'''Aliso City is the primary settlement on Aliso. Under the control of Clan Plagueis, it can be described as the nucleus of the Clan's operations and presence on the planet. The city is constructed atop a plateau and extends eastward from the Clan’s headquarters, The Pinnacle. Originally comprised of utilitarian structures left behind by the forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, or CIS, new infrastructure has developed as the population has grown.

Aliso City is, for lack of a better definition, a frontier city. Before and after Plagueian occupation, Aliso City began to naturally expand eastward due to a settling immigrant population and transient merchants taking an interest in the returning industry and military operations emerging from Aliso. The organization of the city beyond the position of the Pinnacle and its complexes, consequently, is most affected by the specific demographics of those who reside within its borders, with each neighborhood’s structure, economics, and culture differing from the next.

Renowned for their expertise and shrewdness, Envoys deploy in diverse pairs or teams, drawing upon specialists from all seven clans and their associated allies. With conditional advisement from the Emissary or Herald, the Envoy Corps seeks to bolster the Brotherhood's standing with its current and potential allies while countering propaganda being spread by their adversaries.

The Envoy Corps was formed out of a need to better establish the Brotherhood's efforts in building a positive image on the greater stage of the Galaxy, while also bridging relationships between he Clans and the Council.
