The Magnus Kaerner is an Imperial II-class Star Destroyer which serves as the flagship of Tarentum's Task Force Piranha. The ship was acquired by Clan Tarentum in 27 ABY when it reorganized its Navy after the Battle of Antei.

Role

The Magnus Kaerner serves as the flagship of the Task Force. The M.K.'s ability to house fighters also makes it the central carrier for the Clan, augmented in its role by the Doomsday.

History

The ship is named after Magnus Kaerner, the first Quaestor of House Tarentum. To date, the ship has not served in any combat operations.
