the first time since the assassination of Nextru’la. She was led, handcuffed, to a building called ‘The Oasis Cantina’. The sign ‘Free Twi’lek Dancers’ on the wall gave Tonal’la a horrible first impression.

The ship landed in Tatooine’s Capital of Bestine, one of the few cities in the Galaxy worse than Mos Eisley. Like a criminal, Tonal’la was handcuffed and led through the streets of the city, up to a building called ‘The Oasis Cantina’.
She was led into an office, where another human sat behind a desk, the rich, yet evil cantina owner, Savdo Nelik. In the ensuing discussion, Tonal’la was shocked to work out she was being offered in a game of Pazaak to try to eliminate the debts of the one who captured her.

The Oasis Cantina
She found it reasonably amusing when her captor lost the match, but upon realising what had just happened, she was far from laughing. Savdo Nelik was grinning widely as he was given Tonal’la’s lead like he was buying a dog.

The Oasis Cantina(19 ABY)
The door of the building opened into a large hall, packed with a variety of races, mostly male. Tonal’la was pushed into a door beside the hall, a corridor led round the back of it. She was taken to the human cantina owner, still trying to work out what was happening.

After a minute of negotiations, Tonal’la was sold as a slave to the human, Savdo Nelik. She was given an injection, and started to feel drowsy. When she awoke, she was on a bed in a crimson room, lavishly decorated. She had also been re-clothed, she was now wearing a small, translucent yellow bra, and short yellow skirt that matched her skin colour, and barely reached her thighs. She was astonished to find she was wearing nothing underneath.
Tonal’la was led into a room near the office. It was incredibly well decorated, and resembled a luxury hotel. She was confused as to why she was given such a high quality room to sleep in, until Savdo Nelik explained.

Savdo Nelik was waiting at the door. She was told that those were her quarters, and that she could never leave under any circumstances. Men would come in, and she would dance for them, or whatever else they wanted. She then told she was going to be given a taste of what was to come. After begging for clothes, Tonal’la was raped by her master.
She was never to leave the room, aside from to visit the en-suite bathroom. She was ordered to undress in front of Nelik and instead put on an outfit consisting of a yellow skirt, a yellow translucent bra, and nothing else. All her other clothes were confiscated before she was told more.

It quickly became clear that this would be her new life. Depression took over. Every night she was forced into sex by about 15 men, and at that time she felt suicidal, every night having to do things of which the very thought would have disgusted her weeks before. She was paid for her work in food, though it was deliberately sparse to keep her slim figure. She wanted to kill herself, but didn’t know how to go about doing it. Every time she had a positive thought, it was interrupted by someone who wanted to use her.
Visitors to the cantina, after paying Savdo Nelik, had the option for a private dance from Tonal’la. But she was not limited to being a private dancer. She was forced to fulfil the wishes of everyone of her customers, unless they caused her any physical damage. She was given injections to permanently protect her against various infections, and pregnancy.

For 8 standard months she went on like that, until she realised something. If so many people wanted this, there must be some enjoyment to it. From then on she stopped thinking of it as slavery and put some effort into her job, trying to make the most of it. While it was still a nightmare job, it became far more bearable. Her clothes also got too small, though they only prolonged things anyway, so they were discarded.
After that, it all began as she was raped by Nelik. The first week was repetitively sickening for the twi’lek, who was still only 14 years old. While the dances weren’t so bad, she found herself being seduced on multiple occasions each day. Particularly cruel was one customer by the name of Tyrus. In between her customers, she would practice dance. It was the only thing she could do there that allowed her to let go of the burden of life, and also kept her incredibly lithe and athletic.

The Birth of Impetus
Despite this, Tonal’la began to detest her life. She became constantly depressed, and lost all hope that she would be rescued. She blamed the only person she could. Her Father, who she hated then more than ever.

The Birth of Impetus(20 ABY)
She was 15 and a half by the time the next pivotal even occurred, having endured the cantina for over a year, though gradually enjoying it more. She was visited by a blue skinned twi’lek. Thinking he wanted nothing else, Tonal’la jumped on top of him, to seduce was better than to be seduced.

To her surprise, she was thrown off. The male explained that he was Scept’ine, and he visited cantinas in search of Force sensitive twi’leks, to bring back to a Sith Academy on Ryloth. She could get away from slavery and learn the Force. While she was taught about the ‘fall’ to the dark side, she didn’t consider this opportunity a fall.

Scept’ine took Tonal’la back to Ryloth, giving her his armoured robes to cover herself up. She knew her new life would revolve around the Dark Side. Nothing of her past was needed. Including her name. Going over various Ryl words in her head after learning the Sith code, she settled on one, meaning instant passion or attack. Tonal’la was nothing but a memory. Impetus was born.
This happened for a year. A year of relentless torture, for her it was utter hell. It took a year wallowing in her own despair for the first rational thought to enter her mind.

The reached the Ryloth Brightlands, where a cave dug into a mountain marked the site of the academy, an underground complex. Inside there were 3 students, including Impetus. It was run by a pair of masters, one of which was Scept’ine. Impetus was to be taken to see the other.
‘‘To seduce is better than to be seduced’’.

