The Sinners' Domain is the base of the Rite of Sin, a dark, reclusive sub-unit within House Tarentum. Located in the lower levels of the Mystics Asylum, the domain was founded by Sith Bloodfyre-Tarentae, who held ties to the facility and those enigmatic beings who worked there. Of course, the location lives up to the battle team's darker persona, as it is isolated from the rest of Yridia IX and the outside world.

Background

The Mystics Asylum was named after the infamous Krath Phyle of Gladius, the Mystics of the Black Arts, a group of individuals so twisted, that no other facility would provide them adequate housing, or even appropriate furnishings, according to the Mystics themselves. The Asylum called to them, and became the focal point for Tarentum's madness. As the Phyle descended into decay and history, the facility garnered use from the Clan, and now House, in other fashions. The facility has been utilized as a more mundane medical, research and scientific facility for both House Tarentum and, more recently, House Arcona as well.

The Rite of Sin, a new faction within Tarentum, recently took possession of the lowest levels of the facility, under the power and ties to the facility held by Sith Master and Fleet Admiral of Tarentum, Sith Bloodfyre-Tarentae. As one of the original Mystics, none of the Asylum staff seemed able to deny the Shaevalian entrance. On the orders of Dr. Steiner, the former attending and caring physician for the Mystics, Bloodfyre was left to his own purposes, studied from a distance by Steiner and the security cameras the facility maintained.
