The twentieth level is a mirror of the fourth level, with its’ own full security checkpoint.
Zone Charlie is comprised of another twenty levels. The twenty-first and twenty-second levels contains living quarters for the pilots and support crews for any squadrons that are based at the station for its’ defense. Unusually large, these quarters help keep the pilots’ morale up and reduces the level of “cabin fever” that can be common for a station this size. The next level down, the twenty-third, contains the hangar and support facilities for up to three squadrons, although usually only one is aboard at any given point in time. Below that, the twenty-fourth level contains the nerve center for the station, which includes the main command center and traffic control.
Below them, the twenty-fifth through the twenty-seventh levels are all open docking hangar areas, with access tunnels leading to the outside docking arms of the station. The central hangar area has a magnetically contained atmosphere to make docking and repair work easy enough to accomplish. This area can easily accommodate several medium-sized freighters and shuttles, but is rarely that busy. Immediately below, the twenty-eighth level has various supplies, fuel, and inspection areas to service and maintain any docked craft.
The twenty-ninth level contains various shops, ranging from convenience stores to parts shops covering anything a spacer may need for themselves or their ships. This level is also home to the biggest security station aboard to keep a watchful eye on things and to keep order. This area also houses the majority of the stations’ defensive combat power in the form of six turbolaser batteries and another four of the twelve laser cannons, as well as the two heavy tractor beams.
The next eleven levels, from the thirtieth through the fortieth contain various crew rest areas, tapcafs, cantinas, long-term cargo storage, and long term residence areas. The residential areas range from small resting cubbyholes to luxurious suites, although they are all much more expensive than comparable facilities planet-side. Regardless, they’re usually fairly well occupied, generating a decent income for the House, with the expected cut also going to the Clan.
Zone Delta starts with the forty-first level, and ends with the last level of the station, the fiftieth. The forty-first and forty-second levels contain another full security checkpoint, along with an armory and quarters for the station defense crew, marines and gunners alike. Like the pilot and support crew quarters, these quarters are also larger than normal, keeping them happy. The forty-third level contains further living areas for the crew of the station, including private recreation areas, health facilities, and cantina. The forty-fourth level contains guest billeting areas, cargo storage, and space for extensive amounts of spare parts for the ships’ various systems.
The forty-fifth level contains a backup command area, fully able to function in case the main area goes offline somehow. This area is heavily secured, with defensive chokepoints and automated defensive systems in place. The forty-sixth level contains various conference rooms, planning facilities, and briefing rooms in case offensive or defensive operations have to take place from the station. The forty-seventh level contains another security checkpoint area, as well as the brig of the station. There is also a small intelligence processing area here as well. The forty-eighth level contains all of the stations’ power and shield generators, with related equipment and engineering sections. Some of this equipment is bulky enough to extend down to the forty-ninth level, which otherwise just contains another security checkpoint.
The final level, the fiftieth, contains a docking area that is reserved for House members or ranking Clan members, along with a tiny hangar suitable for work on a small fighter-sized vessel. The usual occupant of that hangar includes an automated high-speed message droid capable of jumping into hyperspace on its’ own. This is just in case the station crew ever needs to send a message to anyone else in an emergency in case of blockade or other situation. The final four defensive laser cannons are also located on this level, with clear line of sight to the entire ventral area of the station.

Dynasty Station was purchased and placed under the jurisdiction of Caliburnus on the direction of Thran Occasus during his reign as Quaestor of House Caliburnus. Dynasty functions as an orbital space station which serves primarily as a defensive system for Ptolomea, being stationed in a geostationary orbit above the House Caliburnus headquarters compound, the Serpent's Vanguard. It also functions as a base for half of House Caliburnus’ star fighters, shuttles, and transport ships, as well as a training facility for House and Clan pilots. Furthermore, the stations’ armament has been doubled, with a pair of heavy tractor beams also installed.

Dynasty also possesses a non-military side, being home to a large contingent of scientists and researchers making use of an entire level of laboratories and offices. Dynasty also provides a more accessible and secure venue for trade and distribution of supplies coming into the Cocytus system. Many traders and merchants come to Dynasty and enjoy the large civilian quarter that provides a major economic boon to Ptolomea and Caliburnus as supplies travel through Dynasty to the planet.

Layout

The different stations of Dynasty Station are logically laid out amongst the levels that it contains in zones. As an XQ2-class platform, it follows a similar pattern to most other stations of the same class. The station itself is composed of fifty levels, with varying amounts of security and accessibility amongst them.

The first and top three levels are dedicated to processing of cargo and docking of various transports, and are collectively referred to as Zone Alpha. Level One is the docking pad usually reserved for large bulk freighters or capital ships, due to their clearance to be able to service and dock with such vessels. The next level is reserved for customs processing, droid repair teams, and temporary cargo inspection areas.

A small security area is also there to help against piracy/boarding attempts as a fast response team. The next level down has a few more semi-permanent cargo storage areas, fuel storage, and starship crew rest areas, including a small cafeteria. This area is mainly meant for spacers to get a small break while their ships are being unloaded and refueled for a fast turnaround. Four of the stations’ twelve laser cannons are also operated from within this zone.

Zone Bravo starts with the fourth level, and goes down to the twentieth level. This is the research and administrative heart of the station, with various offices all over. The fourth level only has one entry/exit point to Zone Alpha, and it is always guarded by a full security checkpoint. Entry to Zone Bravo is strictly enforced, and is restricted to members of the House and select Clan members.

The nineteenth level is somewhat different as it holds the dormitory areas for the research and administrative officials of the station. It also has a small cafeteria area, but most station members tend to frequent the larger tapcafs located on the lower levels.