By what could only be fate, the other master was none other than Shaikanetsa, the Fosh who murdered the Sal’Kaasa king and scarred one of her lek, a wound now barely visible. While their relationship was fiery at first, after she got to know him she came to understand Shaikanetsa, and they developed a close bond. After coming out of slavery there was a flirty part of her personality that couldn’t be controlled, and she ended up falling in love with Shaikanetsa, under the most unlikely circumstances.
With that came a new plan to help her endure slavery. She would make the first move, and stay in control, even if it meant going further than she would have otherwise. While this didn’t work for her meetings with Tyrus, for the most part, she had developed something that very few people accomplish. A way to enjoy slavery. Tyrus was cruel, racist, sexist, and seemed only to take pleasure in breaking the girl’s spirit.

Vengeance
Tonal’la kept her unusually positive attitude for another half a year, until she was visited by a twi’lek male, while preying to Kikalekki. Ironically she was particularly repulsed by the males of her own species, but she  pounced on him in her usual manner regardless. She was surprised and confused when she was thrown off and helped back to her feet. Then the man explained.

His name was Scept'ine, and lived in an abandoned Sith Academy near the Ryloth Brightlands. He was led to her by the Force, and requested she join the academy and learn the Dark Side of the Force. She jumped at the opportunity, and Scept’ine gave her his outer robes, lightly armoured with bracers, to cover herself up. She also changed her name to Impetus, and vowed to put the past behind her.

As Impetus developed at a rapid rate in sword fighting, telekinesis and other Force powers, it was time for her first mission, to find and recruit a Force Sensitive. Allowed to keep Scept’ine’s robes and bracers from Tatooine, and after taking a katana from the armoury, she travelled back to the Oasis Cantina. Revenge would be extracted.
The academy was run by 2 Masters. Scept’ine, and a fosh. Impetus was shocked to discover that the Fosh was none other than the one who murdered the Siordan’a king in front of her.

After one and a half years she still knew the way. She entered the Oasis Cantina and approached her old master, Savdo Nelik. The second they engaged in combat, two of Nelik’s guards jumped into the fray.
While their first meeting was hostile, Impetus understood that he valued his own life above everything else, and didn’t have a choice about killing the king. Impetus had also developed an unexpected trait after leaving Tatooine. She had become addicted to sex, and needed someone to satisfy it to keep her sane.

Had the clash of blades and armour not alerted a nearby Wookie, Impetus would have likely died then. The furry cantina regular got to his feet, drew a great sword and crushed a guard with one strike. The confusion allowed Impetus to sever the head of another guard, before Laurus disarmed Savdo Nelik.
Of all the people, Impetus fell in love with Shaikanetsa, and all previous hostilities were forgotten.

After torturing him with the Dark Side of the Force and stabbing him in painful places for several minutes, Impetus pressed her katana through his neck, smiling as she watched the life fade from his eyes.
Vengeance(21 ABY)
After the combat, Impetus turned her attention to the Wookie, Chalirr, sensing the Force coming from him. While conversation was difficult at first, Impetus didn’t speak Shyriiwook, she convinced him to join their academy. Chalirr, like Tonal’la, changed his name to something in Ryl, Laurus, meaning victory.

Impetus took him back to the Academy, where they developed a close bond across the language barrier. Her feelings for Laurus were unlike the love she had for Shaikanetsa, yet she knew she could trust him. To this day, Impetus and Laurus are rarely seen apart.
While Impetus’ addictions were satisfied by her first true lover, a sense of unfinished business on Tatooine wasn’t. She travelled back to Bestine, claiming she was on the lookout for new students. This was only half of the truth. She had trained under Shaikanetsa for 3 weeks, and was now armed with a Katana, Scept’ine’s armoured robes, bloodlust, and the Force. She had picked up the latter extremely quickly.

The True Dark Side of the Force
She returned to The Oasis Cantina, and engaged in combat with Savdo Nelik. What she didn’t expect was two guards to emerge unexpectedly and flank her, she was outnumbered three to one. Cursing her lick, she put up a final stand, certain she was going back into slavery.

But then, a furious wookie growl marked the arrival of her saviour, it took only one slash from his giant sword to decapitate one of the guards. In the confusion, Impetus slid her katana through the ribs of another and disarmed Savdo Nelik, before killing him slowly, and painfully, unleashing her blade on the more painful parts of the male anatomy before plunging the katana through his throat.

The two trained together, Impetus’ speed and Force proficiency and Laurus’ raw strength made them a lethal team. Their time on Ryloth lasted two and a half years, until Impetus was 18.
After that, she sensed something from The wookie. She thought it was the Force but wasn’t sure. While conversation was difficult, she convinced him to return with her to the Sith Academy. He accepted, and told her his name was Laurus.

Shaikanetsa started shouting from outside, and left in the Academy’s only ship, valuing his life above everything else. Through telepathy he told Impetus of his reasoning, trusting his love to understand. By that time there were 7 students in the Academy. They all rushed outside, to see four men walking towards the academy, in black robes. The activated their purple lightsabers upon sight of the inhabitants.
When she returned, there was a new member in the academy. A neti, named Ood Bnar, who was roaming the galaxy in the pursuit of knowledge, and was particularly interested in a certain holocron in the academy. Impetus and Laurus got to know him rather well, but the next visitor wasn’t so welcome.

