Purchased as part of a fleet upgrade following massive losses in 34 ABY, the Dominant was pressed into service as a secondary command vessel for the Ascendant Fleet's smaller task forces. Typically commanded by the Quaestor of House Ventress, it now operates as the flagship vessel of Expeditionary Fleet Aurek. It served Clan Plagueis loyally in the Ascendant Fleet for years.
