An assembly had gathered from those that were seen as dangerous and had questionable loyalties to the House. This assembly was both the announcement and christening of Talon Company and its Judges. The slaughter of those in attendance would later be called the Massacre of Dissidents, which was the beginning of Operation Exsanguination.