After a brief and pointless battle, only Laurus, Impetus and Scept’ine were left alive against the four Dark Jedi. Scept’ine had learned the Dark Side for himself, but these were true Dark Jedi. In a final stand, Scept’ine and Laurus managed to take down two of the attackers, but as they made to behead a third, the saber of the last cut through Scept’ine’s heart.
Tyrus wasn’t willing to give up his time with Impetus so easily, and had tracked her ship to Ryloth. Scept’ine seemed to like him, and he was Force Sensitive. He was accepted as a member of the Academy. The events on Tatooine had left Impetus slightly scared of him, so she kept her distance.

After that Laurus and Impetus were given a choice by the leader, Kschamehellan. To make up for the ones Scept’ine killed, or die like he did. They chose to accept the offer. They were searching for a Sith holocron, but Shaikanetsa had taken it with him.
The True Dark Side of the Force(21 – 23 ABY)
Kschamehellan took them back to Judecca, and to Clan Scholae Palatinae, for them to continue their studies of the Dark Side of the Force.

An Unexpected Oppertunity
About a year later, Ood had extracted all the knowledge he could from the academy, and left to find a new source of knowledge. Half a year later, Tyrus couldn’t hold himself back any longer, and he made significant unwanted advances on Impetus. Luckily for her, Shaikanetsa heard her calls for help, and prevented anything from happening. Tyrus, furious, left the academy in search for somewhere else that would help him train in the Force. By this time, Impetus had worked out a way to combine her skill and continued training in dance with her combat training, and had developed her own elegant style of fighting.

The next significant event in the academy took place after Impetus had lived there for over two years, and was past 18 years old. Having spent over 2 years on the timeless world of Ryloth, her true date of birth was lost to her.

Upon training with the other students of Scholae Palatinae, Impetus soon realised the flaws in her Arcane Education on Ryloth. While she advanced to Protector in a matter of days, she stayed there for months, making slow, steady progress under the Mastership of Archpriest Kschamehellan, and in the company of Laurus.
Shaikanetsa was the first to see the four Dark Jedi marching towards the academy. He sent a message through the Force to Impetus before taking the only ship, and only means of escape, before fleeing Ryloth. The others in the academy were left to fend for themselves against four lightsaber wielding opponents. From the academy’s side, Scept’ine was the only fighter with a lightsaber.

There was nothing special about her beside her appearance. While she was fast, and skilled with the Force, she was overwhelmed by how many people surpassed her greatest skills. As she was just getting used to the life of a lowly protector, her career changed in a flash.
Quickly and mercilessly, everyone except Scept’ine, Laurus and Impetus were slaughtered, and only one of the attackers was killed. In a last stand,  Scept’ine and Laurus managed to kill another of the attackers, but Scept’ine couldn’t prevent a saber attack to his heart.

After her master deemed her proficient enough in the Force, Impetus was elevated to the rank of Guardian. But that was not the onlyy honor she recieved that day. In a move that stunned Scholae Palatinae, Mune Metsukai appointed Impetus his Aedile.
As Laurus and Impetus, whose relationship had grown exponentially since Tatooine, waited to share the same fate as the others, they were given a choice. Replace the ones they killed, or die. Naturally, they chose life, and returned with the two dark Jedi, named Kschamehellan and Mune, the their clan of Dark Jedi, Clan Scholae Palatinae.

While there was alot of members sceptical about the leadership ability of the new Guardian, she put them right quickly, and went on to perform admirably in her new role. She also had a unique weapon crafted for her, The Lightwhip. The name was misleading, the weapon itself was merely a metal whip that glowed when activated, but it was lethal enough to stay as the twi'lek's primary weapon for quite some time.

An Unexpected Opportunity
A Foreign World
Impetus had served as Acclivis Draco's Aedile for about half a year, when a war broke out between the Sith Caliburnus and the Obelisk of Dorimad Sol, the other two houses of her clan. In a one sided battle, Caliburnus emerged victorious, and they merged with Dorimad Sol, keeping the HC identity.
Impetus quickly realised that her training on Ryloth was of a far lower standard than the training on Judecca, with her new master, Kschamehellan. She advanced through the ranks slower than she expected, and without a lover close by, she felt alone. Shaikanetsa was far away, she didn’t even know if they would ever meet again. But regardless of the future, he would have no idea what was happening then. She started a relationship with the Trandoshan Krath Priest, Exodius. While there was no love between the two, it kept Impetus satisfied for the time being.

Shortly after this, the Quaestor of Caliburnus, Warhunter, resigned from his post and went rogue. Even with the merge of Caliburnus and Dorimad Sol, Acclivis Draco was still recognised as the superior house in Scholae Palatine.
Alongside Laurus, Impetus was enjoying her training, and in months that seemed like days, advanced to the rank of Guardian. With this came a crazy move from the Quaestor, Mune, to make her the Aedile of House Acclivis Draco, with no prior experience of leadership.

Then Consul Timbal Palpatine approached Impetus, believing the Krath Jedi Hunter was the one who would bring glory to the Sith House. Out of loyalty to Acclivis Draco, she at first rejected the offer, but then Timbal convinced her it would be best for the clan if she accepted.
Around this time, Ood Bnar’s quest for knowledge brought him to Antenora, where he would re-unite with Impetus and Laurus.

