Dismus is a Sith Battlemaster, pledging fealty to House Karness Muur and Clan Plagueis. A former criminal investigator with the Kiffex Directorate of Law Enforcement, Dismus fell to the Dark Side after his special weapons and tactics team was slaughtered during a botched narcotics operation in 35 ABY. Identified as angry and vulnerable by Brotherhood recruiters in the tragedy’s aftermath, Dismus joined the Dark Jedi Brotherhood and was assigned to Clan Plagueis in 37 ABY.

Overall attractive, Dismus is a fairly average Kiffar male by first glance. In his early thirties, Dismus has been in peak physical condition for over half his life, first as an athlete and later as a law enforcement officer and tactical team operator; he religiously works to maintain his broad chest, defined shoulders, powerful arms, and small tree-trunk like legs with an intense physical training program. His two most noticeable features are his uniquely colored eyes, green-gray similar to a restless ocean, and the traditional Kiffar male tattoos running in two bands from under his left eye, across his nose, and ending under his right eye. Steel-gray and black hair is kept neatly maintained at shoulder length, offering a picture of both youthful energy and experienced professionalism; two shocks of white hair at either temple are one of the few indications of Dismus’ great loss and suffering.
Apparel
Dismus is a firm believer in dressing for the situation, rather than the tradition. Choosing to eschew the traditional Brotherhood regalia at this time, Dismus’ regular attire consists of a dark gray and crimson utility suit with a betaplast half-plate covering his upper chest. The torso area of the utility suit is double-stitched and able to ward off some bladed weapons while still prioritizing mobility. A thigh-drop holster covers his right thigh, connected to a simple belt rig that holds his lightsaber, comlink, and other pertinent equipment.
