Daggath Prost, or on rare occasions Dag'gath'prost in his native Cheunh, was a male Chiss who abandoned the Chiss Ascendancy to pursue a life outside the Unknown Regions. He was discovered by a recruitment officer from the Dlarit Corporation while working in the Corporate Sector and became a member of the Dlarit Police shortly before the outbreak of the Yuuzhan Vong War, where he remained for the next decade, receiving training in a variety of unorthodox techniques - purportedly due to the lingering Vong threat.
After the One Sith brought down the Dlarit Corporation in 36 ABY, Dag was one of the few survivors, and immediately after was forcefully indoctrinated into the new Warhost of Naga Sadow due to the dark masters of the Orian system having been exposed for what they really were. However, Dag had no desire to further the cause of the next Sith Empire and went rogue, taking with him his masters' secrets, which he now intends to auction to the highest bidder on Nar Shaddaa.
History
Background
Daggath had an isolated childhood, growing up on the Chiss colony world of Celwis, which was located outside the main Chiss Ascendancy itself along one branch of the Vaagari Corridor hyperlane. Growing up hearing stories of the Empire of the Hand, Dag had never wanted to join his local Colonial Phalanx and dropped out of the Celwis military academy to find a life beyond the Unknown Regions in the wider galaxy. Sometime around 20 ABY on Etii IV, the capital of the Corporate Sector, Daggath was discovered by a recruitment officer from the Orian system's Dlarit Corporation, who convinced him to make a life on mining planet Aeotheran as a member of the Dlarit Police.
Daggath enjoyed a comfortable life in Seng Karash, the newly established settlement on Aeotheran. Strangely to Dag, however, he found his training went beyond that one normally expected to receive as a police officer. In addition to rifle training and ordinary hand-to-hand combat, Dag was drilled in how to confront foes as exotic as Jedi Knights - but he never understood why the Dlarit Corporation's Board of Directors were expecting there to ever be a need to battle a member of the Jedi Order. In 25 ABY, with the outbreak of the Yuuzhan Vong War, Dag then received even more unorthodox instruction, this time in confrontations with the extragalactic alien invaders.
Worked with Vyyrs during Kel Rasha uprising.