To bring equillibrium to CSP was her task, and it looked to be by far the toughest task she had ever faced. She was given a rather hostile response by the Sith of Caliburnus, who were outraged that a Krath Jedi Hunter had been chosen to lead the Sith house.
Impetus prospered in her new role as an Aedile, but her stay in Acclivis Draco, and her relationship with Exodius was about to end, as a request from the Consul Timbal brought her the prospect of a higher calling, and a huge step forward.

The only Krath in her entire house, and surrounded by Sith and Obelisk. She didn't let herself be intimidated, just got on with her job, and was soon knighted. Even with her lightsaber, her Lightwhip was still her weapon of choice. It took about two months for her to ruely settle in Caliburnus, but even then, there was still a part of her missing after leaving Acclivis Draco.

Accelerated Inheritance
Quote Coming Soon.

The task set before her was to leave Acclivis Draco behind and take command of House Caliburnus, a house ravaged after a feud with [House Dorimad Sol]]. She left Acclivis Draco to lead the weaker house, inspired by the mission of evening things out.

Impetus spent much of a tedious Great Jedi War behind her desk, planning the battles rather that actually participating in them. For her part in this, she was elevated to Priestess at the end of the war. As far as the brotherhood went, this was the peak of her life. She had found something that stretched her abilities to the limit, and where she was needed. But something was still missing. She had sworn vengeance that her father would pay the price for not teaching her the Force, and not saving her from slavery, but she had never done anything about it. Until now.
The daunting magnitude of the task before her was set aside by a surprisingly warm welcome from the dominantly Sith house. Immediately she found herself rather intimate with her new Aedile, Xen. While their sexual relationship was inconsistent due to Xen’s split personality, their strong friendship never wavered.

Her plan was simple. She would burrow a random civilian ship, return to Siordan'a, and provide adequate proof of her royal status for a private meeting with her Father. Then she would engage and kill him, caliming the city, and his possessions, for herself, before returning to Ptolomea.
Another strong influence on Impetus was Horus Blackheart, valuable for his military and tactical experience. Horus ignored Impetus’ flirtatious mannerisms for reasons regarding honour, causing their interactions to be strictly professional.

The first parts of the plan went well. She reached Siordan'a, showed a royal medallion as proof of her boodline, and was told to see her father in the throne room. The sightshe was faced wth in the room surprised her somewhat. Rather than seeing him alone, the king was flanked by 10 guards.
It wasn’t long before Impetus met another man who would become an important part of her life. Transferring in from Clan Plagueis was Thran Occasus. Impetus found his attitudes mirrored hers. After making him a battleteam leader, their relationship became rather similar to her one with Xen.

After a heated argument with him about her slavery and the Dark Side, only one solution was possible. Zentu'la told his guards not to interfere before he activated his Lightsaber. Impetus did the same. The second their blades locked it was clear they were almost even in strength. The duel lasted for about half an hour, neither side willing to back down.
It was around this time when Impetus was given her first student, an Iridonian Guardian by the name of Cethgus. She found him the opposite of herself, where he was strong and resilient, she was fast in mind and body, where he relied on brute force, she would show off her grace and dance. Surprisingly, their partnership was a success. Cethgus was also the one to first produce Impetus’ trademark weapon, a heat powered segmented whip called the lightwhip. Impetus preferred it to her lightsaber, and used it on many occasions.

Impetus spent much of a tedious Great Jedi War on Ptolomea, planning the battles rather that actually participating in them. Until now.
Her plan was simple. She would burrow a random civilian ship, return to the Siordan'a Fire Temple, and provide adequate proof of her royal status for a private meeting with her Father. Then she would engage and kill him, claiming the city, and his possessions, for herself, before returning to Ptolomea.

After lightning quick show of bladework and the Force, the fateful blow was struck as Impetus' saber severed one lek of her father, a slow, painful, evident death for a twi'lek. She stammered back, shocked by what she had done, before hearing her father's last words. Words that would change her life completely.

He then told his guards to praise their new monarch. 'Impetus, the Shadow Queen.' Despite Impetus' best efforts to save her father's life, he died in her arms through the confession that she loved him.

In the whole of Siordan'a history, not one female monarch has ever been crowned. Some of the guard considered the new ruler sacrilegious, for both her gender and the murder of the King, and attacked her on sight, while those on Impetus' side were the minority.
A fight broke out across the Fire Temple, and almost half the Royal Guard were cut down by Impetus and those who stood by her. In the midst of the fray, Impetus' mother, disconsolate at her husband's death, took her own life.
After the fray, the Siordan'a Council waited a week for things to calm down before naming Impetus as the new monarch. This decision upset alot of the population, and caused many to leave, as it was against religion to have a female leader.
Upon coronation, Impetus recieved all of her father's possessions. The Echo, a starfighter hybrid of a TIE and an X wing, and Kikalekki's Sapphire, the gem believed to have been greated by the goddess Kikalekki, as proof of her royal status.
Knowing that she could not stay in Ryloth for much longer, she placed the council in direct cotrol of the City and took The Echo and Kikalekki's Sapphire back to Ptolomea, with a Royal Guard of 4 Force Users following her.
Love’s Return
Impetus and Shaikanetsa are an… odd couple.
Shortly after the events at Siordan'a, Impetus was about to hear from an old face once again. After years of research, Shaikanetsa had managed to track Impetus to the Cocytus system.
She was sat in her office when he walked in, both overjoyed to see each other. Impetus' first reaction however put across the wrong message, as she slapped him across the face for leaving her to die on Ryloth.
It took a few days for her to calm down, but after that, they became as close as they ever were, and for Impetus it made up for the loss of her family, and also put a stop to her sexual escapades with Xen and Thran.
In CSP, Shaikanetsa decided it would be better for him to join the CSP army rather than the Dark Jedi portions. After masking his Force Sensitivity from those would recognise it, he was placed in the 3rd Legion: 77th Assault.

