- "Light doesn't dispel darkness. It helps me see the darkness, and face it."
- ―Lulaire Sol'Vida
Lulaire's a Jedi, a farmer, and a former member of the Dajorran Marshals.
She's currently settling into her new life on Kasiya and picks up Brotherhood missions when summoned.
History
Fire and Water
Lulaire and her identical twin sister, Matielda, were born on Selen to a massive family that worked at a farm. The Family had been on Selen for generations and they were known for their breeding animals and farming crops. They took extra care of the farm life and used their experience to pass on to one child to another. Everyone on the farm was either related by blood or simply taken in and had became part of the family. The twin girls are night and day. Lula was a very bright and smiling baby. She barely cried and people who held her always said they can tell by her eyes she's just patient and kind. Her sister on the other hand cried a lot and was a rather a clingy baby. She only accepted a select few to hold her. As they got older, Lula was constantly the one that comforted and cuddled with her sister whenever she had her bouts. No one was a stranger to Lula and everyone was a threat to Matie.
Lulaire and Matielda, were the first ones in the family in possibly decades to display Force abilities. Their family did not want them to fall into temptations and they knew of the history of Sith and the Old Golds in Selen. The twins' parents found a hidden Jedi Conclave. However, they wanted to take the kids entirely and the parents were not having it. After many debates, the Conclave at the time reluctantly agreed that the kids were to be coming home, and when they are old enough, they can choose to be part of the Jedi or not. From then on, the twins were trained under the watchful eyes of the Iridonia Jedi Conclave.
Jedi Conclave
While the twins trained at Iridonia Jedi Conclave, Lula was discovered to be more in tune with senses and feelings. She was much more nurturing and had a connection with creatures. She quickly became adept with her lightsaber. Matie was the exact opposite. She struggled with lightsaber and senses but her farsight and telekinesis were powerful. Sadly, this plague Matie with nightmares for years. Each night, Lula would console her sister.
When Lula had her emotions under control and her aptitude with the Force increased, she visited the Jedi less and started to focus on the family and farm life more. The Jedi believed they did all they could to teach Lula, but Matie was very behind. She had to stay while Lulaire went home. They waited for Matie to catch up so they can decide once and for all on their future. It was a difficult adjustment for the twin girls but they held onto hope that Matie would soon be able to come back home and together, the young ladies can make a decision on their future.
That never happened.
In 30 ABY, a week after Lula went home, the Jedi Conclave was attacked and everyone in the Conclave were killed. Matie was only 20 years old. With the Selenians apprehensive about any Force users and the Dark Jedi Brotherhood hunting them down, Lula had to keep her abilities a secret, even from her own massive family. Only her parents knew.
If anyone asked, Matie was sent to a school and died there.
Lula spent weeks meditating and continued to do things around the farm with a smile on her face.
Discovering the Killer
When Matielda items had arrived after her death, Lulaire had folded them and gently put them away. For a over a decade, finding the killer was never on her mind. Lula follows her own interpretation of the Jedi Code the best she can. She felt that the Force will let her know who the killer was when it was time. Not too long after an Envoy Corps mission, she had woke up one morning and saw her sister by the closet where her items resided. It was then, Lula knew the Force wanted her to find out who the killer of the Jedi Conclave that resided in Iridonia. She sought out help from a Kiffar, named Hector Von Ricmore. Hector used Psychometry and gave the name of the killer who destroyed the Conclave.
The killer was a Sith named Anderson.
On the thirteenth anniversary of the killings of the Jedi from the Iridonia Conclave, another Jedi conclave on Ahch-To had been slaughtered. Once again, she recruited the help of Hector for his psychometry abilities and had found that Anderson had struck again. Lula, at that point, had felt like she had no choice but to face him and leave a warning. During the party for Darth Renatus' promotion, she encountered Anderson and informed him not to attack another conclave.
After a direct mental attack on her, Anderson had revealed that someone she had spent years searching for was alive and well.
