Black Water Cleaning Services is a small, independently owned company, generating about two hundred thousand credits per fiscal year (a large cut of the profits are spent on covert operations for the Entar family. The corporate headquarters are located in Estle City on Selen, and seventy-five percent of the company's operations take place on that planet. The other 25 percent occur on other planets in the Dajorra System. The company serves as an assassination planning and managing firm for the Entars, and also includes a branch for expert waste disposal.

Organization

The corporate headquarters are located in Estle City, along with the headquarters of many other companies based in the Dajorra System, where the Chief Executive Officer is in charge of the day-to-day running of the company. The actual individual behind the mask of CEO is unknown, as the Entar family is known to protect their underlings well. Rival companies have speculated that the actual CEO changes every few months, but there has been no information to support this theory.

The hiring and screening process administrators are careful to avoid hiring anyone with Force sensitivity, because the presence of a Dark Jedi on the staff could jeopardize the company's true services. The President and CEO has complete control of the company in its endeavors, unless overruled by the Grand Euphemist of the Entar family. There are smaller offices located on Coruscant and Eldar, and the reach of the organization has suggested the possible presence of offices on other planets.

Finances

Black Water brings in about 200,000 credits each fiscal year in net profits from its cleaning services. The company often works with the planetary governments of the Dajorra System to clean up various crimes and even coups inside the government. Something that amuses the Entars is just how many incidents their company cleans up are the result of Dark Jedi-fueled violence. The low profits from the company are a result of the small-time operations and the money poured into planning assassinations and then cleaning up the crime scenes, all at the behest of the Entars. These assassinations allow the Dark Jedi to advance politically, pushing each closer to his own ambitious goal.

75% of Black Water's profits come from Selen, and 25% comes from other planets. Of these profits, approximately 70% is spent on assassinations and covering them up, 20% is spent on maintaining offices on other planets that allow the Entar family greater reach, and 10% is funneled directly into the pockets of the family members.

Successful Operations

Little to no data is available about the successful efforts of the company, but it can be safely assumed that the company had a hand in most major power transfers in Arcona since 19 ABY, when it was founded. Eleven years into its existence, it has become a powerful tool for the family. The spotless records of all family members are a testament to the skill with which the agents of Black Water operate.