The Siordan'a Exodus
Tensions began to grow between Acclivis Draco and Caliburnus. Impetus, who hadn’t forgotten her time in Acclivis Draco, was powerless to stop the ensuing war against rival Quaestor RevengeX.

For the first time I'm glad, to have you as my father.
Caliburnus were commonly believed to be the weaker house, but in their first clash since before Impetus took command, the houses seemed evenly matched. An attempt on Impetus’ life was made, but it was foiled by her lightsaber. The whip forged by Cethgus, the Lightwhip, was destroyed in a duel with RevengeX.

In the whole of Siordan'a history, not one female monarch has ever been crowned. Some of the guard considered the new ruler sacrilegious, for both her gender and the murder of the King, and attacked her on sight, while those on Impetus' side were the minority.
Against Impetus’ will, the tensions erupted into a full scale war on Judecca. The eventual battle was prevented by an attack on Judecca by a mutual enemy, but it was clear to Acclivis Draco that Caliburnus were no longer an inferior force, and must be treated as an equal. Impetus had done what she set out to do in Caliburnus, and rejoined her first house, Acclivis Draco, where she was also re-united with Laurus. As Shaikanetsa had been inducted into the Caliburnus defence forces, they were separated again.

A fight broke out across the place, and almost half the Royal Guard were cut down by Impetus and those who stood by her. In the midst of the fray, Impetus' mother, disconsolate at her husband's death, took her own life.
The Ultimate Betrayal
After the fray, the Siordan'a Council waited a week for things to calm down before naming Impetus s the new monarch. This decision upset alot of the population, and caused many to leave, as it was against religion to have a female leader.
He did deserve it though

The separation from Shaikanetsa caused a change in Impetus’ mentality. She looked back on the time they spent together, on Ryloth and Ptolomea. She started to realise a selfish nature within him. She wanted a way to punish him, and her sexual drive was burning. The first lucky man to catch her eye was the Rollmaster, Cuchulain. Their escapades were replicated in a holo-recording by Impetus’ R6 Droid.

Upon coronation, Impetus recieved all of her father's possessions. The Echo, a starfighter hybrid of a TIE and an X wing, and Kikalekki's Sapphire, the gem believed to have been greated by the goddess Kikalekki, as proof of her royal status.
But one affair wasn’t enough for her. She knew how strong Shaikanetsa’s feelings for her were, and how what she planned would affect him. Next to reap the benefits of the twi’lek’s lust for vengeance were Arion and Kalak. But while two were human and one was falleen, they had too much in common for the effect she wanted. Her next partner was the first of its kind since her time on slavery. Xathia wasn’t too fussy about who she was with, and so she was the fourth, to the disappointment of more than a few males who heard of Impetus’ plans.

Rumours are that Impetus was also with a fifth partner, the mere mention of which can be more than sickening to the average mind, and wasn’t captured on a holo recording. While this was confirmed by Impetus, the name wasn’t.

Knowing that she could not stay in Ryloth for much longer, she placed the council in direct cotrol of the City and took The Echo and Kikalekki's Sapphire back to Ptolomea, with a Royal Guard of 4 Force Users following her.
Shaikanetsa felt a mix of emotions, ranging from despair to rage. He forgot all love he once had for her, as it morphed into hate. Had he not been bound to the Caliburnus Defence Forces, he would have killed her. Impetus merely smiled at his threatening message, and put Shaikanetsa behind her.

Re-Union with a Lover
It was around this time that Impetus was given a new position in Acclivis Draco, the first of a new unit called The Order of the Dragon, as the Fang of Prophecy. One member a month was to be invited into the Order, which was to become the Quaestor’s personal guard. It took virtually no time at all for Impetus to forgive RevengeX for what happened in the war, while RevengeX was slightly hesitant with her at first after the war, this faded in time, and the two get on as well as any leader and member. She was also given a new whip to replace the lightship, forged by the best smith in Acclivis Draco, as a mark of her loyalty to the Dragon house. It was appropriately named ‘The Dragon’s Tail’.

Impetus and Shaikanetsa are an... odd couple

Around the time of the RoS, a curiously picked team of 5 Dark Jedi, including Impetus and Laurus, found themselves on an unknown world, seeking passage back to Judecca. Up to this point Impetus had carried on her relationships with the four that provided her vengeance against Shaikanetsa, but this was about to change.

It took a few days for her to calm down, but after that, they became as close as they ever were, and for Impetus it made up for the loss of her family.
The group of 5 was joined by an excellent twi’lek human hybrid marksman, by the name of Ararin Korin. He bore the better features of both races, and Impetus found him incredibly attractive. Near the climax of their mission on the unknown world, Impetus was thrown backwards, and landed straddled on Ararin’s waist.

