Enhance Ability

Enhance Ability

Prerequisites:

This is an instantaneous, singularly effective power that is directed at oneself for the purpose of a fleeting enhancement of an action.

Rage

Prerequisites:

  • Third Rite (EQ1 - EQ4)
  • Force power: Enhance Ability, 5 points

For a short time, Rage causes the user to be the embodiment of their anger. Increased speed, strength and intensity are all by-products of the use of this power. However, when the moment has passed, the arrival of fatigue and the amplification of the body's ills are almost immediate.

Feed on the Dark Side

Prerequisites:

  • Mastery (DA - DP)
  • Force power: Rage, 5 points

One of the most useful powers in combat, the Dark Jedi may use the Dark Side to revitalize depleted energy stores.

Preparance

Prerequisites:

  • Grand Mastery (GM only)
  • Force power: Feed on the Dark Side, 5 points

This is a terrifying power of mental mastery. A Grand Master may mentally unify themselves with the Dark Side, ceasing to exist as a physical being, but only as a mental entity not confined by mere matter. A Grand Master in such a state is truly powerful, able to do almost anything, as a direct incarnation of the Dark Side.

Speed

Burst of Speed

Prerequisites:

An instantaneous power that allows the user to push their body to the limit, increasing their speed by 25% of their normal speed for a few seconds.

Equite Speed

Prerequisites:

  • Third Rite (EQ1 - EQ4)
  • Force power: Burst of Speed, 5 points

An instantaneous ability that allows the user to push their body to the limit, increasing one's latent speed by 50% for nearly thirty seconds.

Master Speed

Prerequisites:

  • Mastery (DA - DP)
  • Force power: Equite Speed, 5 points

An instantaneous ability that allows the user to push their body to the limit, increasing one's latent speed by 75% for one minute.

Grand Master Speed

Prerequisites:

  • Grand Mastery (GM only)
  • Force power: Master Speed, 5 points

An instantaneous ability that allows the user to push their body to the limit, increasing one's latent speed by 100% for two minutes.

Suppression

Prerequisites:

This ability allows an Equite the power to reduce the effectiveness of the Force-based defensive abilities of their target.

Sever Force

Prerequisites:

  • Mastery (DA - DP)
  • Force power: Suppression, 5 points

The ability to break an individual's connection to the Force, whereby a target's manipulation of the Force becomes impossible as well as their ability to sense and be sensed through the Force. The duration of the effects have been known to last from an hour to days, depending upon the victim. This power requires the user to maintain concentration and thus they cannot be engaged in combat or distracted.

Affect Force Imprint

Prerequisites:

  • Grand Mastery (GM only)
  • Force power: Sever Force, 5 points

Used to punish those who have betrayed the Dark Side, a Grand Master may strip a Jedi of all ability to touch the Force, or even give a Force imprint to one otherwise blind. The ability to remove force sensitivity from an individual depends on that individual's strength in the force. A Grand Master may remove the sensitivity of a Journeyman with but an hour's concentration, and an Equite within a day, should the Jedi be in the Dark Lord's presence. Removing the force ability of an Elder requires a significant force meld of either multiple Grand Masters or a Grand Master and a cohort of powerful Jedi.
