Obelisk Battlemaster Robert Fett, who sometimes also went by the alias Robert Rowaan, was a mysterious figure with an uncanny resemblance to Kharon Daragon, who joined the Voice of Justice movement during the Campaign Arguing Refugee Equality that was spearheaded by Seng Karash businessman Ven Dastari. Fett was one of the few people who earned the trust of the terrorist leader known as Deliverance, and he was instrumental in recognising her preternatural abilities and opening her up to embrace her body's genetic engineering.
During the raid by the Disciples of Sadow on the VOJ's hold-out on the Lor Zatean island resort, Fett was taken captive by Malisane and Tsainetomo Sadow, who, believing Fett to be the missing Captain of the Black Guard, Robert Daragon, took him back to the Bastion for questioning. There, the Bastion recognised Fett as leader of the structure's former masters, House Primus Goluud, and deferred all authority to Fett, acknowledging his claim as senior to the others, who had only recently rediscovered the Bastion eighteen months earlier. Still believing Fett to be the missing Daragon, the two Sons of Sadow found themselves trapped when the man instructed the Bastion to destroy what he declared the "heretics" who had defiled the Overlord's name by taking it as their own. The two Sadows had no choice but to flee, leaving Fett to seal off the Bastion, locking himself inside.
With the two "heretics" gone, the Bastion's semi-sentient "consciousness" appeared to Fett, taking the form of Administrator Omega. The projection of Omega led Fett through the fortress's interior into the sublevels, where a wall parted, revealing a forgotten study that appeared to have laid untouched for over a decade. In it, Fett discovered records dating back to 18 ABY that documented the Contingency Orders which had been drawn up during the preparations preceding the Exodus.