Equillibrium
After making a comment about The Dragon’s Tail, the two started talking. They kissed as the rest of the group chased off an enemy. After they finished their task, Impetus took Ararin back to Antenora, where he joined the Order of the Dragon as a sniper. Her sexual relationships with everyone else ended immediately, for she had finally found a partner who wouldn’t abandon her for anything. From that day she made a vow to be loyal to him, her love for eternity.

"Sometimes something has to fall, before it can be rebuilt."
―Impetus, during the Sixth Great Jedi War

Krath ArchPriestess Impetus, Loyal member of Clan Scholae Palatinae, currently situated in House Acclivis Draco.

Character History

Early Years

The people of Siordan’a

" The Daughter of the Jedi King, must not be trained in sacred Force. She’ll learn the path to evil things, and kill without remorse."
― A Siordan’a Prophecy

The people of the city of Siordan'a were a strange race. The twi’lek civilisation in the twilight zone of Ryloth was built into the side of a mountain, Mount Chir'Lekki, and was mostly isolated from the rest of the galaxy. The only means of transport to and from Siordan’a was a small, recently constructed spaceport.

By the year 5 ABY, the king, Nextru’la, had no heir. It was common knowledge that after his death, the Throne would be passed on to the head of his council, Zentu’la, a Light Jedi who’s wife had recently given birth to a girl named Tonal’la

Attack on Siordan’a (12 ABY)

" Even at this age, Tonal’la’s intelligence and fitness are astonishing"
― Tonal’la’s tutor, Alieksha’la

As Tonal’la grew, her character began to develop. Back then, as a seven year old girl, whose talents ranged from mathematics to gymnastics, she was the embodiment of innocence. The very kind of person who would least expect the events that were to unfold in her life, and in that very day.

Tonal’la’s girlish scream brought the attention of the Assassin. Knowing the worth of a young twi’lek girl, he rushed towards her. What he didn’t know, however, was that the girl’s father was rushing to her aid, and arrived in the nick of time to save his daughter from slavery.

The Fosh had created a huge cut on Tonal’la’s lek before his escape, and she spent the next 2 weeks in a Bacta Tank. When she emerged, the Coronation Ceremonies had already taken place, and her Father had been crowned as the new king.

" Young and beautiful. You’ll be getting me out of a lot of trouble, little girl"
― Slaver from Tatooine

Tonal’la quickly got bored with this lifestyle. By the age of 14 she had spent her last 7 years inside the same building, and her lust to use the Force grew. She began to hate her father, and thought she was missing out on having a proper life.

In the end, she decided to take action. While no guards were looking, she escaped the Fire Temple and began to explore the city. After a short time,, she encountered a man with only one lek. Believing the superstitions, she ran back to the temple, fearing terrible luck.

She was scared, truly scared, for the first time since the assassination of Nextru’la. She was led, handcuffed, to a building called ‘The Oasis Cantina’. The sign ‘Free Twi’lek Dancers’ on the wall gave Tonal’la a horrible first impression.

She was led into an office, where another human sat behind a desk, the rich, yet evil cantina owner, Savdo Nelik. In the ensuing discussion, Tonal’la was shocked to work out she was being offered in a game of Pazaak to try to eliminate the debts of the one who captured her.

She found it reasonably amusing when her captor lost the match, but upon realising what had just happened, she was far from laughing. Savdo Nelik was grinning widely as he was given Tonal’la’s lead like he was buying a dog.

The Oasis Cantina(19 ABY)

" This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this"
― Savdo Nelik, before showing Tonal’la what her new life involved

Tonal’la was led into a room near the office. It was incredibly well decorated, and resembled a luxury hotel. She was confused as to why she was given such a high quality room to sleep in, until Savdo Nelik explained.

She was never to leave the room, aside from to visit the en-suite bathroom. She was ordered to undress in front of Nelik and instead put on an outfit consisting of a yellow skirt, a yellow translucent bra, and nothing else. All her other clothes were confiscated before she was told more.

Despite this, Tonal’la began to detest her life. She became constantly depressed, and lost all hope that she would be rescued. She blamed the only person she could. Her Father, who she hated then more than ever.

The Birth of Impetus(20 ABY)

" Fall to the Dark Side? Look at where you are, and is it still a fall?"
― Scept’ine
File:Impetus-.jpg
Impetus, at 17 in the Ryloth Academy

This happened for a year. A year of relentless torture, for her it was utter hell. It took a year wallowing in her own despair for the first rational thought to enter her mind.

‘‘To seduce is better than to be seduced’’.

The academy was run by 2 Masters. Scept’ine, and a fosh. Impetus was shocked to discover that the Fosh was none other than the one who murdered the Siordan’a king in front of her.

While their first meeting was hostile, Impetus understood that he valued his own life above everything else, and didn’t have a choice about killing the king. Impetus had also developed an unexpected trait after leaving Tatooine. She had become addicted to sex, and needed someone to satisfy it to keep her sane.

Of all the people, Impetus fell in love with Shaikanetsa, and all previous hostilities were forgotten.

Vengeance(21 ABY)

" This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this"
― Ironically said by Impetus, before slowly killing Savdo Nelik

While Impetus’ addictions were satisfied by her first true lover, a sense of unfinished business on Tatooine wasn’t. She travelled back to Bestine, claiming she was on the lookout for new students. This was only half of the truth. She had trained under Shaikanetsa for 3 weeks, and was now armed with a Katana, Scept’ine’s armoured robes, bloodlust, and the Force. She had picked up the latter extremely quickly.