New Change
The origins of Sol'Vida farm started in Selen. The family continued to expand, and they realized they didn't want to take up any more land on Selen. With that, some of the family had decided to relocate to Kasiya and expand the family farm further. After many months of negotiations and finding the right land, Lulaire became the head manager of the Sol'Vida farm on Kasiya. They took a select few of their prized breeds and are currently learning new crops to grow on Kasiya's land and climate.
Overall, the family had struggled due to Kasiya's cold, harsh climate compared to the warm and tropical weather in Selen. Yet, the members had adapted quickly and took it in stride.

Presently, Lula helps with various Jedi conclaves scattered among the galaxy but she has chosen farm life. Mid 43 ABY, she had moved to Kasiya, Lula still felt the need to hide that she's a Jedi by hiding her lightsaber to avoid being hunted down and accidentally risking her family. For decades, Lula focused on the farm, helping her family, and doing missions for the Brotherhood. She had never given her future any thought as she just went through the motions. She's an extrovert and a social butterfly. She opens her heart and loves hard. No one was a stranger to her. Late 43 ABY, she received a message from her friend, Zig, to invite her to a charity event at a hotel named The Flitz that was running a charity to support local farms. At first, Lula was going to decline, having been slightly overwhelmed with the new change and having recently moved to Kasiya. After some consideration and mutual understanding of the hardships of local farms, she decided to go.
It was there that she had met Thane. After that fateful encounter, she had invited him to one of her family's annual social bonfires. For the first time, Lula had felt conflicted since being around Thane had changed her perspective on life.
Lula was always constantly focused on her farm life and sometimes trained the young padawans. It's always been routine for her. Awake, do the chores, do the things, sleep. She's loved by her family but she generally kept to herself, wanting her family to focus on their future. She's the woman who'll give you her entire outfit if you needed it. It never occurred to her to start thinking about her future until Thane's arrival. With her personality, she constantly lives in the moment but she had caught herself thinking about the future as of late.

Description
Lulaire has a calm demeanor and occasionally thinks outside of the box. She follows her interpretation of the Jedi Code, understanding there's a cycle of Life and Death. It was assumed that her upbringing on a farm that revolves around animal breeding and husbandry, she was exposed to the natural cycle. She learned to trust in the Force and that it would guide her. Lulaire does not showcase or let anyone know she has the Force abilities; her past habits has her keep it hidden from others. It is noticeable that strangers have found themselves struggling to understand her since she has a lazy drawl and a twang that noticeably get worse the more tired she is.
She has long, lazy curls that stops midback. Her hair is a two-toned gradient, shifting from a dark fiery red to a golden blonde as it travels down the length. Her body is curvy, athletic build. Her eyes are bright tangerine.
Her left arm is covered in slash-like scars from an incident when she was younger. She was on an orbak that got spooked during the construction of a fence and she fell off, resulting her landing on wires. Her boot got caught and for a few minutes before she got freed, the barbed wires wrapped around her arm and her Firrerreo healing abilities tried to heal over it, resulting the scars.
Elder Robes
Lula's Jedi Robes
Lulaire's pants and shawl are made out of aged linen. The age and constant washing had helped develop the linen fabric to shift from rough and stiff to soft and gentle. She chose this fabric due to her upbringing in Selen, which was a tropical planet. Linen was known to be a good choice for a breathable fabric during high humidity. The pants are generally a bit baggy, granting the Jedi less restriction in her movements. Her sleeveless top was still made out of linen but also combined with cotton, which helps maintain its softness as well as keep her slightly warm in her new climate on Kasiya. Around her waist was a dark blue silk that reminded her of the ocean, along with a thin coral colored ribbon that's wrapped on top of the silk.
The more important piece of the attire was a similar coral colored as the ribbon that sits at her right hip and goes around to the back and barley reaching to her left hip. There's fine white embroidery pattern on the fabric that gave off the appearance of looking like winds. This design ties back to her Firrerreo culture and their saying: "May you be shielded from the winds."
- Author's Note: Lulaire was born in a tropical environment, so I tried to incorporate a bit of an island style along with a similar style that was shown in comics. Somehow, one way or another, it came out as Arabian-nights like theme while keeping true to giving Jedi vibes.
