Disciples of Ragnos

Introduction

The Disciples of Ragnos are a Krath orientated cult made up of the members of House Marka Ragnos since before the House was formed. The Disciples are governed by a council of its peers to oversee the continuing practice of the dark doctrine established by Sith Lord Marka Ragnos.

The Council

The council consists of seven members; led by the House Overlord. The other six members are warriors, scholars and others figures devoted towards their House, by either taking up a leadership position (Quaestor, Aedile, Rollmaster, Night Hawks Tetrarch and Ravana Squadron Commander) or showing their loyalty as a member of House Marka Ragnos (House Champion).

The council positions titles are known as; Dark Primus, Dark Patriarch/Matriarch, Hand of Ragnos, Dark Chronicler, Sword of Ragnos, Dark Scholar and Dark Librarian

Dark Chronicler (Rollmaster)

The Dark Chronicler is responsible for annotations in the Chronicle of Dark Souls, a tome of vast Dark Side knowledge and lore first compiled by Dark Jedi Master Trevarus Caerick. The Chronicler updates the tome under the utter and total influence of the Prima Marked of the Wanderer or his duly appointed Marked. The Dark Chronicler has no recollection of what he or she writes in the tome; this is an unfortunate side effect of the energies involved in both the mind domination and the actual transcribing of the words. The Dark Chronicler performs his duties at the behest of the Dark Primus, who in turn must petition the Prima Marked of the Wanderer. As Trevarus Caerick currently holds both offices, there is no conflict. This may change upon the ascension of a new Dark Primus.

Dark Librarian (House Champion)

The Dark Librarian in charge of the Disciples Archives, the Dark Library in the Ragnos Cathedral, and other databases containing information on the House Marka Ragnos and its history. He or she is entrusted in the storage, organization and retrieval of knowledge. However due to the potential for abuse and lust for wisdom, the position of Dark Librarian is rotated to stop anyone from having unlimited access to the complete knowledge available to them.

This position will be further developed by future Dark Librarians, to create a more in-depth position.