After that, she sensed something from The wookie. She thought it was the Force but wasn’t sure. While conversation was difficult, she convinced him to return with her to the Sith Academy. He accepted, and told her his name was Laurus.

The True Dark Side of the Force(21 – 23 ABY)

" I can’t delay my escape any longer, my love. You have to survive this Impetus, there’s no way I’m losing you here."
― Shaikanetsa, to Impetus before fleeing Ryloth.

The Dark Brotherhood Years

An Unexpected Opportunity

" I was pretty confident in you actually. HAD was slowly going downhill and we needed new blood like you."
― RevengeX, looking back on Impetus' first leadership experience.

Alongside Laurus, Impetus was enjoying her training, and in months that seemed like days, advanced to the rank of Guardian. With this came a crazy move from the Quaestor, Mune, to make her the Aedile of House Acclivis Draco, with no prior experience of leadership.

Around this time, Ood Bnar’s quest for knowledge brought him to Antenora, where he would re-unite with Impetus and Laurus.

Impetus prospered in her new role as an Aedile, but her stay in Acclivis Draco, and her relationship with Exodius was about to end, as a request from the Consul Timbal brought her the prospect of a higher calling, and a huge step forward.

A Foreign World

" Quote Coming Soon."
― Person who said it also Coming Soon.

The task set before her was to leave Acclivis Draco behind and take command of House Caliburnus, a house ravaged after a feud with [House Dorimad Sol]]. She left Acclivis Draco to lead the weaker house, inspired by the mission of evening things out.

Another strong influence on Impetus was Horus Blackheart, valuable for his military and tactical experience. Horus ignored Impetus’ flirtatious mannerisms for reasons regarding honour, causing their interactions to be strictly professional.

It wasn’t long before Impetus met another man who would become an important part of her life. Transferring in from Clan Plagueis was Thran Occasus. Impetus found his attitudes mirrored hers. After making him a battleteam leader, their relationship became rather similar to her one with Xen.

Accelerated Inheritance

" It's your fault I was a slave, it's your fault I was kidnapped, it's your fault I embraced the Dark Side, and it's you who'll be punished!"
― Impetus blames her father for the way her life went

Impetus spent much of a tedious Great Jedi War on Ptolomea, planning the battles rather that actually participating in them. Until now.

Her plan was simple. She would burrow a random civilian ship, return to the Siordan'a Fire Temple, and provide adequate proof of her royal status for a private meeting with her Father. Then she would engage and kill him, claiming the city, and his possessions, for herself, before returning to Ptolomea.

The first parts of the plan went well. She reached Siordan'a, showed a royal medallion as proof of her boodline, and was told to see her father in the throne room. The sight she was faced wth in the room surprised her somewhat. Rather than seeing him alone, the king was flanked by 10 guards.

After lightning quick show of bladework and the Force, the fateful blow was struck as Impetus' saber severed one lek of her father, a slow, painful, evident death for a twi'lek. She stammered back, shocked by what she had done, before hearing her father's last words. Words that would change her life completely.

Before he died, the light jedi confessed the mistakes he made in life. He accepted that Impetus should have learnt the Force at an earlier age, accepted that the Dark Side was more powerful, and told Impetus he was proud of her choices, and said he will always be with her, even beyond his Death. He then told his guards to praise their new monarch. 'Impetus, the Shadow Queen.' Despite Impetus' best efforts to save her father's life, he died in her arms through the confession that she loved him.

The Siordan'a Exodus

" For the first time I'm glad, to have you as my father."
― Impetus' last words to Zentu’la

" Impetus and Shaikanetsa are an… odd couple."
― Laurus

Equilibrium

" One life can make a mark upon this world, one life can move the wheel of history."
― Impetus

Tensions began to grow between Acclivis Draco and Caliburnus. Impetus, who hadn’t forgotten her time in Acclivis Draco, was powerless to stop the ensuing war against rival Quaestor RevengeX.

The Ultimate Betrayal

" He did deserve it though"

The separation from Shaikanetsa caused a change in Impetus’ mentality. She looked back on the time they spent together, on Ryloth and Ptolomea. She started to realise a selfish nature within him. She wanted a way to punish him, and her sexual drive was burning. The first lucky man to catch her eye was the Rollmaster, Cuchulain. Their escapades were replicated in a holo-recording by Impetus’ R6 Droid.

True Love

" The Dragon’s Tail isn’t the right whip for this. I’ve got more though."
― Impetus to Ararin

Around the time of the RoS, a curiously picked team of 5 Dark Jedi, including Impetus and Laurus, found themselves on an unknown world, seeking passage back to Judecca. Up to this point Impetus had carried on her relationships with the four that provided her vengeance against Shaikanetsa, but this was about to change.

Clothing

Usually Impetus is seen in one of three sets of garments. The most common being the picture at the top of the page, typical black twi'leki clothes. These give no hiderance to her movement at all, and are often worn in a lightsaber duel, but the amount of yellow flesh shown often draws attention.

Impetus' Robes

On other occassions she is seen in deep grey robes, with detachable bracers, shown above. These are primarily worn whenever she wants to keep a lower profile, or where blades or blasters are likely, in which case the bracers would come in handy.

Finally, on formal occasions, Impetus will wear her Dark Jedi robes, pictured left.

Personality

Her calculating mind and occasionally blunt manner of sppech has left many to consider her cold and heartless, although those that actually know her see Impetus rather the opposite way. In casual conversation, she has a strong sense of etiquette and is usually very polite. She has an unshakable faith and loyalty to Scholae Palatinae. Since her first reckless act resulted in one and a half years of slavery, she has been left extremely cautious. Impetus will not hesitate to use any method when needed, often saying that she lost all sexual dignity on Tatooine, and she will almost always place the needs of her clan before that of her own. Often when faced with a difficult situation, Impetus will look to use her inhuman agility to find a quick way out of danger. As with all CSP members, she is especially fond of most animals.

Strengths

High speed and agility.

Stronger Force abilities than most Krath Priests.

Is not afraid to use her voluptuous appearance to her advantage.

Unbreakable will.

Weaknesses

Incredibly low physical strength and constitution.

Blind Loyalty to CSP.

Poor Force Resistance.

Removal of one lek will cause instant death.

Notable Possessions

The Dragon's Tail

The Dragon's Tail

A segmented whip with a low power adegan crystal in each shard, causing it to burn to considerable temperatures. The Dragon's Tail is a replacement for her 'Lightwhip', despite the name Impetus' lightwhip was merely a weaker version of her new whip. The lightwhip was destroyed in a duel with rival Quaestor RevengeX in the Caliburnus - Acclivis Draco feud. Upon her return, RevengeX ordered a replacement for her, The Dragon's Tail, as she was to become his first guard in the Dragon Order.

Dragon Hide

The Bracers on these armored robes have saved Impetus' life on many occassions. The robes and armour are the same that Impetus was given by Scept'ine. The robes were stolen and improved, then returned about the same time The Dragon's Tail was created. The material in the robes has become tougher, yet somehow more flexible, and the knife compartments allowed for more powerful weapons. With the return of the robes were Twi'leki lek bands, made to resist weak attacks to her lekku. After these changes, she guessed Acclivis Draco involvement. In honor of this, the armor was re-named 'Dragon Hide'.

Crown of the Siordan'a royal family

Tancient crown of Siordan'a, passed down through each royal bloodline. The crown is rarely worn, and kept guarded in her quarters. The only occasions in which it is worn is on a return to Siordan'a. Acquired during the Second Exodus of Siordan'a.

Kikalekki's Sapphire

Her most treasured possession, this blue shining stone was said to have been created by Kikalekki, the Twi'lek God. The sacred stone is worn on a tight necklace around her neck, and never leaves her sight. For anyone else even to touch the Sapphire is strictly forbidden. Obtained after the Second Exodus of Siordan'a.

The Echo

Impetus' Personal starfighter, passed down by her father. The TIE / X-wing Hybrid was obtained after the Second Exodus of Siordan'a. As Impetus can't pilot herself, The echo has been mondified to include a space for a droid for autopiloting.

DragonFang

Designed by the Praetor to the Herald Raven, DragonFang is Impetus' custom saber. Named regarding her position as a Fang of the Dragon, it features a violet blade and a Scholae Palatinae logo near the emitter.

Feral Impetus

With extensive practice in her Clan's power of Animal Alteration, Impetus has developed a second form, pushing the power to it's limit. When Impetus uses the power, she will grow thick light brown fur over her yellow skin. Her hands will re-shape into paws, her nails growing into long, cat claws. Also, her face changes shape, her eyes narrow and start to emit light, her ears sharpen into points.

While still humanoid, Feral Impetus bears many features of a cat, in appearance and ability. Her agility is enhanced even further beyond the normal, and Augment Force uasage as Feral Imp can allow her to be one of the fastest movers in the Brotherhood. Her physical strength and reactions are also slightly enhanced, however she also takes on certain animal instincts, and fights as someone with no training at all. Also, her connection to the Force is weakened, but not cut off completely. Since Impetus often wears bracers on her arms, Feral Impetus also bears this armor, although doesn't know how to use it effectively. Lightsaber skill is reduced to jumping out of the way and making wild swipes until the weapon flies out of her hands.

The first to fight Feral Impetus was Archpriest Scorpius, in the ACC section of the RoS. The immaculate twi'lek spontaneously turned and dived through a blood fountain, becoming Feral Impetus in mid jump. She proceeded to maul Scorpius to death with her claws in the winning deathpost.

Trivia

 • Unknown GRD Impetus was introduced to leadership the day after her promotion from PRT. At this point, she had no leadership experience at all, was hardly active besides IRC, and had little to no db knowledge, when Mune offered her an Aedile position. Questioning his sanity, she accepted the position and prospered in her new role, to the surprise of the house.
 • Impetus was the first Krath in Caliburnus, and was also named Quaestor on the day of her initiation (Feburary 1st, 2006)
 • 'Impetus' was originally a game name, Latin for attack or sudden motion. Later, after choosing the Brotherhood character of Impetus, Laurus discovered that Impetus was also a dance move, reflecting her history as a dancer.
 • Impetus obtained every Cross award without doubling up on any of them.
 • She is also the student of Kschamehellan.
 • Impetus has trained two students to DJK, Cethgus and Malaki, and has another in training, Dirus.
